I don't understand why the sign says they close at 7pm and I was there at 6:50 but the door was locked and lights was on. Then as I start to walk away I see some lady walk out of a room and she turns off the lights. Pretty rude if you ask me. I needed a suit last minute the next day for prom and they were friendly and super helpful.

Let me begin by saying I've used Friar Tux for many special occasions. So when I proposed to my fiancé it made sense to chose them for my wedding party. I was fortunate to receive a discount by attending a bridal expo which was an added bonus. So I went in for what I thought was a fitting (already measured) for myself and my father-in-law who is a disabled vet. We met an older white gentlemen who is the store manager. We unfortunately had a BAD experience with the store manager. He was disinterested and made my experience bad enough to serious consider whether David's Bridal (next door) or Men's Warehouse an alternative. Luckily for him and the company, I met Eddie. We came in Saturday 6/15/19 for the actual fitting and consolation about our final selection. Eddie was professional, highly educated and patient with our 2 year old son. I'd only go back to see Eddie. The experience is ONLY a 4 store because of Eddie and the assistant store manager whom is a female. Otherwise it be would a 2 star. read more

We're getting married! after a lackluster trip to Men's Warehouse to look into suit rentals we came here. We're looking for a tan suit and we were greeted immediately by John. This place is a diamond in the rough the outside and signage may not be all that but when you walk in you feel like you have been transported to a different place the interior is clean well lit and their display of product is crisp and clean. What really topped it off of the customer service, they were very personable, understanding, and formidable and overall measurements and overall the fitting went well. I would highly suggest renting from here but another thing that just brings this over the top is that they have a buying option it's not just a rental store. They do you have a selection which is rentable and buyable and a section that is just rentable. read more

Friar tux shop in corona did a excellent job taking care of me . I was in and out with in 20 minutes . The staff was very friendly . I have been to this same location three times in the last six years and the suits have fit great every time . This time however my middle button to my vest came lose some time before we were set up to take photos . The staff again were friendly and told me if the bride/groom did not like their photos there would be a full refund on the purchase . I thought that to be very kind of them . Joe helped us find the perfect suit for my fiancé and groomsmen. He went above and beyond to help us find the perfect style. He took the time to talk to us and give advice and was so helpful. I recommend to talk to ask for him as he is the best and obviously knows what his doing. He is very professional and helpful. We truly got lucky that he was the the Riverside Friars since he told us that he actually works at the Friars in Moreno Valley. We will be doing our future fittings with him at his store since the previous girl who I think is the manager was not helpful or very friendly. read more

Okay so.. My sis is getting married so we went to Alfred Angelo and it was amazing!! They referred us here.. We had an appointment and let me say this was the worst service... They wouldn't let the guys try on and of the tuxes because they were closing soon. Very disappointed!!! I WILL NEVER BE BACK! Mens warehouse was so professional and friendly. Walking in to ask a question about measurements and the worker was absolutely rude. I understand if you can't do things but being polite I believe is required no matter the reason for coming into the store so that the next time I come I would want something. This store bent over backwards to accommodate my son for his prom. We had to make last minute changes twice and they came through for us on both issues without any problem. They even took care of a color change the day before the prom that I NEVER thought could be done. Everyone we encountered both in person and over the phone was very friendly and helpful. This place is horrible. We had an appointment and because they were closing at 5:00, the groomsmen couldn't try on any of the tux's, but they recommended an appointment at 4:00 and they had other people there, so we got the bad end of the stick. I suggest Men's Warehouse. They are pricier, but they are way better with an awesome selection, regardless if we went to Alfred Angelo's and they don't team with Men's Warehouse, but they have an amazing selection. read more

I went with my finace to look at tuxedos for our wedding and arrived 15 minutes early for our appointment. There were 2 workers helping other guests and no one greeted or even acknowledged us for the entire time we were waiting. Once we did get helped, we were told that the tux we wanted to look at wasn't available until March 15. I asked if my finace could at least try on the jacket and the worker told us that store policy doesn't allow them to take anything off the mannequins. Just as he said that, the other worker proceeded to take the jacket off another mannequin and put it on another groom. When I asked why he was allowed to take the jacket off, our worker didn't say anything. We left and are taking our business to another company. I do not recommend this store! Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. read more
