I attend the fitness classes, which combine strength and cardio work, without the more complicated barbell lifts found in CrossFit classes. If you're already in a healthy place, you should be able to jump in and go immediately. If you're more like I was a year ago, the coaches can help you understand how to ease into an exercise regimen in a healthy way that won't get you hurt. The Gym has a friendly atmosphere/culture. Everyone is encouraging and kind. The coaches are exceptionally helpful and unless you have extensive experience (and even if you do), I believe the coaching/help is worth the extra cost relative to what you'd spend at a mega-gym.

The class sizes are small, so there is a lot of personal attention given, which makes it an excellent value. Before a bike accident I was a competitive off-road athlete and my fitness achieved at the gym helped me to advance further and ride faster than I thought was possible. After the accident and starting over with fitness and mobility, the gym and coaches were great at helping me modify the workouts so that I could participate and rehabilitate. I love just being able to show up and have a plan ready to go, and the group workout environment is great whether you like it for competitive reasons or to just be around some friends. Whether you are a beginner or have years of experience, there is something for you at this gym!

The Best Gym for a lot of things. Back in 2022 I saw a…read morefriend posting a reel where he was climbing and I was amazed of how colorful but nice the gym looked. I checked the location & I saw one the Design District location 15 away from . I had never climbed before but saw they had classes like total body fitness & Yoga ‍ all in one gym. I was used to lifting at regular gyms ($11-$29 p/month) or yoga only facilities ($120 p/month) & outdoor activities yet, I didn't care I didn't know how to climb. I cared about the only gym being so close. The 1st day (FREE) was the GRAND OPENING ‍ They had the best party (at a gym) I have gone. First of, Jeremy & Marisa at the front desk were AMAZING helping me to get my climbing shoes. Then I immediately saw they were giving freebies at its max, even FOOD. That won my attention & . Then I attended the workout class with Hayden & I loved how he prepared the class. FYI : I had already fallen in love with the facility with my friend's video But when I walked in the locker room... oh my WOW clean and free towels, sauna, showers, shampo, soap, amazing use your own numbers lockers. I immediately went & pay for the membership, they had an amazing offer ($60 monthly for 3 months) BTW they always have offers thru the year. $60 was TOO MUCH but NOT REALLY. I needed to take advantage of this, I was going Monday-Sunday sometime twice a day I have met so many great and unique people, not only the employees but members who have been even my customers (I cook Vegan Food) Let me tell you about the rest of the trainers who I still see & have made friendships with: I mentioned before : Jeremy, Marisa & Hayden ‍trainers: Anna, Lourdes & later JC (Jean Claude) they are my favorite, they even say they miss me sometimes or they remind me I can lift higher when I make myself lazy ‍ My 2 most favorite are : Gio with foundation class & Ratchet_Rabbit: Austin with his amazing power flow (aaaaau bird noise)‍ & music list but recently met Yogiontherocks: Marcos & the lady (I don't know her name but she is the one who calms me so much I have fallen asleep twice with the sound bath but WAIT...Jacob & Emily at The Hill with the Acro Yoga (so fkng Fun) My Front Desk Loves : Bee Lou (or Lu) , Mahmud, Frank (Francisco who loves my mac not cheese ) & Maelyn have been so welcoming and made me feel like I am part of them. There are 2 people who I haven't seen but Alejandro & Marco. Overall, I have gone to : Plano, Grapevine, The Hill, Design District & San Francisco (CA) under the Golden Gate Thank you for this amazing community which includes everyone doesn't matter who, what, which thing you are or where you come from. Check out their events, they do amazing giveaways and stuf. Tania Cantu aka @plantbasedmexican I love climbing now ‍

My friend lives in an apartment in the village and she has access to this gym, so while I was…read morestaying with her, we decided to come and work out together. The area where the gym is located is extremely nice, the commons where all of the shared village grounds are (including restaurants and coffee shops, along with this gym) is extremely upscale. My friend told me that in the past, it cost five dollars to bring a guest to this gym, but when we came on a Sunday morning, they told us it was actually $20. We went ahead and went for it since it was just one day, but in the future, just be aware of that. The gym itself is very nice, the facilities are very clean, especially in the locker rooms, and there was a plethora of equipment. Walking in there is a check in desk, and just to the left there is a big staircase next to the indoor space housing a basketball court. If you go up the stairs, there are a lot of machines up there along with free weight /free space areas with kettle bells and yoga mats etc. There's also a small outdoor area with some machines, including a battle rope and a few others. If instead of going up those stairs on entering you keep going towards the back, the locker rooms will be on your right, and there's some additional equipment under the staircase adjacent to the basketball court. Around the corner, there is also a lot more freeway equipment, including a Smith machine (my personal favorite) and free bars for squatting/benching as well as Dumbbells and things of that nature. I noticed also an outdoor area with like maybe a parkour area? I wasn't sure exactly what it was but looked like a grown up jungle gym. And just behind that, there was a large (and busy!) tennis court. On the other side of the gym itself, there were also some large fields that looked like maybe they're for soccer or some other field sport? I didn't see any soccer goals though. There's also a pretty long sidewalk surrounding area that would be nice to walk around, but just be mindful it's not a very shaded area and in the summer in Texas it's pretty hot so I would be careful about that. If you're living in the village, the location of the gym is really great because it's so close by. My friend and I were running late so we actually did drive (took 1-2 min from her apt) and parked in the parking garage underneath the village area; on the Sunday morning that we came it was just free to park there and we didn't even have to take a ticket, the bars were just up when we came in when we left. However, I imagine that if it wasn't a weekend, you may have to get a ticket and pay or validate. Last thing to note: even though it was a Sunday morning, there was a pretty decent number of people in that gym. I never had to wait for anyone to use any equipment or any machines, but I did see some people talking to each other about that. My friend told me that it was basically "empty as far as she was concerned," compared to how it is during the week when apparently it's much busier and you do sometimes have to wait for equipment. Overall, this place is really nice, and given im thinking about possibly moving to Dallas in a few years i am quite strongly considering this area because of how nice it is, and because of the presence of this gym! I wish they hadn't increased the price for guests (or had a fee at all), but for those living here and just using the facilities complementarily, this is a really nice place.
