For sides, we got fries (3/5) which were seasoned & tasted okay, hummus & salad, -both standard (3/5). They have 4 sauces: white (5/5), green, mango & savage sauce. We only liked the white sauce. We also got a double cheeseburger (3/5) which was juicy but I thought the patty was pretty bland. Dubai Sauce is so great. They are one of the only great places that has authentic Halal Mediterranean on Hollywood Blvd. They also have burgers and fries that are amazing. The place is small, but there is some seating. We often have delivery or take away. The service is super friendly and they will help you with the menu. It is always super clean. The prices are fair and it is just a fun place to go and have great food, You can ask for your food to be mild, moderate or hot. Beware the hot, it really is spicy, but delicious. Service is straightforward: order at the counter and they call your order out when it's ready. I wish the kofta wrap was more compact, tightly wrapped because it started falling apart almost immediately. Kofta itself could have used a little more salt/seasoning but the natural beef flavor comes through and it was ready in ~10 minutes so, overall ok for what it was. Falafel was the best I've had in a while: really crispy and fried to perfection. Could distinguish the chickpea and fava beans on the inside. First off I did delivery so I can only speak on that experience. It was also my first time ordering from here. I ordered the lamb/beef gyro platter with fries (had thought I pressed falafel but that was my error) and hummus, a salad, fries and two drinks. The gyro meat was quite tender, moist and flavoured really nicely as well as a good portion in there. Which can be rare for some gyros. So it gets most the stars due to that meat quality. Now to the stuff where I am giving it only two stars. Although the gyro was stuffed with meat, the usual suspects alongside it were on the bottom and kinda non-existent. Barely any lettuce or tomato, actually ended up taking some from my salad to put in it. Easy fix but a bit disappointing. The salad was okay but not much to write home about, felt a bit buffet cafeteria line to me. Dressing was good though. The fries were okay but tasted a bit last of the barrel/end of day type stuff. The seasoning was good but they were limp and cold. Maybe due to delivery but arrived in under 15mins so they shouldn't have gotten that cold unless they had been sitting out under a lamp already. Overall it kinda felt like this was a last hour of the day use the scraps meal. Which seems a bit odd seeing as they're open past 1am and I ordered around 10pm so quality should still be solid. Definitely disappointed on that and especially after reading good reviews. It sucks to have to write a bad one and I'll reorder another day to test if this is the norm because we all have our off days. I went here because of a friend and I am so happy that I did! That have super flavorful kabobs.. I got Steak and A chicken kabob with no side only meat. They are a bit pricey at 8.00+ for a single skewer with about 6-7 large chunks of meat! HOWEVER the meat had great flavor and they gave me nice cuts of meat. The chicken didnt contain any fat or chewy tendon which is a major plus for me! The steak was well marinated and also didnt contain any fat, or weird chewy meat which was a instant plus for me .. as I hate finding chewy tendon or fat in my meat! I ended up trying all 3 of their sauces red white and Green and they were all really good especially the White Sauce!! Next time I will probably order some fries as a side so that I can dip them in the Yummy white sauce! I briefly worked at this restaurant, and couldn't be happier that I did. Before I start, please keep in mind, EVERYTHING is made in house. Sauces. Mixes. Hummus. (The bread and the raw meats are obviously delivered.) First of all , the most friendly team of guys I ever worked with. Second, the back of house is very organized which only helps the performance of the kitchen and crew. Lastly and most importantly, you won't find more authentic middle-eastern shawarma in Hollywood. The Crispy Chicken Burger was amazing. With just enough spice to rival other spicy crispy chicken sandwiches around the world. Had a but of the white sauce in it and quality vegetables as well. The burger also came with fries which had their amazing Peri Peri seasoning. It had a hint of spice and the fries were well crispy for fries. The fries were pretty great on their own. The plates can get pretty expensive, but just a wrap is very filling with just a single side. The proportions were very filling. They also have a lunch special price if you're looking to cut down on the cost a bit. The environment is very nice. Very modern looking with TV's and music playing. Actually started eating here a few years ago, when they were newly opened, and never got around to reviewing them. Had it a couple months ago and found it was still pretty good. If you like that Zankou chicken type gyros and shawarma, this is a much better option. The food is way tastier. We have tried the beef shawarma and chicken shawarma wraps, which are delicious. We usually get a side of falafel and shove them in there. The white sauce is terrific, but the other sauces are good, too. Also have tried the chicken kabob plate which comes with saffron rice and 2 sides - fries and hummus. It was a hit. It was a definite 5 out of 5 when I was first going here. I wish I had written this review right away, because I remember this last time there was one weird ingredient in my wrap, like pickles or a pickled vegetable maybe. And, I thought why are pickles in a shawarma?
