This place has amazing birria in town! Highly recommended and the staffs always nice.

Before today, I would've given this place 5 stars, here's why. Me being someone who was born and ate birria tacos almost every week, this place is good. They also claim to bring their fresh ingredients from Tijuana every week as well. Personally, I'm used to eating a crunchy corn tortilla that's been dipped in a bit of fat from the broth, following the texture of soft and well chopped up meat. Whether you put salsa and lime or not, when you bite into it, you can just feel the juice drip. All was good until today. I was really looking forward to having some warm consomé and yummy tacos. I decided to dine in, because I had the time to actually enjoy it. Well, today the tortilla had barely any color, the texture was not what I expected and the meat was big chunks hard to bite and swallow. I believe that, a restaurant needs to keep their menu looking the same all the time, even if there's a different cook every day. I was so exited when we found this place. We thought it was great. I was bragging about how good the birria was, until today. We went and bought two 32oz birria to go it only had enough meat for two and a half tacos. The rest was watered down birria juice I'm so disappointed. Comida sabrosa! Flavorful food! My husband and I drove through Beaumont during our road trip and I hopped on Yelp and discovered this place. We were in the mood for Birria and we were not disappointed. The young girl at the front was so FRIENDLY and helpful in recommending their most popular dishes. The agua fresca de Jamaica was so refreshing and NOT super sweet like a lot of restaurants aguas frescas typically are. And my husband ended up ordering the Beaumont Burrito which has carne asada, pastor, rice & beans, and curly fries. He shared it with me and it was SO BOMB! We were afraid it'd be a little too much but it was so flavorful and not super greasy. I ordered 3 Birria tacos with a consomé on the side and it was so flavorful! For my specific taste buds, I appreciate a liiittle bit more salt in my Birria so I asked for a little packet of salt and adjusted my tacos and consomé to my preference and it was perfect! My husband and I both agreed to stop by any time we go on a road trip because it's just that good. Came for Lunch with my family for the first time. The inside was very clean. Food was amazing. Had the burria burrito and it was a good size. Very fresh! Husband had birria tacos and was very satisfied. Ordered a hot Cheetos corn cup and fuego fries. Excellent! read more

Unfortunately have to write my first bad review, Me and my wife ordered the Birria Tacos, Street tacos, Elotes, and Churro. The tacos had no seasoning, even with the salsa and lemon it lacked flavor. The corn was mushy and cold, also had no flavor. The churro wasn't bad not not something I would buy again. Walked in and the girls already didn't tend to any of the customers. When we got the food they all talked and looked like they had a stick up their ass. Place is too bright and atmosphere was a 0. Only good thing about this place was the girl in the back with her godly hands because the birrea tacos went in good and came out like a North Korea Bomb. Just came back from the banning street (airport) drags and we all wanted tacos. Found this spot thanks to Yelp and damn! You have to try it! I absolutely LOVE Mexican food and I have to say that Fuego C. is now the top of my list of favorites!! The Fuego taco has a very unique and original shell that's made in house!! It's almost like they make them from hot Cheetos. Very tasty!! The Carne asada is delicious as well. I also really liked the fruit water. I had the pineapple-orange and it had chunks of pineapple in it which was really good! They even carry bottled soda from Mexico which I'll get next time I go. There are so many yummy looking desserts, I'll probably try them all over the next couple of years!! The staff is super nice and the prices are fair so I can honestly Highly Recommend this gem! Although the food is decent, the sense of urgency is nowhere to be found at this place. Everyone is just walking around chillin taking their time. So if you want your food without having to wait 45 min for 6 street tacos then you should probably go somewhere else. Pull it together guys. This shit is ridiculous honestly. I love going to Fuego Cravings. The food is incredible. I had the fish taco and mulita de birria. The fish taco was crunchy and the cabbage was so tasty. My only recommendation is to add a lemon on the side. The mulita was very good. The birria was very tender. The salsa was so flavorful! read more

This place is fairly new and very clean. They don't have a lot of choices outside of tacos. I decided to stop by there after work for three street tacos. I ordered every one of the meat options, pork, beef, and chicken, but I enjoyed the flavor and texture of the pork. The chicken and steak were just okay. This place is Super! First thing when I walked in was the cool Atmosphere promoting strong women power as they have pictures of them with their information around the place. Then I stood in line for my order. I ordered the Birria with the Ramen and it was amazing along with the corn in a cup. The order of Birria is good for at least 2 people unless you have a heavy appetite. The service could improve as we waited over 30 minutes for our order. Maybe it was all the orders from doordash that slowed things down. By now they should know that they will be popular at certain times and should have the personnel. We ordered: 2 carne asada tacos, Fuego Fries and Fuego Taco, Horchata and Mango Aguas Frescas. Food took super long and we were the only ones there and we went when it opened. Service was a bit weird and slow. The carne asada tacos were filled with meat but it was kinda dry for me. I did enjoy the green salsa though! My bf enjoyed the Fuego Fries and Fuego Taco. The setup of the restaurant is a little bit awkward when the place is packed. There are plenty of TVs in the place too. Perfect for game days. read more

I was exploring the internet one day and came across Fuego Cravings. Menu looked outstanding. Every item looked mouth watering. So I walked in and decided to give the loading curly fries a chance and believe me they did not fail. Fries were crispy and all the toppings had all these popping flavors.
