We finally just said we were coming to get the car. We took the car for trade-in and the dealership pulled up a car fax that showed this car was a lemon and worth only 2100.00 at auction. We were given 2,500.00 for a trade-in for a vehicle that cost us 11,000.00 and 1,200.00 for a new battery. Our loss was 9,700.00. Stay away from this company. They are crooks.

Receptionist would answer and send the call to service but nobody would ever would answer the phone. This happened multiple times. I finally reached them late in the afternoon prior to closing. The earliest that they could get me in was more than 40 days from today. I finally called another dealership in the area and they scheduled an appointment for the following day. I am not sure what is going on with this dealer but if you can't see a customer with an error code on the dash for 40 days something is seriously wrong.
