The broccoli wasn't over cooked & still had a great crunch to it. The beef was tender as well. The hubby loved his sesame chicken. The hot & sour soup though was his favorite part of the meal. The decor of the restaurant was really cool & we all really liked the string art on the walls. Service was also great too. I was surprised that at 5:30 on a Sunday it wasn't busy. They've been serving Chinese in Casper for 46 years with only a week or two a year around New Year's off.
