    Burrito with cilantro
    Joanna B.

Fuego recently moved to Carson city and we decided to give them a try! The portions are giant for the price. I felt it was a really good value. Easy to find location with ample parking. I ordered a super burrito. I ordered it as a chicken burrito with no cilantro and asked if the chicken could be on the side. Unfortunately I received a veggie burrito, no chicken on the side, and it had cilantro. The food took a while and I was starving so at that point I decided just to eat it because I didn't have it in me to wait any longer. The burrito was fire though and I would definitely get it again. The flavors were great (minus the cilantro!!) and so big I took over half of it home. My husband got the birria tacos. He did like them but thought they were a little too salty. We also got a kids quesadilla for our toddler. It was $4.50 and giant. Honestly the size of an adult quesadilla. It's also very interesting that the restaurant is shared with another, Bali express. I don't know if it's the same owners or what but I've never seen that before. I like it though! Gives you variety of what you/ your friends can order. Overall, we would come back!

First time here and we can't wait to be back! Our plates were so full and packed full of flavor. We got the birria tacos and asada burrito. So much meat! You get exactly what you pay for. The young ladies taking our order were very nice and had all the answers to any questions we may have had. They made sure to ask questions so your food was prepared properly! Very clean and tidy inside. Good movies on the screen while we waiting for our food! We can't wait to be back! Great job everyone

Far side if Carson for yummy Mexican food?! Um, yes please!!! Don't be confused, it is in the same place as Bali express which is originally a delicious food truck. Best of both worlds in here ya'll. Super cute seating, almost looks like an old 1950's diner. They helped us figure out where to order quickly, super friendly people and it was very clean I side as well. Everything was super fresh. Tortillas are hand freaking made in house!!! Rice was perfect and this burritto, um regular burrito mind you is ginormous!!! So glad we didn't get the fat daddy one lol

Traveling through town and decided to stop and get Mexican food. Service was friendly and food was great. Portions are good and the meat has good flavor. They hand press the tortillas when you order soooo good.

The tacos are huge! Stacked with meat! My favorite carne asada taco in Carson hands down.

I had been craving a birria taco and the one here hit the spot! The corn tortilla was the star of this taco with the melted cheese on one side of the tortilla, so good! I couldn't distinguish if it was the tortilla or the crisped cheese that was giving extra vibes to the taco. Really yummy. Also so smart is you are texted when your order is ready as each dish is made to order and comes out piping hot!

Surf and Turf with Chicken (request) Yum!

Yes food and service was very uplifting. They are still working on decor maybe some plants with art on the walls. I Will go back!

Always service with a smile! Fast and the BEST Birria Ramen in Reno and I will fight over that! Owners are super nice, staff is always cool. Great quality in that dish made with love and a lot of meat. So happen to run into them after they had the taco truck a couple years ago.

I was walking around the public market unsure of what to get. I stopped in front to stare at the menu and the guy behind the counter was friendly and asked if I had any questions. He was able to make me a burrito with no meat, guac, melted cheese inside and outside the burrito which is essentially their regular burrito with some stuff from the super burrito. It was a huge burrito that was really filling and I couldn't finish it in one meal. I would probably also buy some salsa next time or just get the super burrito. All in all great experience. He was very nice, told me everything that they could do and told me where I could get water. Pay in cash to save 50 cents! The receipt also shows another $1.3 discount whereas my girlfriend ordered somewhere else with card that charged an extra $1.3. Unsure if that is charged from the market but I would just pay in cash to save in fees.

While waiting for our dog to have his grooming session finished, we needed to find a quick small meal to tide us over until dinnertime. Went over to eat Reno Public Market and tried Fuego's quesabirra taco and it was fabulous. Big in flavor, big in the amount of meat in each taco, and big in service with a smile. The dipping consommé was what really put the dish over the top. Made it just that much better. The price was very reasonable for what you got. While I'm not a big fan of Mexican fare in most restaurants, Fuego found themselves a fan. I really like the ambiance of RPM. Open, bright, fun music that isn't too loud, everything you want in a public market. Will have to come back to Fuego's though to try another menu item that peaked my interest, the surf and turf taco. We were so hungry, we forgot to take a picture of the food. Was able to take one of the place.

Located off of HWY 50/Williams St, Taqueria La Salsa is a small Mexican joint offering many classic Mexican-American staples. We ordered street tacos and a kids' quesadilla. Honestly, the food is just ok. The tacos were flavorful, and the beans and rice were classic Mexican-American; however, the tacos were also quite small, even for street tacos, and the quesadilla was very bland. I felt at first the prices were very reasonable, but after tax and tip, the total didn't come out to be that much less than other Mexican restaurants in the area. Service was ok, but nothing special. We did not feel especially welcomed. I definitely got vibes that this place has a lot of regulars. Overall, I think this place is great, but I also think there are many just as good spots for Mexican food in Carson City and the surrounding areas.

The green sauce was very tasty. My husband got the al pastor tacos and said they were some of the best he's had. Both plates came with rice and beans. We also got a flan to split for dessert and it was great! The texture was different than im used to. More cakey and less gelatin texture. It was really good. Service was great and for $28, it was a nice, inexpensive, tasty lunch!

You just put your order in with the guy at the cash register. The menu is up on the wall. My friend got some pupusas, sort of like grilled stuffed tortillas. I went for the super burrito and we shared some street tacos. Tacos were just $2.25 each and the burrito was $9.99. I got both with al pastor for my meat choice. The salsa bar has lots of different choice to choose from from mild to super hot ... all labeled. The cooks just call out your order, so you better listen for it. The street tacos had a ton of meat on them and I just put some salsa one all of them as well as adding onions and greens. Wow, these were some of the best tacos I ever had! Just pick them up and fold and shove in mouth! Tasty! The burrito was a little different than other burritos I've had. The tortilla shell wasn't as thick of doubled over in the folding so it wasn't as easy to get it to stand up to eat hand held from one end, but having less tortilla is better cause it's easier to bite into and the taste of the fillings come through better. I like this burrito! I'd come back here again if I'm in the area. Sometimes I have my crew with me for work out on East Carson sometimes, I'll bring them here.
