I usually don't do this but here we go..Don't know how they even have 4 stars. There is only 1 guy that works here and knows what he is doing. His name is Albert I think I would give him 5 stars for his service alone but the other employees have no clue what they are doing. We especially liked Javier from the Costa Mesa location who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful setting up our account. A few areas of opportunities:to improve would be to 1. provide better slim cut suits for kids. My fiancé and I were very happy from the moment we walked through the door. We were greeted immediately and personably. Cloud was our stylist and walked us through our initial preferences and gave great suggestions and items to consider. Cloud was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his styling. The rental process was explained thoroughly and all of our questions were answered. The fitting process was fast and easy. As we were closing up our order, many guests were coming in. Cloud stayed with us but assured the other guests that they would be helped soon. UPDATE: I will amend my previous review. To summarize, I rented a tux from them and had my wife return it because I was going out of town. I put the cuff links and the bow tie in the pocket. The staff did not find them and charged my wife 32 dollars for the bow tie. I left a review which was rather scathing to say the least. I understand they were busy, but they easily could have checked the pockets. I will add that the process of renting the tux was great, other than having to check in with a QR code. The fitting was easy and efficient. The manager called me several days later and they returned the 32 dollars. However, the one thing that bothered me was that he continued to insist that the bow tie and cuff links were not in the pockets. This was very frustrating, as I had made sure that I put these items in the pockets before I left. I do believe they checked the pockets in my wife's presence, I just don't think they checked them thoroughly enough. I eventually spoke to someone higher up. He was very helpful and gave me some valuable information: 1) He told me that the bow tie and cuff links had been found. This was reassuring. He did an excellent job, I just wish that the manager who had called me had not been so insistent that the bow tie and cuff links were not there. While he was very professional, and refunded me the money, at times he seemed more interested in defending his staff. When you KNOW you have put the bow tie/cuff links in a pocket it is very frustrating to constantly hear that the were not there. I was happy to hear from the higher up I spoke to, I believe his name was Vincent, that the bow tie and cuff links were found. I just wish that the manager had been a bit less insistent that they were not in the pockets. It was good to know the items had been found, I just wish the staff at the store had searched more thoroughly. 2) He also told me that the staff was NOT supposed to charge my wife 32 dollars in the store. They were supposed to simply take the items back, and the charge would occur later. People make mistakes, and I can accept that, but I do wish they had put a bit more effort into finding the items instead of charging my wife. What makes it particularly frustrating was that the items WERE found. It really would have been nice if they had made more of an effort in the store to check the pockets. I know the staff was very busy. I will also add that the young manager I spoke to was very nice and polite. I was very impressed with him through the rental process and I enjoyed speaking to him on the phone. I just wish they had made more of an effort to find the items and it would have been nice if he had not been so insistent that the items were not found, when I found out a few days later from Vincent that the items WERE found. I would like to thank everyone I dealt with in resolving this issue. I just wish the manager had not insisted so strongly that the pockets were searched. Once again, I do believe they searched the pockets in front of my wife, but considering the items were found they obviously didn't search them thoroughly enough. read more

This shop is on the outside of South Coast Plaza, over by Sears. The parking was a little difficult. The store was jammed with the people and I had the little one. I have a few question and was treated with very short and hurried response. It was not the employees who work there. I believe there were only two and both were helping large parties. I think they were short staffed and hopefully it is not something usual. Regardless, I left empty handed and made my purchase elsewhere. This is just my own opinion. My husband and I came here to rent suits for the groomsmen in our wedding, after discovering that Men's Wearhouse only rents tuxes. They had a good selection (covering all the basics) and we were able to find just what we wanted. They had a HUGE selection of ties/colors, so it was easy to get just what I wanted. We got ties and matching pocket squares, and it was a very reasonable price (I think ~$100 per person for suit, tie, pocket square, shirt, and shoes). It worked out well for us, and they made it easy to get them the measurements of our out-of-town groomsmen even though they are a local business. These guys have their act together. I was actually in there to get a measurement for my wedding, but walked in right in the middle of prom season. The place was crazy, but they had everything in control. Came a few days later, and met the manager, Eric Acuña. This guy is on it. Knows his stuff, excellent customer care. It shines throughout the store, as all the staff there are pleasant and know their stuff. You do have to watch out if you return late, they do charge $20 fee for one day. read more

Worst customer service. An appt. Means nothing. The gentleman kept ignoring us after taking our size down. All we wanted was to look at colors after getting sizes. 45 min later still ignores us. Employees just standing around. I asked if we can at least have our size if he wasn't going to assist us and he goes " oh 15 bucks." With a stoned face. zero starts if i could. my fiance and I went in on a Saturday afternoon (02/17 & @ 4:30pm) so he could try on his WEDDING SUIT and the guy that "welcomed" (not really) us BARELY gave us any attention, was googling perfumes on works computer, all the guys working there were inside the whole time (including the one that was meant to be serving us and the manager).
