Friendly staff!! It's always slow or empty when I come in and I don't understand why that is but I'm not complaining. They have better flavor options usually than the other fro-yo places in town and their restaurant layout is AMAZING. It's set up into miniature rooms that give groups a sense of privacy and coziness. Pillows and cushions everywhere and lots of seating. Not to mention they win in San Marcos for having the most unique and best toppings for the fro-yo. The lady was in the back and didn't bother to come out, and when she did, she fiddled with the fruit and stuff like I wasn't there. Never acknowledged me. This place gets two stars because it's clean and pretty with good music BUT the smell right when you walk in smells like gross cleaning products like a nail salon. All the Vietnamese nail salons smell like this. A dessert shop or frozen yogurt shop should smell like sweet stuff and yummy food not like cleaning products. Every yogurt from the machines tasted fermented and although I bought the vanilla, I didn't eat it because that fermented taste really spoiled and I was afraid to get sick. I was hoping the gelato was really thick and creamy but it was more of a light frozen consistency. I won't be back. read more

The coupon still said there was 30 minutes left on the coupon and the hours were from 1pm to 11pm. The people working walked up about the time we were walking away and said it would be about 40 minutes until the were going to be open. Very disappointed.
