While the Pizza was really good, the prices do not make sense when you build your own pizza. We had a simple medium c. bacon, olives and Mushrooms, which is far less toppings than some of their Classics that cost less than what we were charged. If a person doesn't want one of their classics then get ready to pay the price for them to stray from the norm. After all I'm sure as pizza makers it's really difficult to change the amount and order of toppings before popping it into the oven.. good grief. The lady at the counter was not helpful and wanted to prove her point that "you should have ordered from the classics!" Bad Customer service and price gouging when per topping you charge (each) 2.50 / 2.95 / 3.25 for olives and mushrooms? We used to dine here with little to no complaints. Something has happened (new owners, poor management, etc) and quality has plummeted. Pizzas were dry, poorly made,and lacking in flavour. Toppings did not seem fresh at all. Pasta dishes were very dry as well. Sad how it has changed. read more

Went to eat here with my family and although we gave a complex order for a simple large pizza, the crew here delivered an excellent pizza. The staff are friendly and we even got a free garlic bread. We had a party of 7 and were able to go in and find a table right away. We were able to order by the slice or a whole pizza. Disappointing. Pizza crust was too thick. Not enough meat or veggies. When I go to a Fultano's I expect a nice thin, crisp crust... with plenty of meat and veggies. Here they do the opposite. Sorry, but... Disgusting. INEDIBLE. I threw mine out after the first few bites. To the people who said this place was good: The Emperor has no clothes, and you owe me 40 bucks. To call this pizza is an insult to pizza everywhere. The toppings are ok... but the crust is nightmarish. Its like someone pressed cornmeal and semolina flour into a baking sheet and baked it in an industrial kiln until it was either eaten (RIP) or used as a masonry cutting wheel. Worst pizza I've ever tried to eat... and I've eaten (and made) quite a few, all over the world. Seriously, I don't know how they stay in business. Tourism, maybe. I've lived in Cannon Beach for years, and I've never really been impressed with Fultano's, and today really helped solidify my opinion of how bad they are. Last Saturday my father ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered for a total of about $50-60. That's the first problem: how do they get away with selling mediocre pizza for how much a cheap hooker charges an hour? They told us we would get the pizza in about an hour since they were busy. An hour and 25 mins goes by, and still no pizza. My dad calls to check on the status of the order, and the guy answering the phone basically bit his head off, said they were busy and for him to just wait since the pizza was coming out right then. We waited another 45 mins with no sign of pizza and decided to give up and drive to order Papa Murphy's from Seaside (amazing service, check out my review for them as well). When my dad called to cancel the order, the same guy who answered the phone before and snapped at him didn't even apologize, he just said "K" and hung up the phone. First problem: way too much $$$ for crappy pizza and even worse service. Second problem: snotty staff who are all high school kids or low lifes who lie about orders and yell at their customers. My father is a year-round local and has given them a lot of business, and that ended today because of that one employee. Third problem: over 2 HOURS for pizza?!?! Seriously, I think they must have lost the order and they just didn't confess to it. We were very kind and would have worked with them but they just threw that away. Fourth problem: they lied. I'm sure they were busy at the time of the order, but by the time I was driving to seaside, there was no one I could see waiting for food and the delivery car was still there. Don't give this place your money. They dont care about you or the quality of your food, just high school kids wanting to get your money and never see you again. They don't care about how long you have been giving them business either, obviously. The place is also dirty and the salad bar is limited and never fresh. That's all I have for now, but Fultano's has really pissed me and my family off. They'll never see our money again. read more

The pizza was barely edible. Not sure what kind of cheese it is but it's not mozz or Monterey Jack. The sauce is definitely from a can and still has that aluminum taste. The heavyset guy at the counter was overly rude when another person inquired how long until their pizza was ready he replied I don't like how rude you're being and then said it'd be 20 min. He then looked at me and snapped are you ready to order?!?!? Then when he literally tossed my order on the table I still replied a friendly thank you he made a huffing sound. We tried to call ahead to order our pizza to go. We called 4 times and got no answer. So, we walked in and they were taking calls??? We ordered a small pepperoni, sausage, mushroom pizza and two Sodas. The gal behind the counter repeated our order back to us 3 times incorrectly. We finally got our pizza 30 minutes later and went back to our room. The crust is thin and crunchy, we liked the cornmeal crust. I REALLY, do not understand all the reviews about bad crust. YES, the kids that work there are rude and nasty, but the owner just want's to gives jobs to the towns teenage population, and BY THE WAY their fabulous pizza TOTALLY makes up for it. I eat there every time I go to the coast because it is really amazing. The crust...(mmmmhh!) is a cornbread mix, light and crispy on the outside, thick and doughy on the inside, but always cooked through. It is flavorful, and fulfilling all the way. And this is coming from me who love Indian and Thai spicy curries. The toppings are generously sized, fresh, and heaped on every time. I personally LOVE the Haystack, which I cannot get anywhere else. The pizza's are so loaded and big that literally, the box gets soft and weak (and this is a thick cardboard box)! Let me just say this, all my friends love the place, my family adores it, and we have never been let down before. I came here just to see the reviews because I googled the name because we are ordering out, and this page came up in the results. Reading these reviews, I AM SERIOUSLY SHOCKED! Maybe these people are very snobby, caught the employees and food on a bad day, or are just thinking of a different place because honestly, the food is great. PLEASE give the place a chance!!!! We went here during lunch and got the lunch special. I think it was $7.50 for two slices and a drink or a slice, small salad, and drink. Long story short, the pizza was not good. The crust was weird and doughy, and looked like it wasn't freshly made. I got the special pizza of the day, with garlic and goat cheese. That still ended up being bland. Terribly rude server, decent food. On a weekend trip to the beach, I came in here with four friends. I don't know if it was the number of people (smaller place) or the fact that the server judged us based on how we were dressed (professionals on vacation), but he was short with us from the start. Storming around the restaurant, pissy taking our orders, and just all-around unwelcoming. While there, I noticed a sign on the wall that said they reserve the right to refuse service. Fair enough. But if that was truly the case, I wish they would have just told us to get out of there from the start so we didn't have to put up with their crappy attitude for 30 minutes! It's bad just bad. It's raining cats and dogs so I decided to order delivery. The reviews were bad but I thought how bad could it be? After placing the order I asked the lady when she thought I could expect the delivery. She says " I don't know". I pressed on and asked if she had any idea so I knew when to expect it. She said "do you want me to check?" I said yes. She comes back on and says there are 3 deliveries ahead of you. I ask again about how long would you expect? She says " I don't give times." I should have just cancelled then. What is this a game she likes to play or is this a real business?? Ok so the order comes which didn't take too long. I had opted for the extra marinara to dip the pizza for an extra charge. It didn't arrive although I'm sure it was on the bill. The pizza toppings were ok but there was near zero sauce on it as others have noted thus the request for the missing marinara order. A pizza is great or awful based on the crust. The crust is terrible. It's extremely tough and flavorless and after 1 piece sits like a rock. The rest was tossed. It's like they aren't even trying here. Do not go for this option for dining. Finally my friend just drove into town to order in person. The worker apologized and said they were understaffed. Really? We're vacationing from CA and are enjoying Cannon Beach. After searching for parking in town without success, we decided to go back to our hotel and order delivery for dinner. Fultano's Pizza was the only available business that delivered, so we had no other choice but have pizza. With at least five attempts to phone in our order with no answer, we were finally successful in requesting a Big Italian and a Cesar salad. They apologized that the order would take 45 min. to an hour. Right on time there's a knock at the door with just the pizza. No salad. Delivery guy said he'd go back if we really wanted it. No need. He took it off the total. The pizza arrived nice and warm, however lacked any hint of sauce on the 1/8" cornmeal cardboard crust. We've never had pizza, including the cellophane-wrapped frozen type, or the school pizza of your youth, that tasted anywhere near this sad attempt. Next time, we'll skip dinner, turn in early, and enjoy a hearty breakfast. read more

It is all in the fantastic cornmeal crust! Fresh toppings are a plus. All in all this is one of the better places for pizza in Cannon Beach and Seaside.
