He showed me some deficiencies he identified and suggested a few fixes, although he was never pushy at all. I have a 50 yr old three floor condo that has (most likely) never had the ducts cleaned out. mold was blowing out my vents after a new AC install and that's why I called them. They protected all the areas of my home and got to work- they vacuumed, brushed and sanitized all my ducts many times over- the amount of mold in my ducts was DISTURBING (to say the least!). It took several hours to get every duct cleaned out but they did all the work and left my condo very clean and smelling great when they were finished. I'm sure the amount of nastiness in my ducts are in the top five of worst they ever seen! I will be bringing them back in a year for a follow up clean.
