There is brik, a hard-shelled potato with egg that is so good. A pastry filled with chicken and cinnamon is just wonderful. We had as our main course a mouth-watering chicken with almond that just falls off the bone it is so tender and juicy. Dessert is baklava or an almond cake and mint and honey tea that is poured 3 feet above a tiny glass and never a dropped missed. There are a variety of set menus that the whole table needs to agree upon. But you can order some extras if there is something you really want from one of their menu choices. I am not a meat-eater, but others in the party were, so we ordered extra beef brochettes. There is no way to eat everything that is brought although you wish you could.
