It's weird. I ordered our food at 7 and they arrived at my house at 7:20. Super fast service. I think the food is already cooked, waiting and greasy. Really greasy. that's the only way I can see that happening. We live about 11min away on graham. The food was ehh. Not really impressed. Appreciated that they delivered to graham though. I ordered through door dash. Orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, crab cream cheese wontons, and chow main. Orange chicken was ok ish but the honey walNut prawns were a mass of fried dough with a tiny shrimp inside. Chow mein tasted like they tossed soy sauce in noodles and called it good- very salty. Kind of wondering if everything was from a box and tossed in a deep fryer. Barely any crab in the wontons. I won't be ordering again. read more

After the mixed reviews I really didn't know what I would find coming here. First of all, when you walk in the place smells great. The girl behind the counter was very nice and they were very fast. After driving home and seeing the food I knew we were in for a treat. And yes...the food was insanely good. Even my kids who have a diet consisting of bagels and more bagels loved it. I hate giving bad reviews but I feel people should know, I picked up the family dinner, hot and sour soup, vegetable chow mein, sweet and sour chicken, general tao's chicken, and kung pow chicken. All of the chicken was bland and flavorless. The hot and sour soup did not even remotely taste like hot and sour soup. The chow mein was over cooked and the only word that comes to mind, gooey. I was pretty disappointed. I hope they revamp their menu and add some flavor to their food, until then I will not be returning. Special note to those using the delivery service or picking up, check to ensure they give you the sweet and sour sauce, I had to return to the store after driving all the way home to pick it up. read more

This is one of my go-to spots for when I want to try something new. I've been here at least a handful of times and have had something different each time. My favorite are the chicken egg rolls that I have a hard time finding anywhere else because I don't eat pork. And their spicy chicken & shrimp fried rice is good also! They also deliver! You can order through multiple app platforms which makes it easy and convenient way to order and pay! We ordered through Yelp, which was super easy. We ordered Crispy Chili Chicken (came sauce less), Sweet & Sour Chicken (also came sauce less), BBQ Pork Fried Rice, dumplings and the donuts. Our order took nearly an hour (no biggie, they're new and busy!). But when I got home and realized the chicken dishes literally had no sauce on them, I called. The gal answered and I explained they had no sauce. She told me that's how they come, with no sauce. I repeated that we got no sauce whatsoever, on the side or on the dish. She repeated they don't come with sauce. We made due with what we had and used some sweet chili sauce that we had in the fridge, so we weren't eating plain breaded chicken and veggies. Good food (other than rice which is horribly dry) - meh service. Tried them the first time a couple nights ago through grub hub delivery. They gave us a menu and coupon and said order directly through their online website. The website is not great. It lets you get all the way through an entire order placement and just freezes the screen when you get to the payment section without telling you why. On a Friday evening I got on their website at about 8:40 or so and started our order, scrolled through menu with others to make choices, ran upstairs to grab my credit card so the whole thing took about 15 minutes. We finally figured out that they close at 9:00 pm on a Friday night. Oh, and you cannot create an account with them unless you use facebook apparently, which is never gonna happen. Sooo, this restaurant went from a 3 - 4 star (in the takeout/delivery genre) to about a 1.5 star. There's a lot of options for really good food choices and good service luckily, so other than delaying our dinner on a busy night and going through some unnecessary frustration, we likely won't even think of them again. read more

Sooooooo great and so fast! I am not a giant fan of Chinese because it's usually so salty, but oh my gosh! First time ordering through Yelp and first time eating take out from here. We even had it delivered! We ordered the Mongolian Beef, lean nicely seasoned and all the flavor was there. The Honey Walnut Chicken is amazing and crispy with the right balance. Hot and Sour soup is just how I like it! Lots of bamboo and pork and tofu. BBQ Pork Chow menu is very flavorful and again not salty. Potstickers were perfect and the Chicken, prawn, Pork fried rice has a ton of meat in it! First and definitely not last time ordering from here. Best news for us is it's 4 min away. The portions are incredible, I guess I will order a little less next time, but sheesh I didn't even have to leave my house, it was like living in a big city. How cool getting Chinese delivered???!!! I felt like I was in Korea again getting something better than just Pizza. I have never ordered through Yelp before and let me tell you this was the easiest process ever and just because I wasn't sure, I called to make sure they had my order and the gentleman on the phone said, "For Melissa?" The noodles were a bit sweet, more like teriyaki, which was unexpected but still good. The fried rice was incredible! We order Kung Pao Chicken, Vegetable Chow Mein, and an appetizer plate with several items, for home delivery. It was all awful. The Kung Pao Chicken was supposed to be spicy but was very bland, with no spice at all except a couple whole dried chilis in the sauce. The Chow Mein was just spaghetti noodles with a little gravy and very few vegetables, while the Fry Pan Platter appetizers were all horrible. The egg rolls were filled with gravy and little else, the crab wontons tasted like sweet cream cheese, while the shrimp had so much batter it was impossible to taste the shrimp. Generally with food this poor, I contact the manager to let them know prior to writing a review, but there is no e-mail information on the website and it is difficult to reach a manager on the phone, thus I write my review here. read more

Ordered food from Fry Pan for the first time, and really enjoyed the food. Service is just as great as the food. We placed our order through an online service, which showed earliest delivery was for a later time. However, when I called to add to our order, I was asked if we wanted our dinner sooner, or if the time on the website was okay (1hr, 15min later). We opted for the soonest it was available! We got our order in under 45 minutes, piping hot, and delicious! I recommend Fry Pan! read more

Where do I start? This place is terrible. First off the gen. tso chicken was tough and didn't have much flavor, the pork fried rice tasted like fish as well as the beef dish I ordered.There was no kind of sause with anything iordered. The pot stickers weren't cook all the way, (soggy). I didn't have a menu when I ordered and just had to ask if they had this or that. When my Daughter went to pick it up, there was a family deal that had more items in it for a better price and when my Daughter asked why the girl didn't just suggest that, the girl working there said "I didn't think about that". Well I had to try it and it could have been real good, in which case I would have left a glowing review, but instead it was some of the worst I have ever had. Needless to say I won't be going back. After reading reviews we were inclined to give this place a try. We opted to order to go rather than delivery. Staff was very friendly and even offered to bring the food out to our car as there was no heat inside and we wanted to go sit in our warm car. Food was brought to us in a very timely manner and was still very warm when we got home 10 minutes later. We ordered 2 apps and 2 entrees Apps are the reason I only give 4 stars......the bbq pork was very dry. And the crab rangoons were overcooked....they are fried and were very dark. Entrée #1 Honey walnut shrimp(we ordered fried rice instead of white.....well worth the substitution cost) the shrimp are fried in a tempura and nicely glazed then topped with big chunks of walnut!! Entrée #2 Sesame Beef.....listed as a favorite So tender, such a good flavor!! These guys know what they are doing!! Give them a chance! We Look forward to trying more of their flavors! read more

In a place where all the Asian food spots are either Pho or teriyaki it was refreshing to visit this spot and find some basic Chinese food. For the most part it was good. We will revisit in the future. For a new spot just opened we were a little disappointed that they had so many items on their menu that they were no longer serving. The main ones missing were egg foo young. We normally order shrimp egg foo young, crispy spicy beef and sweet and sour chicken but we had to substitute the young for spicy prawns and rice. It was also good. So hopefully when we visit again they will have had the menu updated. read more
