I placed an order several days in advance to be delivered to my brother for his birthday. On the day of the delivery, I get a message that it was delivered with a picture that is not my brother's house. I can't see the house number and have no idea where it went. I called my brother and obviously he didn't get the order. I called the store and explained that the order was not delivered to the correct house. I was put on hold several times, gave the information requested, then put on hold again. In the interim, my brother's neighbor took the delivery over to their house. When the lady came back on the line I told her that the cookies were delivered by my brother's neighbor. She was quiet and didn't say anything. I said to her, the delivery driver (Tucker) still dropped it off to the wrong house and that should be addressed. Luckily, my brother's neighbor didn't toss them or keep them. She didn't say anything, didn't offer a remedy, didn't apologize, nothing. I will not order from them again. I'll go back to Tiff's for orders in this area.
