My wife and I went in today for another great breakfast. I can't say enough about this place…read morebecause I have been hunting for an excellent breakfast place with gluten free pancakes. I tried the biscuits and gravy with 2 eggs today which includes pancakes. I got regular pancakes and my wife had the gluten free. I can't find a good biscuit and gravy place but theirs is really good! Eggs were cooked correct at over medium. Pancakes were great last time but even better today. I asked for warm syrup which only magnified the great taste of their pancakes. I don't have any personal interest in this place other than I want an excellent place to take my wife. I spent 14 years in the restaurant business when I was younger and I want the type of service and quality of food that I deserve and pay for. If you are looking for a great place for breakfast, this is it!!! Also....ask for Trixi. She is great. You absolutely feel welcome at this location.

Nice little place off of Hwy 78 next to Walmart Supercenter (go grocery shopping when you're NOT…read morehungry) lol... Restaurant was clean and well kept. Seat yourself, attendance is quick and efficient with a happy smile. Menu is wide ranging, with great prices and great food!! Build your own meal starting at $8 or choose one of their offers for a really good price. Eaten there twice within the last week and a half, the country scramble is delicious..... cut up biscuit pieces with sausage crumbles, scrambled haha, covered in white gravy.... Yum yum yum!! I added cinnamon apple pancakes for an additional $2.00. No pictures... too hungry for that visit. Next visit I stuck with the build your own combo with scrambled eggs, bacon, and banana/ pecan pancakes. AMAZING!! Breakfast is my "thing" and this little place calls my name! Lol..... well worth the stop!

Food: The gluten-free waffles were delicious. The highlight of the meal. Eggs had a distinct,…read morealmost funky taste (probably the cooking fat or pan), and the bacon was overcooked. Still good, just a bit too crispy. Service: Friendly, but they dropped the ball at the end. Both drinks ran dry, I sat there forever waiting to pay, and my bottomless coffee was not exactly bottomless. A refill or faster checkout would've made a big difference. Prices: I walked out $30+ lighter, just myself. Breakfast/coffee/tip. The vibe is classic hipster cute with nice decor, but it gets surprisingly loud in there. Would return for those waffles, just maybe not on a rushed morning.

I wish I could say something positive about my experience, but unfortunately I left feeling…read moredisrespected and embarrassed. When we checked in, we were told the wait would be about 40 minutes. While we waited, we watched five different parties--most with groups of three to five people--get seated before us. I know they didn't have reservations because two of those groups actually asked us how to check in before they were seated. After waiting the 40 minutes we were originally quoted, I went back to ask why we still hadn't been seated. Instead of an explanation or an apology, I was simply told, "It's going to be another 40 minutes." I truly don't want to believe this was a race issue, but I can't ignore how the experience made me feel. If customer service and fairness matter to you, I encourage you to be mindful of how situations like this can come across. Every guest deserves to be treated with respect, clear communication, and consistency. Let be better people!
