I've always loved fresh kitchen it's fast and it's healthy but my only complaint that has always been consistent every single time I've come in- it's ridiculous what they consider a serving size on the meat. As you can see in the picture it is a good example of what it looks like when you order two helpings but what's messed up it is this is exactly how it came with both two scoops as you can see one side as one scoop and the other side is another scoop and if you count the smaller side there's only eight pieces of chicken and each piece is pretty small like tiny bite-size. Is Fresh considering eight pieces of chicken to be one serving? Because I get one serving of chicken at Chick-fil-A or at chipotle and it's much more. It's barely one serving to me to double up on both. You can still charge the same price just put a little more in the scoop! read more

As a first timer I felt very welcomed here. The staff member building the bowls (super young guy) noticed I wasn't too confident with the menu and he asked if it was my first time. When I said yes he broke down the process and even recommended some customer favorites as well as his own. When he passed my bowl off to the next employee he gave them the heads up and they are also super nice and helpful. I found it helpful to have the recommendations. I ate outside on the patio. It was quiet (minus the occasional loud car passing by) and it was nice to just relax and hang out. Food was very good! I really liked the sweet potatoes and the noodles. We decided to go in and it was very crowded but we quickly figured out what was going on and how to order our food. Super efficient method, you choose your base, protein, add ins and dressing. Everything is in a bowl, and there are lots of great beverage options, including immunity shots! Super cute place, highly recommend! (Person behind me was new) You order from "base" to "vegetable" then "protein" and finally "sauce". Protein is chicken and if you want to pay extra you can have steak or salmon. All are very good. The sweet potato noodles were my favorite but this batch tasted off, like chemical taste off. (Not pictured almond chicken) which I never know if they'll give me 2 or 3, this time I got 2. Which fine but there should be a standard across the board. Green beans and carrots were ok, nothing spectacular. The steak was ok too, not as flavorful, and coconut ginger rice was also just ok. I'm really disappointed in the quality of food as this used to be my go to place. Service was ok. The girl helping me misunderstand my order then got a bit of an attitude when I politely corrected her, which I was taken aback by as I've never had a negative experience before but today was a first. I hope corporate looks into this location especially being as the Soho is gone. Definitely a few areas of improvement could be made. Pickup was also very easy. I wasn't sure about this place but my coworkers raves about it. The photos looked good but I just wasn't sure. So I opted for the kids bowl -- citrus grilled chicken, parm broccoli and cauliflower avocado rice with creamy white ginger sauce. First off the kids bowl is $8 and had PLENTY of food to fill me up! So much chicken!! I mixed all my food together along with the creamy garlic sauce and it was absolutely delicious AND healthy!! Not a bad thing but complicates ordering. I got a four bowl with sweet potato noodles, kale slaw, broccoli, tofu and house made sriracha. Ordering and checkout was quick. The food itself was good, though a bit too much added oil. I tried to steer clear of the added oil but it's difficult here. Minus a star for that. One of the handful of restaurants that I remember from my time in Florida. The food is delicious here and there is a variety of things to choose from. I usually went with the maple sweet potatoes without a doubt. I also tried the sweet potato noodles which I thought tasted just like Japchae (the Korean glass noodle). I got the sesame green beans which were alright. The blackened chicken was delicious and probably the part that brought the meal all together. This is my favorite location because it's consistently delivered great customer service, great flavor and a healthier fresh option. I even got a complimentary drink as the cashier showed me appreciation for working in healthcare. It's the small things that mean a lot and having someone recognize my line of work means a lot.
