Froyo & Fido is one of our favorite places to visit with family and friends! The frozen yogurt is always delicious, with plenty of flavors and toppings to choose from. We love being able to enjoy a sweet treat while bringing our dog along for a special snack, too. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they make every visit fun. Our kids especially enjoy the rock-paper-scissors game for a chance to win stickers and other special prizes. It's little touches like these that make the experience memorable. What makes Froyo & Fido even more special is the owner, Mrs. Karen Abram. She truly cares about the community and generously supports local youth sports teams, schools, and other organizations by allowing them to hold fundraisers at her shop. Checked out this new froyo place late one evening. Cute place, dog friendly. They usually have 8 flavors of yogurt to choose from and some rotating flavors. I liked the cake batter and tart. They have an assortment of toppings from cereal to fruit, poppers to syrups. I'm sure you'll find something you like. The shop is very clean with many tables and some Adirondack chairs outside. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have pet merchandise for sale also. Come check this cute place out next time you want some frozen yogurt, bring your pet, sit back and relax. My family and I came here for the first time this weekend. They offer trays and cups so you can serve yourself, along with lids, a variety of yogurt flavors, and a ton of toppings. My kids really enjoyed this place. I also love that they have both indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a small little library where you can choose a book to read during your visit. Lovely spot with a great cause! The inside is very clean and well taken care of. I went with their tart flavor and was very basic with my toppings and just got fruit, but their tart was delicious, not too sour and not overly sweet! They have 3 dog froyo flavors and I went with the apple cheddar which my boy devoured. No dogs allowed inside, but we enjoyed our sweet treat outside on the patio under some shade. While I got my frozen yogurt and used the restroom, one of the employees kindly stayed with My Dog! And she was the sweetest They have a rewards program as well and even tho I'm not a simi valley local, I still signed up since my vet is now practicing over here. We stopped by Froyo & Fido yesterday right after their grand opening, and I have to say--this place is a great addition to Wood Ranch in Simi Valley. It's conveniently located right next to Starbucks, which makes it an easy stop. First off, the space is beautiful. It's clean, modern, and very roomy inside, with additional seating outside if you want to enjoy the weather. You can tell they really put thought into the layout and overall vibe. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in, which always makes a big difference. Now let's talk about the frozen yogurt--I've been eating froyo for years, and this was honestly one of the best I've had. The taste and texture were super fresh, smooth, and flavorful. We took our kids here after camp pick up for an afternoon treat. I'm so glad we discovered this yogurt shop. The flavors are exceptional and the staff were very outgoing and kind. We met the owner, Karen, and she really went out of her way to show our kids a good time and gave them lots of stickers. I absolutely love this frozen yogurt place! The variety of flavors is amazing, and I genuinely enjoy trying something new every time I go. My favorite toppings are the cheesecake bites and the fresh berries but I do wish they had hot fudge*** please add some hot fudge guys! What really makes this place special, though, is the experience. I love that there's even a fun little rock-paper-scissors game with the cashier, and the cutest stickers are always up for grabs if you win! I'm so happy this spot is here in Woodranch -we really needed something like this in the area. It's sweet, fun, and full of good energy. Keep up the great work, guys. This is a fantastic new addition to the Wood Ranch neighborhood! They offer so many delicious options, and I love that they rotate their flavors frequently to keep things fresh. The Flavors: My personal favorites are the Coffee and Chocolate. While I'm sad to see the Guava and Orange Swirl go, the new Watermelon Sorbet is a great replacement. I'd love to see Pumpkin Spice Latte added to the rotation, and please bring back Cookie Monster--that was a total winner! The Toppings: They have a massive assortment. Our favorites are the Sour Patch Kids and popping boba. I also love that they offer tiny mochi pieces, fresh fruit, and a variety of sauces like raspberry, strawberry, and chocolate. The Vibe: There is ample seating, making it our go-to spot after school on Fridays ("Froyo Friday"). They are also dog-friendly; while pups can't come inside, there is plenty of space to enjoy your treat with them outdoors. Super excited to have this new addition to Wood Ranch! I love the texture of the frozen yogurt here- don't ask me to explain- I can't- but it's amazing. Flavors: Vanilla and coffee are incredible. The coffee flavor wasn't shy with the coffee hence its amazingness. The other thing that makes this place for me is the cookie dough. Most places are hard, puck like pebbles. This place has cookie dough that feels like it's freshly made, slightly crumbly- I'm obsessed. The cupcake bites are also tasty and they are fun because they look like Yoshi eggs. Only thing I'd like to see different would be to get rid of the plastic spoons for something more environmentally friendly. read more

If dogs aren't allowed in this "dog friendly establishment", then you should reconsider just renaming your store Fro Yo. Very disappointing experience with kids and my pups. We just ate outside. Stopped by Froyo & Fido on opening day and it's such a great spot! The place is super cute, clean, and has a really good community vibe--plus plenty of seating and a dog-friendly setup. Love this place. It has yummy Froyo (my favorite so far is the coffee flavor and the Hawaiian pineapple!), tons of topping options, super friendly and helpful staff, and adorable decor. Also...they do fundraisers weekly to give back to the community! We are so lucky to have this place in our town. Highly recommend coming here if you haven't tried it yet or making it a regular part of your weekly routine if you have tried it before. I love supporting local businesses and I'm so glad we have a new one in town!! They've been open less than a week and already hosting a fundraiser for my son's junior high band. The owner is very nice and even took the time to check the ingredients to make sure the frozen yogurt didn't have red dye as my daughter is allergic. The frozen yogurt is super flavorful and creamy.
