    Paint damage
    Adrian L.

I recently took my 2017 Mustang GT to get new tires installed in the rear. I think I paid about $30 but the damage ended up being hundreds. They severely damaged the paint on Performance Pack wheels during the installation. Paint was scraped off and broken off in some places. I drove the car home and parked it for a few days after the installation. I didn't notice the damage till about 3 days later when I started driving it again. I didn't bother taking it back and letting them know because I know how shops operate. They would've told me it was my fault and that's why it took so long for me to bring it back. Looks like they can't work on nice things. Edit 6/05/19: just got the rear tires replaced again because I burned out the ones in the picture. The new shop told me that the previous shop (Front Line Tires) cracked my tire pressure sensor and didn't properly place the tire weights. So they weren't even balanced properly.

Come visit Ivan. He always gives us the best service, always goes the extra mile to ensure his customers are satisfied even if that means continuing to work after closing hours.

Great fast service. Went for my first time to get an oil change and tire rotation. The mechanics could not have been nicer!

I was told one wheel needed a125 reseal, and another just needed a 25 corrosion cleanup. A few days later, I got a call that the second wheel also needed a reseal. During that phone call, I made a mistake. It was early, I was taking care of my baby, and I quickly said, so it's gonna be 300. He agreed. Later, I realized that didn't match the original pricing. Two reseals at 125 each should have been 250. When I picked up the wheels and brought this up, instead of a professional conversation, I was met with hostility. There was no written estimate to reference and rather than discussing the misunderstanding, I was argued with and spoken to disrespectfully in front of other customers. I was basically told they didn't want my business anymore. I own a business myself, and when misunderstandings happen, I focus on resolving them respectfully, even if I think I'm right, because customer service matters. I paid the 250 because that's what I understood to be correct based on the original pricing. My issue isn't the 50 dollars, it's how I was treated. Respectful communication goes a long way. I won't be returning. Update: When I dropped off the wheels, I watched him write on a notepad125 for a reseal and 25 for corrosion cleanup. Later, when told the wheel didn't need corrosion but wheel needed a re-seal, I mistakenly said300 on the phone. When I came back, I asked to see that original note because I knew what I saw written, but he refused to show it or said he didn't have it. I paid 250. My concern is how the quote changed and how I was spoken to when I asked a simple question. Instead of addressing the documentation, the response turned personal. I stand by my experience and hope for respectful communication in the future. I know what I heard and what I saw written. I just wish that had been acknowledged instead of dismissed.

Brandi was super patient walking me through replacement options. When I picked it up after work, even with an alignment added, the bill was actually lower than the quote. Turns out the initial estimate had a larger tire size than what I actually needed. Since I know nothing about tire sizes, they easily could have let that slide, but their honesty saved me money. That kind of honesty is rare and it's exactly why I keep coming back. I'll keep coming here because of the great customer service and because they're a company I can actually trust.

Because I bought the tires from them and I also purchased the tire insurance from them. The lady visually inspected and couldn't see anything wrong. She refilled air and I went on my way. A few days later the TPMs light came back on. I took it back in. Told the rep the situation. Asked him if he could check it out for me. The tire is still under warranty and I have tire insurance on top of that. He told me he could not inspect the tire until I bought two new front tires from them. I gently declined. He kept on trying to sell me on tires citing safety issues etc. Since I did not buy two front tires from them, they refused to service my back tire. I brought the car in to get a tire checked out and serviced, from a store I bought the tire from, not to be solicited and forced to buy something I did not want. Why pay insurance for something when you can even utilize it for the reason you bought the insurance for in the first place. Came back to speak with a manager to report the incident and get some clarity. I was helped by a gentleman named Nicholas. He was great and he offered to help and make things right. I had to politely declined. I went to the other guys down the street. They were much more helpful and honest. After this experience I will never buy tires from them again. Been a loyal customer for over a decade. Spent thousands. Bought all of my family's tires from them. A company in decline, if they feel that they have to force, manipulate, and corner their customers to produce sales. What a shame.
