It came with rice, beans, and this crunchy slaw that added such a good crunch to all the flavorful goodness. The chicken tikka masala burrito is one of the best burritos I've ever had. It has the perfect blend of Indian spice and Mexican flavors. The owner told me how much experimentation he went through to come up with the perfect ratio of ingredients and spice. The burrito is pretty big and filling for $15. I ordered to go but you can eat inside. It is just the owner and one cook that provide service. It is a pretty cozy place where people stop by for lunch or dinner during the work week. There is a small free parking lot. It is next to the gas station for those that was to pick up gas as well. I would come back to try the other items. YUM!! I came here years ago but haven't been back since they changed management. Although the menu is heavily Indian classics, my favorite is the chicken tikka quesadilla. The tikka masala curry that you can dip in is so delicious. Would love to see more fusion takes here!! We also tried the mango lassi, each taco (chicken, lamb, and paneer - chicken was my fave!), sagh paneer, naan and rice. Loved it. Was in the area and randomly came across this place. Inside is simply decored, it has an old school neighborhood restaurant vibe. Spacing is a bit tight with a few tables and booths. The food is great. For starters we got the chicken tikka masala fries and vegetable pakora. They were good, loved the sauces. For the entrees we got the lamb biryani and chicken tikka. We asked for medium spice, but it was lighter than I expected, I feel like we could have gone up to spicy. The mango ice cream was good, had a more icy consistency than cream. The masala sauce is creamy, and flavorful; however, in a burrito, I'm a little bit more impartial to the hotter, savory side of things. The masala sauce is amazing, but a little bit overpowering if you continuously dab the burrito up in it. The chicken and rices seasoning is a perfect fusion of mexican and indian. Very unique. They are located right next a car wash and a park. It's a tiny shop that you've probably driven by multiple times and didn't realize it and they have a small little lot, but you should take notice! It's exactly what you think it is. It's a burrito with beans and chicken tikka pieces and comes with a container of masala sauce to dip in! The masala sauce was fantastic and the burrito itself was constructed well. Chicken was surprisingly the red chicken tikka you're used to so that was awesome. Service is also great! The guy was so considerate. I only waited for under 10 minutes and he felt bad and offered me a beverage. Super nice guy. What I would love to see is more of the fusion. I've been meaning to try this place for some time and finally did through Uber eats! The chicken tika masala quesadilla was really good and so was the daal, which was nice and spicy per my request. I thought the regular tika masala was a bit sweet and pasta sauce tasting. And the tika masala wings were such a cool idea and tasty, but I wish they came with ranch. This place deserves even more than 5 stars for their flavor. We ordered the non-veg dinner for 2 and we FEASTED! We got one chicken tikka and one fish korma. The chicken tika sauce was so rich and had fresh herbs it was unlike any chicken tika I've ever had, maybe the best I've ever had! The texture of the meats in the sauces was so fresh and the service was like being in someone's living room. I had chicken tikka masala, sagh paneer, veggie samosa, garlic naan and chicken biryani. I got the dishes in medium, but I could probably use a little more spice to it. I've been looking for a good Indian food spot around the area and I'm so glad I stumbled upon Indimex Eats! I've had my fair share of great Indian food across the States and was really craving some the minute I came back to LA. There is a small lot out front which is a plus. We came for lunch and got the lunch special, which I highly recommend to anybody! It was soooo filling and the value is insanely good. The soup it comes with was packed with flavor and felt pretty healthy. Saag is my favorite Indian dish so I tend to order it anywhere. The saag here is good! I got it with my lunch special and was happy with it. For the spice lovers: I found that medium spice wasn't quite spicy enough so I asked for some on the side. That said, I really love spicy food so generally I'd just recommend to order one level higher than you normally might. My boyfriend got the lamb makhani with his lunch special and thought it was spectacular! He usually doesn't seek out saucey foods, but found that this dish was great. He got medium spice and I did find that the spice was more noticeable in this dish. We got the garlic naan which I really enjoyed! It's thin (which I love) and served with fresh herb and garlic. I usually don't enjoy any type of bread much, but found myself unable to stop eating this naan. We got some mango ice cream at the end of our meal which was amazing! It was somehow sooooo packed with flavor. The texture was more icy, but we both didn't mind. Service was so good! We felt very welcomed here. The vibe is more casual. I've passed by Indimex for years and the building looks like a "Fallout Shelter" from the outside BUT one day decided to go in with my son and try it. We both like Indian and Mexican food. We ordered the somasas and a chicken tikka burrito. The owner was very friendly and hospitable and comped us both a bowl of their soup which was fantastic. The somasas came (2 pieces) and was piping hot and delicious and the chicken tikka burrito was HUGE and perfectly cut in half with a side of masala sauce. My kid is a BIG eater and complains he never has enough food to fill his stomach but we split the burrito and we were both FULL!! We now go there every Tuesday for lunch and both love the food there and the atmosphere inside is very "pleasant" All in all, a great experience!!!!! read more

While in Hollywood to see a friend perform, I was walking to my car and spotted an Indian Restaurant I was not familiar with so I looked it up on Yelp (as I always do) and decided to give it a try. It was a small place with a handful of booths. There weren't many customers but it was also a little early for most people to have dinner. When the employee came out to seat me, I was shocked to see that it was Sahan. I knew him from my favorite Indian restaurant in Studio City where he used to be a server. It turns out he left that restaurant to open his own place. Lucky me! The menu contained many of the usual items you'd find at any Indian restaurant. But it also contained several items that were a mashup of Indian and Mexican foods, something I'd never seen before. But I chose to stay traditional and order some of my favorites. I chose the Samosas, Chicken Jalfrezi and Garlic Naan. The Samosas were delicious. They were filled with the usual mix of potato, peas and spices in a crispy, triangular dough and accompanied by the usual tamarind based sauce and a cilantro based sauce. The Chicken Jalfrezi lived up to my expectations and was cooked in a tomatoey sauce with onions, bell peppers, serrano chiles and a hint of ginger. I've had this dish in many restaurants and their version is one of my top two favorites. The naan was fantastic and had a nice char on it. Sahan surprised me with rice pudding for dessert which was a nice finish to the meal. I am beyond excited to have found this place. I'm often in this area and will be returning on a regular basis. Sahan is the ultimate host and provided excellent service and I look forward to returning so I can try some of the Indi-Mex mashups in addition to the more traditional offerings. We caught a Fringe show at the Broadwater theater and this place was a quick walk away. The fusion menu drew us in! We ordered too much food but thankfully it also heated up well and made for delicious leftovers. Lamb quesadilla was good though a little greasy. My favorites were the Chicken Korma & Samosas. A legitimately unique and underrated location in the Hollywood area of Los Angeles! I've seen this restaurant several times when I stop to clean my car at the car wash that's next door, and was always curious to try it. On my most recent visit, I decided to do exactly that, and I'm pleased to say that I wasn't disappointed in the slightest! The fusion food here is creative, unique, AND affordable! I decided to try the three fusion tacos for about $12 total, with the three tacos being the Paneer Taco, the Chicken Tikka Taco, and the Lamb Taco. All three of these tacos were packed of flavor and texture, while also being extremely filling! Nonetheless, the standout to me was the Chicken Tikka Taco, which was so rich, spicy, creamy, and delicious! For vegetarians, the Paneer Taco stood on its own as well and was absolutely full of seasoning and flavor. I was also warmly welcomed when I came in and my to-go order was ready in no time at all. There's an intimate, slightly small dining space inside if you so choose, but it's also a great option for take-out, which is what I chose. There was a wide selection of just indian food as well which Im sure is phenomenal (it smelled amazing inside). Additionally, we had a delicious side of sauce and rice pudding. I have been passing by this place for years. A week or so ago I finally stopped it to give it a try and OMG! The food is so delicious! I had the Chicken Tikka burrito, Chicken Tikka tacos, and the Paneer tacos. While the Paneer tacos were good, the Chicken Tikka taco and burrito were absolutely next level! I never leave reviews but I just had to. This is the most overrated Indian food I've had in my life. Maybe I'm spoiled coming from a place where there are better options, but honestly this meal was barely worth half of what was charged for it. The "mango chutney" and "mint chutney" which were not chutneys at all, mind you, really sealed the deal in pissing me off. It was essentially sweet and sour sauce.
