Everyone here seems to take their sweet time. Never actually Takes 5 - should be this locations name. Other locations, like Converse off of FM 78 near 1604 is killing it. I parked by the lube side, waited for a minute, and out comes a friendly supervisor named Jonah. After quoting me for oil change, he offers me a great deal that for just another 10 bucks I would get my fuel line cleaned as well. Jonah also enrouraged me to change my air filter after showing me that it was dirty. The whole package cost only a little more than 50 bucks. After doing a little shopping at Walmart, taking my late lunch, the time I spent doing all that was no more than an hour and I was a happy guy after all was said and done coz my vehicle was ready after I finished eating. I will come back for my next oil change at this branch. I know that with Jonah and his guys, I am in good hands, and for a fair Walmart price. Jonah and his guys will always be heard by customers happily yelling cheerful and military-like motivational words and commands at each other that I rarely see from a store service team. More power to y'all!

My truck was leaking oil from a defective O-ring, and Texas Elite Auto and Diesel made the repair, washed, filled my truck up with some diesel, also provided some outstanding customer service by dropping off my truck to my residence. I would definitley take my vehicles back to Texas Elite Auto and Diesel. I highly recommend that you bring your vehicles to get repaired here. They made me a very happy customer.

Leaving my car here for 2-3 days at a time is super inconvenient and has caused me to miss work or find another way to work with is an additional expense. You would think at this point the company would try to accommodate you for the inconvenience they are causing you for the not so great quality work they are providing. But no one here seems to care and makes it seem like it's your problem. They are not open on the weekends and apparently are closed on the day after Thanksgiving ‍, like for what???‍ I don't recommend this location or even this company.
