Love the tortas and chamango. My son and I went on a mission to find the best chamango in town and settled here as our favorite. Love this place. Everything is fresh. Ordered their fruit bowl with cottage cheese. You can choose your own fruits or get their special with everything on it like granola, nuts, raisin, cottage and honey toppings. It was super delicious. Their customer service was prompt. Great location and great staff! Came here on a Monday morning after a nice 4 mile walk. The food was delicious and fresh! We got the veggie torta and salmon torta. The bread tasted freshly baked, and it was toasted. All the vegetables were fresh. The salmon on my torta was flavored just right and blended so well with the vegetables. The vegetables included pickled jalapeños, avocado, lettuce, white onion and tomato. We also both got the beets, orange and carrot juice. I believe it was called day of the dead. I definitely recommend this juice if you're looking for something healthy and not too sweet or too vegetabley. Ambience was very relaxing. There was indoor and outdoor seating to choose from. I enjoyed a nice breakfast bagel and a cup of coffee from this business. The bagel was a whole wheat bagel, and came with a fried egg, a couple slices ham, sliced avocado, cheese, and some jalapenos. The bagel was nicely toasted, and the ham and eggs were very good. I am not sure what kind of cheese came with the breakfast, but it was a white cheese. I liked it what ever it was. I have to say I was happy that they serve wheat bagels here because I am a fan. The avocado was perfectly ripe. I love Frutas fresh juices. The one in Bonita can be tricky for parking, but if you look in the area you can walk over.

There was a big tick on the cap of the water bottle and the lady who took my order was extremely rude. I asked to change my drink before I even got my order and she didn't let me change it. Really great! Surprising they were open on Thanksgiving and we wanted a snack before cooking Thanksgiving dinner. I ordered the large corn in a cup and it was huge! At least 2 people could share it. The amount of cheese and spice was perfect!! I ordered a ginger shot also. That needed some work. Parking is rough here, and don't expect it to be peaceful and quiet in here (it's always busy and the music is always too loud/distracting). I am disappointed with this Frutas Location. Their sandwiches are thin and don't seem to be made with love. I have been to their 3rd ave, H St, and National City Location's and you can tell that they take their time to create a sandwich that has a thicker slice of chicken, avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions spread evenly and generously. Also, I cannot understand how $9.50 (which is the same cost as the chicken sandwich) gives me a veggie sandwich that includes a thin slice of cheese with a few pieces of veggies.
