I had a fantastic experience at Fresh Kitchen! My coworker mentioned this restaurant and It was my first time there. I was impressed by the ambiance, service, and food options. The server at the front was amazing, providing a variety of nice options and being very informative about their offerings, including gluten-free and vegan options. She made sure I knew all the perks of dining at Fresh Kitchen, which I really appreciated. When it came to choosing a sauce, I couldn't decide, so I asked the lady at the register for help. She recommended the perfect sauce that complemented my meal wonderfully. However, we did encounter a minor issue with the fork dispenser. We had to ask for assistance, and although the lady helped us quickly, the dispenser got stuck again. It would be great if they could address this issue by using smaller forks or having extra forks on hand. Now, onto the best part--the food was AMAZING! Everything was so fresh and flavorful. I especially loved the cauliflower potato mash and the salad that got from my friend. For my bowl, I chose noodles, tofu as my protein, spinach, broccoli, tomatoes/onions, and cucumber sauce, and it was delicious. Surprisingly, getting two proteins only cost us around $13-14, which was a great deal considering the portion size. Despite the minor hiccup with the fork dispenser, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Fresh Kitchen. I can't wait to go back and try more of their healthier options. Whoever prepared and cooked the salmon at 6:20pm on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 needs to start looking for a new job ASAP! Because serving stuff like this shouldn't even be allowed. Wayyyy too much salt on the salmon, extremely dry, and practically inedible. At least make your cooks try their food before they send it out, such a shame ESPECIALLY when you're willing to up-charge $2 per portion for it. I'm willing to bump my rating up to 2 stars solely because the cashier asked me if I needed a water cup. Thank god, it seems like he knew what I was getting myself into when he saw the salmon in my bowl. read more
