Customer service here is first rate. I worked with Edo three years ago when we moved to Walnut Creek. I wanted wide plank flooring but couldn't afford the really expensive stuff, and Edo found me some that was half the cost. They look just as good and have held up well. He was also quick and efficient with the job. We get compliments on our floors all the time. We are now remodeling the kitchen and living areas of our house and needed to find more of the same flooring. Even though it is now discontinued, Paulo did an excellent job of finding the same wood from three years ago. It was such an easy experience from a start. The company really stand to it's name. :-) For starters, you getting really great selection of different floors in a store. You choose few and you can take it home large section to see how it match your interior. Not like small pieces that fits in your pocket that you can get from Home Depot or Lowe's. Then signing contract is a breath with Paulo patience and he will go with all the details needed. We had a small bump, that laminate that we wanted was not in stock, so we needed to wait few weeks, but we certainly glad we waited. It is just amazing. The installation process was not bad at all. It took a crew 3 days to install floor everywhere downstairs. As an owner we should be better prepared next time to realize that we won't be able to access anything downstairs. I am not much for writing reviews (my wife does that) but I signed up at yelp just to express my experience and appreciation with this company. First off, they have a large selection of laminate to choose from and they allowed us to take samples home to see what we liked in our home. We chose a commercial grade laminate and the price they quoted (approx $4.50/sqft) was a sort of package deal that includes everything, material and labor, such as taking out the old carpets, installing the padding, laminate and the baseboards. We also had a curved stairs in our home that was difficult to install but cost us only an additional $45/step. All in all, they did a great job for a very reasonable and competitive price! They told us it would take 3 days and they finished it right on schedule. So from the time we went to look at the selection of laminate to the time they finished installing it took exactly a week! I was also impressed that they took the time to clean the place up after they finished, i.e. took all the garbage out and swept and mopped the floors. Highly recommended! read more

We used them based on the ratings but were highly disapointed and had to redo manythings ourselves. Firstly, theres a lack of communicatin between the 2 workers and the boss (one of whom doesnt understan English much which made it even more frustrating to try to explain to him in person the same citeria for the nth time) and they have a tendency to cut corners to finish early, especially the younger one. You can clearly see our floor was installed by 2 peopleworsking verydiffewrently, hence its all over the place (uneven grouting, removing carpet pading at the wooden floor/carpet transition thus leaving gaps, t molds that crack as a result of air gaps, nicks in some of the materials they installed, uneven soacing beween tiles etc). The only positive aspects is that the materials are good and the owner professional, but its best to install it yourself and save thousands of dollars. Home depot even does more consistent work. REALLY DISAPPOINTED read more

Based on recommendation from friends, I chose Esyfloor to install engineered hardwood flooring at my house in Dublin. I dealt with Paulo for the sales and Enrique for the install. Both were very helpful and made the purchasing and installation process seamless and smooth. I was kept up to date on any delays. They were also able to schedule Enrique's crew to stop by at the end of his workday to fix a chip on the hardwood floor which happened during the move, although my only complaint is that it had to be rescheduled a few times. i went there couple of months ago to redo my apartment's floor. the staff was nice during the material selection, and offered discount for the installation. i agreed and asked them to start the following weekend, as i had other plan that week. that where the problem started. i called them numerous times to remind them about the installation, and they kept making excuses, from the material i selected was not available, for the installation person was not available. i finally had someone installed, and not only it took longer than the promised to install (i had small size living room and bedroom), the the technician kept asking for more money, saying that the rooms were bigger than the original estimate, which was not. i called the store and they pretty much ignore. it was too late for me to dispute the transaction, and i regretted the decision to go to this store. stay way if you don't want them to ruin your floor, and don't get tempted by their so-called "cheap" promotion/ discount offering. read more

We met with 4 different flooring companies. Edo got me a quote the next day after I met him and their prices beat everyone else. Esy Floor installed 3 different types of tile, hardwood flooring, and new carpet. They were also able to create a tile shower surround and shower/tub surrounds, and they did the tiling around our fireplace. We had other contractors working at the same time and Esy Floor worked so fast, they actually had to stop for two days and let the other contractors finish their portion so there would be enough space to continue working. Even after they completed the job (and were paid), they still made follow up visits to review the quality of their work. Two weeks after they're done, i get a follow up call asking if there are any issues they can address? You can tell they take pride in the workmanship. There was no pressure or sales pitches. DO NOT go shopping any where else !! Esy Flooring is THE place to go ! I was looking to change the flooring for my whole house. I checked every where and each one of them had a hidden fee. Eg: Moving heavy items ..extra .. removing and re-attaching panels ..extra ..painting them extra .. preparing the floor before laying the laminate ..extra .. every little thing added up. I finally came across EsyFloor and all they said was ' Please select the laminate that you want ..' and they did the rest for me.. one price and that was it !! from carpet removal, preparing the floor, painting my side boards, removal of the trash and even did some custom work at no extra cost ! One more thing I wanted to mention is that after all the work was done and finished the Manager Edo came by to inspect the work. He saw one spot in my bedroom that had 2 millimeter difference in the ground level .. and I was OK with it too as I thought that it will be too much for them to take everything out and redo the work but , he was not OK with it. He said ' I like to do a clean job and make sure it is done right' . He actually told his crew to remove everything and redo the whole thing again. I was amazed !! It is easily my best experience that I have had with any vendor. I highly recommend them !! Simply AMAZING !! Keep up the good work :) read more
