This is my first time ever writing a bad review. I've been a loyal customer here for 2 years now. I ordered my favorite smoothie as usual. As I am waiting for it to be made outside, the young lady delivers it to me. A minute later it falls to the ground and I didn't even take a sip. I go inside to tell them about the situation and I thought I would receive a free one because I am a loyal customer. As a business who should care about their customers, I would expect they would have made me a new one. I was extremely disappointed when asked to pay for a new one. I didn't express my frustration, so I calmly walked away. I am leaving this review for you to ask yourself if you appreciate your customers and how are ways I can improve my service when situations like this occur. read more

I LOVE this place! My husband and I love to come here since we moved to the area. My favorite smoothie is the Maca Fuel (it's extra delicious when you add peanut butter to it). I've been going to this spot for years, when it was Greenhouse smoothies and this new version . They have the best acai bowls, however I was treated so badly the last time I was there, that I left. I put in my phone number and the machine read that I had a free juice or smoothie. The lady pointed out to me that she gave me a free smoothie the last time and made me feel really embarrassed for bringing it up. I told her she was being rude and she offered to give me the smoothie for free, but treated me like I was totally in the wrong and was being greedy. She told me I'm always getting something for free. I told yes, because I come there so often and they have a point system. I usually spend money on more than one thing. Then get rid of the point system if you don't like it. I'm happy to pay, but don't make me feel like I was trying to get away with not paying, when I'be spent a lot of money there. I felt so bad I had to leave. I will not be going back again.
