Instead, the restaurant's response was simply to remove the chicken from the bill and move on as if serving raw poultry to a child was no big deal. That is completely unacceptable. Between the disappointment from looking forward to having a fun night out and the anxiety from biting into the chicken, the night ended in tears. I feel awful for her and there is no one to blame other than Cooper's Hawk. The was a SERIOUS food safety failure.
