We've been going here for years, mainly because our black Lab mix makes us take her. She LOVES how dog friendly the place is, especially because there's a cute little patio out front where she can eat her free Pup Cup and harass the lizards on the sidewalk. Don't a good place to go to, the Skittles are hard as a rock, not a lot of Froyo options, the place feels very cramped.

Great frozen yogurt flavor and so many toppings it's hard to pick only a few! My only complaint is that I don't know when to stop piling on the toppings and end up with more than I really need. Great local business! read more

Yogurt drive thru... Thats just cool. They have ice cream also and you don't even have to get out of the car. I prefer to serve my self and fill my cup with a few of the flavors (tasted super good) and lots of toppings!!! Staff supper friendly and nice! read more

The most disappointing froyo I have ever had the misfortune of consuming. Selection of yogurt was slim. There were many topping options but the most basic, obvious choices were absent. I had the original tart and salted caramel.. Salted caramel was flavorless. Original tart was almost too tart, lending to a spoiled taste. I actually felt bad giving a few spoonfuls to my dog. I love this place. The smoothies are perfect! And I was surprised by the price. I've spent twice as much at other smoothie shops that weren't as good. I really love Froyo. Granted there are many bigger frozen yogurt places in this area but I love the smaller atmosphere and the taste of their yogurt is great. I have a love/hate relationship with the fact that they change up the flavors but they seem to keep the staple flavors at all time which is why I know I can keep coming back. This place is awesome !! The yogurt is good but I go for Matt and Tanya's homemade ice cream!!! During thanksgiving and every blue moon they have a sweet potato casserole ice cream , I swear it's yummy!!! This is mine and my husbands favorite place!! Gone downhill.. Today, we went to this place after a long time. The place was dirty. Spoons were not clean. The yogurt was runny, and when I asked the person behind the counter did not seem to care. She had bunch of teenagers hanging out by the counters and she seemed busy entertaining them rather than helping the customers. Needless to say, I will not be going back, but it is disappointing to see how fast this place went from really good to just bad. I would rather go to any of the other yogurt places now. read more

Tanya and Matt have been in the ice cream business for a looooong time. This store is new, but they are pros. You can get a lot of custom flavors, which is amazing. Although this is a yogurt shop, you should try the ice cream. I like the peanut butter blast and cookie dough. I loved the pumpkin yogurt. They don't have my favorite topping any more which is wet walnut. It's walnuts in a syrup, and it goes really well with the pumpkin yogurt. I've asked and they say will have it again asap. The energy of this place is very warm. Lots of young energy and a family sorta feel. They have a play room for the kids which is pretty cool. Very clean and friendly. Tootie, the manager, is really nice and always puts a smile on my face. :) read more

I've tried quite a few frozen yogurt places from big chains (Pinkberry and Red Mango) to mom and pop places. I ONLY get original, tart flavor with Fruity Pebbles. I'll start with their tart original flavor as they advertised it. Awful. Not an awful flavor, but rather a completely inaccurate description of the yogurt. It had NO tartness to it at all. I likened it to Dairy Queen's soft serve ice cream...tasted JUST like it. Onto the topping. The Fruity Pebbles were incredibly stale. I think they'd been sitting out for days. So much so that they looked gooey and clumped together. They need to have mochi as a topping too. How do you not have mochi as a frozen yogurt place? I won't be back. read more

Disgusting! I was so excited that this place came to Westchase...we love self serve yogurt! But, the place is gross. The toppings are in glass jars and we watched as kids, unsupervised by anyone, put their hands in the jars, threw some on their yogurt and the rest back in while the employees are clueless. The machines look as if they are never cleaned , with drippings sitting in the overflow area, the machines are not calibrated so the yogurt is inconsistent, and, all-in-all the yogurt just is not good. Great concept, terrible execution. Typical business owner that is taking the mass community and lack of fro-you places for granted. If a real professional franchise moves in, these guys won't last a second. read more

OMG ! I love the new froyo in Westchase. I used to have to travel 20 minutes to their other location. I go in about 3-5 times a week , and bring my kids. We love going on Fridays (They usually have live music) I reccomend to all my friends ! All the employees are helpful and very kind.They recently held a fundraiser for a student with Leukemia (She attends Davidson Middle school , which my kids also attend) It's just nice to have a fun place to go where the owners are involved and care about their customers as well as the community. read more

We hired Matt from Tanya and Matt's Ice Cream and Ice Sculptures to provide ice sculptures for our wedding. We chose Matt over other companies because he was competitively priced. What a disappointment! One sculpture was supposed to be a star fish. All of our family agreed it looked like the top star on a Christmas tree. The other sculpture was supposed to be a shot luge. However, it didn't even function correctly because it was designed poorly. Both sculptures had very poor craftsmanship and were nothing like what we expected. Halfway through the reception one of the sculptures shifted out of place and crashed toward the floor! Matt's response was that someone at the hotel should have watched it. I feel that is what we paid for....for his company to make sure everything was secure. The ice sculptures should have been built to last a few hours (we had in indoor air conditioned reception); it's a wedding ...not a 30 minute luncheon! Through many conversations Matt made no attempt to compensate us for the disaster we paid for. He offered a gift card to his ice cream shop. We politely declined due to the fact that we had a destination wedding and had no use for the gift card. He offered a monetary refund in which he never even sent! It's more important to us to write a real review and save other brides and grooms than to receive a refund. read more
