I ask her to hand her phone to an employee, and when I asked why this is so expensive the employee raised their voice at me. I asked for a manager and was informed it was Chad himself I was talking to. I would NOT suggest this mechanic. He is unprofessional and perpetuates the negative stereotype of crooked mechanics preying on young women.

More likely, I'll just be dumping more money in sonl you can "half fix it" a 2nd time. One mechanic even told my wife to "hit the dash when her A/C wasn't kicking on...AFTER they fixed it. GTFO... Really!? Cost wasn't exactly on the cheap side...maybe fair, but ONLY if they fix the problem. My impression is they had way more cars than they could handle and were trying to rush them outa there. As a plus, if you need a ride home when leaving your vehicle there and a pickup when its ready, they also provide that service free upon request. The service they provided today - power steering pressure hose replace - carries a 3yr/36k mile warranty. That's better for such a repair than any other shop I've ever been to. Be aware that they do charge an $80 diagnostic fee for up-front repair estimates. However the manager offered to consider waiving it if I get the repair done by them today. I believe that was because I asked up front when checking in. If I hadn't, I got the impression they would have charged for that even with the repair. In this case, however, they were very good about it and did not end up charging that fee. I'll be going back again - I like this shop.
