Had to leave and come back for a fill because they immediately took other customers instead of asking me what service I needed, made an appointment for 1pm and owner was rude and immediately attended someone else when I came back today for my appointment. I was not completely happy with my pedicure polish so asked for re polish. The owner looks to me and says you "always mess up" very unprofessional and uncomfortable as I was willing to pay for a re polishing of my toes. She then asked if I was getting a pedicure again I was shocked as I had just payed $25 +tip for a pedicure 2 days prior. At this point I didn't no longer want a fill just my acrylics taken off. The owner then says "better go where you got full set " I was so disappointed on how rude she was. As a new mom my time is precious and tight and wanted to treat my self and get pampered as I had a babysitter today. She proceeded saying $15 nail take off for one hand. She was messy and inexperienced my clothes was full of polish and so were my sandals. I complained about this and she says " it's your nail polish" My experience at good nails was horrible and very disappointing. Will NOT be coming here again.

I liked how she checked for the proper length of my toenails by not only looking but also by feeling the top edge of the nail vs. the skin on the top of your toe to make sure it doesn't protrude too much. Then when it came time to paint, WOW. She was amazing at painting. Everything was even and she even got the hard to reach edges.

Enter Briana! I found her on here, went to her instagram, checked out her photos, and booked an appointment pretty much immediately. Her suite being in montebello and only a 10 minute drive from me was also a huge plus. So I went on 4/26 (Sunday) at 10am. Location has plenty of parking since it is in a big shopping center. Upon entering I realized there were other services at this address (brows and hair). Anyway, Briana arrived promptly and we got started! She was super friendly and professional and we had a great conversation going throughout my appointment. Speaking of appointment, let me share what I had done! I ended up going with a gel manicure and pedicure. I was unsure about what color to choose so Briana helped me decide based on the dress I will be wearing for a wedding I will be attending (in Hawaii).
