I was honestly very worried about bringing my cat in for grooming because she is extremely timid and can become quite aggressive when she's scared. She can be very difficult to handle, so I was nervous about how the appointment would go. But the groomer was incredibly patient, gentle, and understanding with her. They never rushed her and handled her with so much care, even when she was being difficult. I really appreciate their patience and professionalism -- it made me feel so much more at ease. My dog is very friendly, and they did an amazing job with her too! Both of them looked so clean and adorable afterward. My sister, husband, and I have been taking our dogs here for the past year and a half, and I have nothing but positive things to say. First of all, their booking website is easy to navigate, and I love how I can see their dates and times laid out. Prices (by weight) are also visible and transparent. Once your appointment is booked, you'll receive a confirmation text and email letting you know the appointment details. 1-3 days before the appointment, you'll also receive a reminder text, which gives you a chance to reschedule or cancel if needed and notifies you of their cancellation/late policy. Secondly, I can tell they're really sweet with the dogs because of how the finished dogs are just chilling up front (behind a gate) with the owner (or whichever groomer is taking a break up front). My corgi, Goku, even starts crying because he doesn't want to leave! He loves the grooming team (but to be fair. . . He is a corgi, so he likes everyone). If the dogs were truly afraid / traumatized from their experiences, they'd be shaking in fear. My sister's dog, for example, gets severe anxiety going to the groomers' and refuses to walk inside the storefront. Lilian, her groomer, will take the time to gently and patiently walk inside with her. Never forceful. Just going at the dog's pace. Please try to use common sense when looking through reviews. Is this really the behavior of an employer who would improperly train their employees to abuse dogs? Dogs are notoriously known for moving around especially near the eyes, so groomers have to hold dogs at certain angles in order to safely do their job. Let's not let one Karen's experience ruin Furever Grooming's reputation. Let their work speak for itself. The employees are nothing but kind, respectful, and good at their jobs. read more

It really saddens me to write this review, because I've taken my dog Soju here a few times and honestly, they make him look so cute. The problem is this last time he came home acting completely different. He was visibly uncomfortable, like within a few steps he'd throw his bottom down and try to lick, scratch, or scoot. He's normally an active dog who loves to chase balls and will do anything for a treat, and he didn't even want to do either. I looked at his sanitary areas and noticed it was pretty pink and irritated looking. I called Furever Grooming and sent them a photo and they were nice about it, said it looked like a hot spot or skin irritation or that it could be allergies or something that just wasn't visible before the grooming session. I get that from a photo, that's a reasonable guess, but he was not doing any of this before his appointment. Zero scooting, zero licking, nothing. He started right when I picked him up from his grooming session. I'm not trying to say they did something wrong on purpose, but when your dog goes from totally fine to that uncomfortable that fast, right after being groomed, it's hard to not connect the dots. Their aftercare advice was appreciated, but this whole thing has honestly made me nervous to bring him back here, so I think I'm going to look for a different groomer :( read more

The way the lady worker handled my dog when i walked in was not normal like they say they do , the worker was yelling at him with frustration and was pulling him harder than usual. The manager thought it was funny as im adressing the situation seriously. In the footage she provided u can see my dog putting his hand on the lady signing for her to stop as she is pulling agressively on his chin. And also the video she provides cuts off at a certain point where u can see she doesn't let go of him pulling him agressively i ask to see the rest and she does nit want to provide the full video. i confronted her over the phone and she said i was bothering her all day and proceeded to use profanity and yelling at me. I never seen my dog had tears come out of his eyes until today, they tried to blame it on the shampoo they used.This is honestly unacceptable and crazy to experience. Was looking for a new place to groom our two longer haired husky-mixes and came across Furever grooming on Yelp. Called to book an appointment & was able to get scheduled for both pups the same week. They ask for updated vaccine records (rabies) which I was able to easily text. We went for a wash, brush, and trim. We asked them to focus on the tail & butt floof area because it always gets tangled and rough. Additionally, one of our pups has always been anxious with groomers/baths in general so trying a new place always makes me a little nervous as well. After 3 hr 15min we picked them up and WOW! We could visibly see a difference in the way their hair looked. Not only that, but their staff had taken their time to really brush out their tails & buttfloof to the point we could just run our fingers through their fur - from their skin straight to the end of the hair easily. I deeply appreciated this & it goes to show the level of care and attention to detail their staff put in. Our more anxious pup always tries to run out from the groomers and leave the building/space (we've had 3 different ones in the past) & I noticed that this time around, she was still interacting with their staff and not pawing at the door to leave or screaming at us to take her out. She was actually calmer than usual which put us at ease!!!! What a wonderful first experience & they have fantastic pricing. It was my fur baby's first time. His old groomer left to go somewhere and I was very afraid to try out another place because he was traumatized before. The staff there was super nice and sweet! I love that they have clear instructions on drop-off time, so I know just what to expect. They took great care grooming my dog Russell (who could be difficult and nippy) just the way we had asked for. Russell is a miniature poodle and we like him to have a short cut.
