I am so disgusted by this place. I ordered food from here for the first time and my salad had not one, not two but three LONG pieces of hair. One on the hairs was so imbedded into the salad that a carrot shaving was tangled in it. (I uploaded pictures for you to see) I am so unbelievably disappointed and I will never ever ever order from here again. I understand that mistakes happen, but three pieces of hair is no mistake. That is unsanitary, unacceptable and disturbing.

We came here while at Yorktown mall and decided on Freshii because we enjoy a healthy meal. Which this very much is. I ordered the smokehouse burrito with chicken and the taste was delicious as well as a fresh juice (mighty detox). My fiancé ordered the fiesta salad and the #lifesupport fresh juice and she was also satisfied. The price of the food would be the biggest downfall for the place. The total came to around $40. It's expected when eating fresh but we didn't think it should be quite as much.

Highly recommend the bongo bowl! It has corn, black beans, rice, cheese, tomatoes, and avocados topped with a spicy bbq dressing, and a lime. If you are wanting to eat healthy I would suggest this place the only problem is it is a bit pricey but, everything you eat now and days is.

Not great but not bad. If you are trying to eat healthy this is the place at the Yorktown mall food court. Not badly priced for the quality of food. I had the buffalo chicken salad with kale base and added chicken. It had flavor but was on the small side. I also had a mango smoothly which was average, pricey, and I'm not sure if they used whole fruit or premixed. I would stop here again if I'm at the mall.

They were out of the bottles Mighty Detox, which is my go-to but I ordered the Mighty Detox juice in a plastic cup.

I ordered the turkey burger at True Food Kitchen and when I tell you I heard the angels SINGING?! Baby, that first bite made me stop chewing just so I could properly process what was happening. The FLAVORS?! Whew! They were flavoring! I did a little dance in my seat. A tear almost formed in my eye. I looked at that burger like, "Now why would you come into my life and show out like this?!" Let me be clear: I don't normally get this emotionally attached to a turkey burger. Turkey burgers are usually just meat and bread however THIS ONE?! This was an EXPERIENCE. A testimony. A blessing between two buns. Seasoned perfectly. Juicy. Flavorful. Absolutely DELICIOUS. While typing this, i just learned that Adam made my burger today and he deserves a raise, a parking spot close to the door, and possibly his name on the building. 30 out of 10. I WILL be back and yes... I'm ordering the turkey burger again because I need to know if what happened between us today was REAL. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!!

I most recently had their skinny margarita and Korean glass noodle bowl. While I totally appreciate the minimizing of oils, salt, soy sauce, etc. this dish tasted like nothing to me. Almost like I had long covid and a loss of taste. The skinny margarita also tasted off - like there was orange juice instead of traditional margarita mix. I did try the seasonal sourdough pita with eggplant dip and that was really good. But some of my favorites are longer on the menu for example, the harissa cauliflower and chicken pizza. Service and ambiance are great. I'll definitely be back in the future but it has fallen off the pedestal a bit for me.

I had a margarita on happy hour menu and it was tasty. For my entree, I got the chicken enchiladas. They were presented very nicely and very flavorful. Since they are known for the caramel pie, I got a slice of that as well. Tasted like caramel candy with the texture similar to pumpkin pie. Service was friendly. I hear their brunch is also amazing as well.

I requested our group to be placed in a corner since we were dining in with 2 kids and an infant who would be sitting in a stroller. She had said they were fully booked and a different party needed the table I was eyeing since they would be coming in with 3 strollers. I was there from 9am-11am on a Friday and it was not packed nor did a family use the table I wanted while I was there. No one came in with 3 strollers either. Aside from that, I was trying to be helpful so the stroller wouldn't get in the way of customers and wait staff. The host basically made it harder for them, not me. I started with the hazelnut oat mocha and this was delicious. This was the highlight of my time there. For food I tried the Shakshouka and it was not good. The pouched eggs were not cooked. From my pictures - it looks like the eggs were cracked in the dish and the chef called it a day. I didn't chance eating it, I ate the pita it came with and left very hungry. I'm giving Beatrix a generous 2 due to the space being beautiful and my latte being great. Unfortunately this is not a spot I'll be returning to.

I really like the look of the inside, it's very aesthetic and will likely appeal to these young American Tik Tok/IG girls. However, as Chicago's first Pakistani-themed cafe, I was hoping for a more authentic experience. I know their menu is half American and half Pakistani. I think 95% Pakistani would have been better. The pancakes, French toast, chicken cajun pasta, and chicken club sandwich, people can get that literally anywhere. The Pakistani food you can't. I ordered the paratha smash burger and honey cardamom matcha hot. The honey cardamom was great, not very sweet at all. The paratha was crispy and the smash burger was juicy. I really enjoyed the sauce on top of the burger. I would definitely come back here for that. Service was very friendly and helpful. I would give this place a 4. I would really love to see more Pakistani food on the menu as well as advertised on your social media. The Americanized food catering to Americans doesn't do the Pakistani culture justice.

We sat at the cute floor seating area and lounged with our snacks. We got the bun kabob, haleem and karak chai. The haleem has no business being this good at a cafe lol. The bun kabob's meat to bread to chutney ratio was perfect. The chai was really authentic and not too sweet. We went for snack, but ended waay more stuffed than intended. Happily so
