Even though small, each cupcake is a solid bite, with just the right amount of filling and frosting. My recommendation, is that unless you have a solid dislike of a particular flavor, just go for a surprise variety. I guarantee you will miss out on some unique flavors that may not have been chosen by how you feel at a particular moment. For example, we had a surprise chocolate chip pancake cupcake, with the miniest of pancakes on top of the frosting swirl with a maple something in the middle.Yum I also love the very simple cherry cupcake- with a cherry filling and drizzle. My daughter also had these cupcakes as a tower at her wedding a few years ago, and after everyone was full from dinner, these were the perfect little thing to munch on before, during, and after hitting the dance floor. Valerie at Frosted Swirl Cupcakes was wonderful! She was so accommodating, organized, and her cupcakes are incredible! Her flavor combinations are fantastic. My favorite was the Maple Chocolate Chip Pancake and my wife's was the Peanut Butter Cup, but they were truly all delicious. We chose to do a variety of mini cupcakes for our wedding and our guests LOVED them. We maybe had 5 left over, and that is with us ordering more than recommended. Valerie also worked with us to do a wedding cutting cake and executed our design preference perfectly. She also perfectly handled the delivery, set up of the cupcakes on her displays (would recommend purchasing that option), as well as the pickup of the displays (would also recommend purchasing that option). She was so considerate of our time and space that I couldn't even say thank you! We could not be happier and are so glad we chose Frosted Swirl to be our baker for our wedding. Our mini cupcakes at our wedding were such a hit! I am grateful there were still a few leftover so my husband and I could enjoy them. Everyone kept asking me where they came from and talked about how delicious they all were. This was hands down the best cake I've eaten in my life!! We had a small wedding cake just for us, and it was so rich, moist, and delicious. We also did mini cupcakes for our guests, and it was really fun to do a tasting of the cupcake flavors ahead of time and pick out flavors. Everyone loved the cupcakes, they were a big hit! On a day where it was hard to eat anything due to excitement and nerves, we had no problem polishing off a huge piece of cake in the limo after our reception, and that is one of my favorite memories from the night. We really wanted cupcakes for our wedding and Frosted Swirl was an easy choice! The cupcakes are STUNNING and we also had a small cutting cake for us. Blueberry lemon are amazing as well as all the other flavors. Valerie gave me an assortment and there wasn't a cupcake my family and I didn't love. Valerie even adds special touches to her cupcakes like a mini gingerbread man or a mini pancake to her maple chocolate chip pancake cupcakes. Had Valerie do some of her magic at a party for us last weekend. Everything from the initial follow up to the delivery at our party in a refrigerated truck, was on a first class level. Valerie even boxed and labeled each cupcake to make sure the social distancing at the party was well within the necessary guidelines now in place with social distancing.
