I contacted this company through Yelp and they responded with 5mins. They explained in great detail what their service provides, how many cleaners and the prices. They also replied with their availability shortly after. Which was within a few days. They were flexible with times and my needs. The cleaners arrived early and and began instantly. I went 3 cleaners for 2.5 hours and they stayed until the very last minute making sure our home was spotless. They worked without direction and still covered all of the places I had forgotten about. I needed someone to help me clean my home. I've never used a cleaning service before but my husband convinced me to try it out. I went with this company for the reviews. The staff was very friendly and very responsive and asked questions before getting started. Unfortunately during the cleaning process a lamp cover was loose so it dropped and shattered. They offered to buy a new one but we told them it was not necessary. I think what really got me was the fact that I was charged extra for them going over on time knowing that they had to clean glass that broke. I also found that the glass was not cleaned off the clean dishes and I almost ingested the glass when I grabbed a cup. I let them know to be more cautious for future clients. I found Fresh Start using this app. I was preparing my Dads estate for a funeral reception. The place had not been deep cleaned in years. You absolutely did not text me to tell me what happened to my sink nor did your employee say ANYTHING to me. I messaged YOU and asked what happened. I have screenshots as proof of this as well. If you're going to continue to claim your poor job on me I will go ahead and add that, along with the unusable sink I was left with that I did NOT ask to be unclogged nor did I give permission for the drain to be touched at all, the next day I found that my toaster didn't work when it worked perfectly fine just before your employees came to my home to clean. I asked you about this through text and you stated that there was no way they could have broken it because they "only cleaned the OUTSIDE". I have photos and a video, that I sent you, that shows they did in fact TAKE MY TOASTER APART to clean the crumb trap at the bottom (see photo below). I received no answer or explanation. I have photos and a text conversation to prove this as well. You are correct, companies and their employers are not always a good fit. However, I will not allow you to misrepresent the situation as though there was just a "misunderstanding" and blame me. Your employees left me with a broken toaster and a unusable sink, both of which I am being left to pay for. You took no responsibility for either and you are trying to save face by shifting the blame to me. You are extremely unprofessional and this has been a nightmare to deal with. read more

I strongly recommend this cleaning company especially for busy professionals who need a reliable and efficient company. I have now used them for over three months and could not be happier. Kimberly responded to my Yelp request within minutes and has continued to be responsive, communicative, and professional. She seems to truly care about meeting the "specific" needs of each customer. I'm really busy and have historically have had a hard time finding cleaners who work around my schedule. Kim's crew comes on days and times that work for me. I also love that she sends a crew (2-3 people) so they work fast and efficient while maintaining quality. This way, I don't have to lose hours waiting around. The cleaning crew has done a stellar job every time. They move the furniture when needed to clean under it without even being asked to do so. Last time, one of the team members had found a $100 bill under my couch which he had honorably put on the table. I have used cleaning companies for over a decade. A few bad, some good, and most mediocre. You pay a premium for cleaning companies (vs. hiring an individual directly) but your value added is often just not having the hassle of finding a cleaning person on your own and maybe the ability to pay with a credit card. I contracted with this company to clean my house for $179.00 every two weeks. Two people showed up and did a horrible job. I was talking to them, telling them what I expected. The young lady pointed out a spot on my carpet and never cleaned it. They did not vacuum the living room. When they were finished, I was presented with a bill for $305.00. They stated it was for overtime. They told me they spent more time than expected for my home. The previous company had one lady do a much better job in half the time it took these two cleaners. When I complained to the company, they apologized and offered two hours of cleaning for free. I paid $126.00 more than what I had agreed to pay. They did a horrible job and wanted to return to my house for two hours for free. I refused because $126.00 would be a donation to the company. They should return $126.00 and reclean my entire house. I have been using this cleaning service for about 5 years now after a great review from a coworker who has been using them for many years. They are amazing. I have never once had any issues. They are always on time, super professional, and Kimberly the owner is very responsive. At one point a coffee table leg detached from the table when it was moved to clean (it was completely my fault as I had not tightened the screws properly when I put it together) and she immediately called me with a pic of the damage and kindly offered to pay for it.
