Stopped in with the family after church, made a drive out to Madison because the wife wanted Ramen…read moreand we'd never been here. Kind of a hole in the wall place - seating is limited, one comfy four top and then a lot of stuff mostly designed for 1-2 people. The booths can hold 4 people, but it will be a tight 4. They will hand you a menu when you come in, but you will order at the counter when you are ready. Water and unsweet tea were self serve and free, they had canned Coke products (no Coke Zero) -- all the dishes were served in togo/disposable containers. Employees were extremely friendly. We ordered a variety of dishes to sample everything; shrimp katsu plate, chicken gyoza, chicken katsu, beef curry rice and tonkotsu Ramen. Prices are reasonable for Huntville - Curry or Ramen dishes are $15, Katsu plates $12, and Kids (Keiki) are $8. Portions were good and food came out quickly. Wife is half Asian and said all the food was food for the most part. She enjoyed her Ramen and my Curry. I was not a fan of the gyoza (might have been it being chicken and not pork) and felt the sear was light. Vegetables in my curry were huge, but that's a nitpick. Both my kids ate their ketsu and rice without complaint; chicken ketsu I stole was moist. Definitely give it a shot!

The food was very good. I didn't even order the broth udon soup thing that my husband got, but the FLAVOR in that broth was incredible. I liked it more than the curry rice, but that's probably just because of the flavor I was wanting that day. We both got chicken katsu. Super yummy. Spring rolls were fab. It worked out because he ate my rice leftovers. Will totally go back!

This is such a cute ramen spot that my wife found! They have both indoor and outdoor seating,…read morealthough the inside is a tad bit small. However, the excellent customer service more than makes up for it! We had a party of four and were able to seat ourselves while the waiter came over to take our orders. Everyone was super attentive and the service was fast. One server brought us our waters and was incredibly nice. Then another staff member came over to greet us and take our orders. Another gentleman brought out our fries and checked to see if we were ready to order our entrees, but we had already placed our orders. I really appreciated how attentive everyone was throughout our visit! Our food came out in a good amount of time. I ordered the miso ramen, and let me just say--it was a 10/10! The flavors were absolutely spectacular. I've never had tofu that good, and it was served on the side. The way the edamame was seasoned and paired with the broth was simply TOO GOOD! My wife ordered the tonkotsu ramen, which she really enjoyed. I tasted the broth, and it was definitely different from mine, but in a good way! My son also enjoyed his fries, which were fried to perfection. Needless to say, I HAVE to come back before I hit the road and head home!

We started out with the curry katsu sliders which were delicious but need extra sauce cause I wanted dipping. And the dry rub edamame were lit Ramen was delicious and just soul healing. Highly recommend.
