In my opinion, it's hard to go wrong with froyo, and it always hits the spot on a hot summer day. There is both an assortment of flavors and of toppings/sauces to satisfy a range of palates. I did avoid some of the fruit toppings which looked a little smushed and old and not-so-fresh, but otherwise, I really enjoyed my froyo. There's plenty of seating inside and outside as well! Can't speak (yet) about the bubble tea, but my friends had the honeydew bubble tea which they enjoyed as well! Pro tip: even if it's not an option on the menu, I always ask for less sugar in my bubble tea as they almost always tend to be overly sweet. read more

I was very disappointed in my chi milk tea. The minute I took a sip I was ready to throw it out. I tried to give it some additional chances but I couldn't keep going. The froyo wasn't terrible but definitely not the best. Will most likely not be back. read more

Was looking forward to having bubble tea and I ordered the avocado bc i didn't want anything with powder. It took them about 10 mins to make it, even though I was literally the only customer there, and what I received was basically 8 blended avocados with 3 teaspoons of milk. I even was charged an extra .75 cents bc it was supposedly a slushy (w blended ice), but I got basically a room temperature cup of guacamole (lacked any kind of liquid) with tapioca balls at the bottom. It was disgusting, had the consistency of pudding, and bitter. The staff lacked good customer service. I waisted $5. read more

Friendly staff, good variety of smoothies, yogurts, and bubble tea flavors. Tried the lychee bubble tea as suggested and it was great! Just wish they mentioned they also used lychee popping boba in addition to the tapiaco pearls for the flavored smoothies. They also provide tea lattes, which other than chai are sometimes hard to find. Didn't try one this time, but will be back. read more

Who knew the south could pull of bubble tea?! Certainly not me. I'm from the west coast where bubble tea is like water and I was a bit skeptical that the boba here wouldn't satisfy. Fortunately to my surprise it was quite delicious! The friendly cashier recommended the mixed fruit tea and it tasted like a refreshing dessert. We stopped here this weekend for an after dinner dessert. We love frozen yogurt and were excited to see a convenient location (although tucked away in a plaza). We tried pina colada, cookies & cream, salted caramel coffee, & cotton candy frozen yogurt. They were all delicious & fresh tasting! As we were sitting inside eating our frozen treats, we got to looking around and noticed how not clean the lounge area was. There was hair on a chair next to us, an ant or two on the floor & the garbage was all splattered with food. Might not be a big deal to some but I felt if I'm eating food somewhere, I'd like it all to be clean! There was one girl working the register but that is all she did. She was on her phone & cleaning out her wallet. I would think the owners would want their workers to help keep their place clean. I also noticed a lady with a Mimi Nails apron on (also in the same plaza) walked in, said hello to the employee then go to the back to make herself a smoothie & then left. Don't order almond milk tea. Don't order almond milk tea. It tastes very artificial and reminds us of cough syrup. Still added ice to my friend's milk tea even though we asked not to add ice. But they seem to have a lot of flavors for frozen yogurt. Overall an ok experience. read more

When I first got to Frozy I wasn't very warmly greeted but no big deal. After searching a bit I asked if they had sample cups so she put them out on a table. I really liked that on the labels for all of the frozen yogurts they put the serving size, calories, carbs etc so you see what you're eating. I ended up getting the kale mango pineapple smoothie which wasn't half bad. The smaller of the two sizes came up to about $5 which was a little more than it was worth. My friend and I sat and talked for a while but the employee became very warm and sweet to us towards the end of the visit. I don't think my visit here was anything special but if you happen to be close by and want frozen yogurt this will do. read more

This place is great! The variety is good and three place looks very clean, comfortable and inviting. I really like pistachio froyo and they make it great. Very smooth and rich. It's a little expensive, but they have a very good variety of flavors, mix them up often, the staff is friendly, and they clearly label allergens in the yogurt. We tried the bubble tea I got the honeydew bubble tea and my husband got the mango bubble tea. They use powder and don't use fresh ingredients. The pearls tasted very bland and a little on the very hard side. I would suggest using fresh ingredients especially when in season. read more

I'm glad my husband found this place. We ordered hot & cold Thai bubble tea, and they were good. They made the other warm enough to safely use a straw for the boba. The lychee-green tea was also good. The halo-halo could use a little adjustment so the consistency does not become too thick & sticky. But overall, the attempt to this Filipino dessert is good. This is now my go-to place for bubble tea. I think their black milk tea has a good balance of tea and milk, so I like it more than other places in Durham like Tutti Frutti.
