The staff were so nice, professional, attentive and provided amazing customer service. As soon as we entered the business we were greeted warmly and with smiles. They were able to explain the different types of services and which one my pup would need - I was a little nervous since this would be my 4mth old pups first time at a groomers but she did really well. Highly recommend!!

First timers here at Furever Grooming! They're super close so it's easy to drop off my pup, Kasper. Luckily they had an availability today for a full groom. Upon walking in, the salon was super cute and colorful! Kasper was so excited and we were greeted when we walked in. Thorough questions were asked and I also showed them inspo pics from their Instagram so we'd be on the same page. Kasper looked so cute fluffy and fresh when I picked him up! Highly rec Kay!! I wasn't sure what to expect for my puppy's 1st grooming! My Labradoodle went from looking like a shabby homeless puppy to a well groomed and respected puppy. He could be a puppy model now. The primary reason I chose furever grooming was because the attention I received on the phone and the person seemed like she was most concerned with Rocco's well being and how he would respond. New things for animals can be traumatic & scarring forever and it's important to choose the right match for your puppy or grown dog. I don't live in the area, so I'm not a regular customer. I called in hoping I could get my baby girl bathed at the last minute as i had to be in the area with June. They told me they had an opening and it would be about 3 hours. I got in earlier than expected and the took June in and were able to get her groomed sooner than expected. They were super friendly and June did good and came out looking BEAUTIFUL! Thank you for helping out and if I'm in the area again with June, I'll be sure to pre-plan.

It was my fur baby's first time. His old groomer left to go somewhere and I was very afraid to try out another place because he was traumatized before. The staff there was super nice and sweet! I asked them to please be gentle with my fur baby, they took care of him so well! Even texted me a video of him in between to assure me he was doing great. He was cut the exact same way as his old groomer and they were quick. He was also there playing with other little dogs too having fun! I have found the new groomers for my fur baby now! It was my first time coming here and they did not disappoint at all. first, i had to reschedule my appointment last minute due to a conflict and the staff members were so accommodating and tried their best to fit me in. second, the haircut was everything i asked for. i gave them a general idea of what haircut i want for my dog and they understood right away. and the shampoo they used made my dog's fur super soft and fluffy. they finished fairly quick and i was very satisfied with the results. i will definitely be coming back!

I was recommended by my sister to visit Furever Grooming, and this is Mini's first time here. I love how his grooming turned out! Mini is a little jumping dog and doesn't like having his face touched, but this is one of the best haircuts we've ever had for him. His face looks so rounded this time. His paws are adorable, he smells great, and his fur is incredibly soft. I highly recommend bringing your dog here; they definitely deserve to be more popular!

Absolutely loved my experience here! Aylin did a full bath and body hair cut on my pup! She was super friendly, quick, and did an amazing job!! He looks so cuteeee. Location is easy to find, service only took an hour and a half which is kinda crazy because I was used to going to groomers that would take 3/4 hours. I loved how she was the only one working on my pup because he gets anxious. Will stick to this spot from now on read more

Was looking for a new place to groom our two longer haired husky-mixes and came across Furever grooming on Yelp. Called to book an appointment & was able to get scheduled for both pups the same week. They ask for updated vaccine records (rabies) which I was able to easily text. We went for a wash, brush, and trim. We asked them to focus on the tail & butt floof area because it always gets tangled and rough. Additionally, one of our pups has always been anxious with groomers/baths in general so trying a new place always makes me a little nervous as well. After 3 hr 15min we picked them up and WOW! We could visibly see a difference in the way their hair looked. Not only that, but their staff had taken their time to really brush out their tails & buttfloof to the point we could just run our fingers through their fur - from their skin straight to the end of the hair easily. I deeply appreciated this & it goes to show the level of care and attention to detail their staff put in. Our more anxious pup always tries to run out from the groomers and leave the building/space (we've had 3 different ones in the past) & I noticed that this time around, she was still interacting with their staff and not pawing at the door to leave or screaming at us to take her out. She was actually calmer than usual which put us at ease!!!! What a wonderful first experience & they have fantastic pricing. We'll definitely come back & would recommend Furever Grooming for any pet parent. read more

Tried out a new groomer and I'm officially a fan! I love that they actually let you pick the length instead of just guessing what "short" means. My dog, Soju (yes, like the drink), came out looking so cute... maybe too cute and doll-like. The running joke at home is that he's now Sake, because his haircut gave him major feminine energy. But honestly, it's growing out beautifully, and he still looks adorable. A big plus for me is that Soju wasn't trembling or scared of the place, so whatever vibes are there kept him calm. We'll definitely be coming back! read more

I've brought my dog Lola here twice and both experiences were great. Super easy to get same day or next day appointments compared to Petsmart where you have to book a week in advance. I also noticed that Lola's fur is softer from when I used to bring Lola to Petsmart as well. I would highly recommend. read more

Love this place! Tried out this groomer today because our groomer had moved out of state recently. Super caring and nice staff. I love that they have clear instructions on drop-off time, so I know just what to expect. They took great care grooming my dog Russell (who could be difficult and nippy) just the way we had asked for. Russell is a miniature poodle and we like him to have a short cut. Often in the past, we ran into groomers who insisted on keeping the "poofs" on him. Furever did it just the way we asked. I would definitely come back. Russell looks handsome and sporty (as sporty as a poodle could look lol). Highly recommended. read more

I had a great experience with Cathy, who is kind and talented. I asked her to do whatever cut she felt would look best for my labradoodle and she definitely delivered! My dog came out with a cute, clean cut, and I can tell he was very thoroughly bathed. A week later and he still feels very soft and clean. I was also really happy to see my dog waiting for me in the lobby area (i.e. not kenneled) when I arrived for pick up. We will definitely be regular customers, as it is hard to find local groomers with availability and reasonable pricing! read more

I took my two Pomeranians to Furever for a bath today, their first time, and had such a great experience! Cathy was absolutely wonderful--super kind, patient, and gentle. My baby boy brother can be a bit temperamental (he tends to show his teeth when nervous), but Cathy handled him like a total pro and didn't mind at all. Both pups came out looking extra fluffy, clean, and smelling amazing! You can really tell Cathy cares about the dogs she works with. Today I went to this store to have my dog's hair trimmed. You need to make an appointment two weeks in advance. The staff are very friendly to both people and dogs. It took less than two hours to finish washing, trimming and styling the dog's hair. I highly recommend this store for grooming. read more

I think I just found my go-to groomer! Cathy was amazing and communicated clearly what was needed (proof of vaccination) prior to me showing up. I literally rescued a corgi just two days prior, yes I RESCUED a corgi. She desperately needed a spa day as she had been neglected. I'm so happy furever grooming gave her a wonderful experience. It was my first time bringing my fur babies to Furever Grooming, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and all three dogs came out looking fantastic. I appreciated that they could fit all of our dogs in at the same time. One of our puppies is very timid and usually scared of strangers, but when we picked her up, she was cheerful and comfortable. We will definitely be returning back to Furever Grooming! If my dog was aggressive and that's the reason why the groom wasn't complete, WHY ASK HIM TO COME BACK???? WHY IS IT THAT WHEN I PICKED HIM UP YOU SAID HE DID GREAT! This is all cover up to point blame! You also issued me not even HALF of what I paid. I paid $183, you issued me $72 because YOU DONT ISSUE TIPS. How is this okay for you to keep the tip?! Ridiculous. Seriously DONT COME HERE. They are untruthful. They have no idea how to treat clients and they do not know how to communicate! They are not admitting they are at fault saying it's my dogs fault! ------------ My dog was groomed by Fiona. I gave her a heads up that my dog does better away from me, once he is handed over he is fine. My dog has been getting groomed since he was a puppy, this is nothing new to him! Upon arrival, Fiona did not seem welcoming at all. She did immediately approached my dog in a fast motion which if anyone knows dog behaviors this is a big NO NO. She said "let me take him" I handed over the leash and she rushed him to the back. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that this is a new dog and she just needs to see how he does. After a few minutes of him being in the bag, I assume she tested to see how he does being lifted, carried and placed and taken out of the kennel. All makes sense! She comes out and says "okay he did fine!" She points at the price and says $145, however the link she sent me via text and on her website says $135 very inconsistent numbers. She asked how I want the hair cut to be, I said please do not make him bald or shaved down. He can stay short, keep his eyebrows but trim it and trim the length of his ears and his muzzle area. I get a call at 12pm that he's ready. She comes out saying to get my dog from the kennel because he started to grow when being approached in the kennel. I grab him and he is so happy! Wagging his tail! She even showed me where she cut around his face and her hands were very close to his face. He smelt very good and looked good. She told me his ears were very dirty and she cleaned them, cut the nails and did everything and that he was great for the groom. I paid $183 in total for the groom but if I receive exceptional outstanding service I don't blink an eye and am happy to pay. When we got home, I looked him over and he still had Matt's on his ears. The AD said brush out for 15 minutes--clearly my dogs ears were not brushed. I looked in his ears and his ears still had debris in them! I understand not being able to get deep in the ear canal but the easy outer ear area had gunk. The full groom AD stated a sanitary trim but his sanitary area was not trimmed at all! It was the same length from when he came in! I checked his paws and none of his paws were cut or trimmed! Not even the bottom of the paw pads! At this point I am furious because I paid $183. I check his nails and NONE of his nails were cut at all!!! I reach out to Fiona, who groomed my dog and she asked me three times for me to come back for her to get it fixed. She said this was all very surprising to her, I told her I took photos of all the errors. She said she cut my dogs nails but if she cut it too short it'll bleed however they were not cut at all! They are still pointy and long from when he arrived! At this point we are going back and forth and then she throws the "my dog started to try to bite her" card however my dog being aggressive or trying to bite was NOT mentioned AT ALL! Not at pick up, not through our exchange in messages, the only time she decided to say it is when I asked for a refund as I do not want to go back to her grooming facility! I assume she is saying that to make an excuse as to why nothing was done. If this was the case why wasn't it mentioned AT ALL? I am extremely frustrated and I definitely do not recommend this grooming facility. It is half ass work for paying an arm and a leg. I expect exceptional service the first time, not after I complain about the lack of detail of the groom that you then decide to ask me to come back and do it over for me. If my dog was trying to bite, why did she offer to trim my dogs nails if I come back and that she'll fix everything, I truly believe that this was just a cover up, because she started to mention it AFTER I declined her offer for her to fix it! I asked for a full refund but the owner is only offering me half! why does it take someone to complain for people to start doing a good job or to start doing what their job actually entails? Why can't it just be done as expected the very first time!

DOOM had a bath, as well as the teeth, brushing and mouth spray, and we had specifications on what parts of his fur should be trimmed, which would just actually be around his feet, and Gustavo executed perfectly. We actually had doubts for this groomer, as a previous one, returned to our dog with red eyes, which was alarming since it wasn't communicated prior to the session ending, which for us was a really big deal. We gave them another shot, and Gustavo did really well. We had a slight language barrier issue, and Gustavo whipped out the Google translate, which I think was very proactive, and answered any questions that would help put us at ease. On top of that, he also sent a few pictures during the session of DOOM to put us more at ease, which I really appreciated. Safe to say, I will happily be rebooking for the next grooming session. It is clear that the team prioritizes the dogs' comfort and well being, not just the final look. Shelby the owner was the original creator of Barbie's tiger look, and Rachel did an amazing job curating her birthday makeover. It was thoughtful, tasteful, and done with so much care. Barbie left happy, confident, and looking incredible. Sam did a wonderful job with my 14 year old pup, Simba. Watching an older dog be handled with that level of patience, gentleness, and professionalism meant everything to me. Simba looked great and was clearly comfortable the entire time. I not only trust the owners of Le Pawsh, I trust the women on their team as well. They have built a place where care for dogs is consistent, thoughtful, and real. The women here are skilled, kind, and pay attention to how each dog is actually feeling, not just how they look. They listen, they remember details, and they handle dogs with patience and confidence. Brandon, one of the owners, also runs DYAD Dog Training and is currently training Barbie. The progress has been noticeable and meaningful, and his approach reflects the same level of care and intention. If you are looking for a place you can truly trust with your dogs, Le Pawsh is it. But this last time was the last time I told myself I'd take her here. She had razor cuts under both arms & then got a fungal infection under one of legs. I didn't even notice it until I saw my baby scratching & licking herself so much. After checking her, I saw the scrapes under her arm. I was furious. Then the licking wouldn't stop under her leg. Took her to the vet & they told me it's a fungal skin infection. I asked if it can happen from a groomer & they said yes if the tools aren't cleaned properly. Now before taking her to the groomers she was fine. No skin issues. Then literally a few days after I saw the irritation on her skin. If you do decide to take your fur baby here, just make sure you check them while you're in her salon.

Took my dog Winston here for his first ever professional grooming appointment and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Winston can be a little reactive around other dogs, so I was really nervous about where to take him for his first grooming session, but everyone at Furever Grooming was SO kind and patient with him from the moment we walked in. They genuinely treated him like he was their own dog. They kept us updated and told us he did amazing - super calm, listened well, and wasn't scared at all throughout the process. I was especially worried about his paws/nail trimming because he's always been really iffy about people touching them, but they handled it so well even when he moved around a little at first. We originally chose the Bath & Brush - Basic package, but after seeing the salon and talking to the staff, we decided to upgrade to the Bath & Brush - Deluxe. Then when we came to pick Winston up, they only charged us for the basic package since it was his first time there, which was honestly so thoughtful and appreciated. You can tell they really care about the dogs and not just the business side of things. Winston came home looking adorable, happy, and stress-free. I recently took my dog, Enoki, to Furever Groom, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Enoki is very anxious and usually hates going to the groomers, especially when it comes to her paws. She can be difficult to groom, but the staff at Furever Groom were incredibly patient and gentle with her. She recently had a dental cleaning, so one of her front legs was shaved, but they did an amazing job evening it out so it wasn't as noticeable. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the effort they put into making her look her best. They also listened to all my requests, which made me feel confident that Enoki was in good hands. On top of that, they got her out in a reasonable time--no long, stressful waits! If you have a sensitive or nervous dog, I highly recommend Forever Groom. I have been seeing Aylin for quite some time now for my fur babies. When I noticed she left the previous salon she worked at, I knew I had to see if I could find where she went. Luckily, I stumbled upon Furever Grooming and saw she and a few other groomers that have worked on my babies were here! I knew I had to see her again as I adore her (and everyone else's) work and my dogs are used to seeing her. My baby boys always look amazing after she's finished with them. The inside of the lobby felt cozy and really homey, which was a really nice touch compared to the previous salon I've been to. I'm pretty sure all the pets appreciate it too! Just like a hair stylist, I'll follow Aylin wherever she goes. I'll continue to bring my current and future babies to Aylin and the team at Furever Grooming for many years to come! read more

I can't say enough good things about this little gem of a groomer! My high-energy Shih Tzu desperately needed a trim, and they did an absolutely perfect job. The staff was incredibly friendly and handled Cash with care, making sure he was comfortable throughout the process. I found this place from great Yelp reviews. Happy that it was very close to my house. From making appointments in person to picking up my Pembroke Corgi after grooming was a very pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and loving. Cathy did a great job on Buddy who had spinal surgery and the fur on his back was slowly growing back. They asked all the right questions to make sure that Buddy was comfortable during the grooming process. Just took my doggo here for the first time, and WOW -- we're both obsessed! Aylin was our groomer and she was absolutely amazing -- so patient, kind, and clearly has a magic touch with animals. My pup can be a little nervous with new people, but Aylin took her time and made him feel totally at ease. I couldn't be happier with my Cockapoo's grooming! My pup came back looking absolutely adorable, smelling fresh, and feeling so soft. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. What really stood out was their attention to customer satisfaction--they asked me to take a look at my dog before leaving and offered to make any adjustments if needed. I took my babies to Furever Grooming and received the best service. I had an appointment with Snowy and she did an amazing job taken care of my babies. Bam Bam has teary eyes issue and after the session his eyes look better because less fur touching his eyes. They both having their first grooming time but the patience and love of Snowy had calm their nerves and they acted so nicely. I attached the before and after of Bam Bam for comparison also!!! So happy I found this wonderful grooming shop. They did a fantastic job with my petite goldendoodle. The place is very inviting, and my dog adapted to the environment quickly since the staff was so kind. They have samples of fur lengths, which was super helpful in figuring out how much fur I wanted cut off. They assured me that they would take good care of my dog and they sure did! I was happy with her cut. My dog also seemed happy when I picked her up. Will definitely return! read more

The salon is extremely clean and modern, and the service is A+. They made sure they understood what we wanted and the grooming on our two dogs (one very elderly) was excellent. We have used them for 2 years, and they always remember our dogs' names and treat them like family. Our dogs get excited when they get to the salon door, and are always happy and relaxed when we pick them up. Furever Grooming is the best dog grooming service we have found in Melbourne! read more

So glad we found Furever Grooming for our puppy. We got her groomed for the first time (bath, sanitary trim, nail clipped, ear cleaning, paw pad trim) at 16 weeks and it was a great experience! When we picked her up, she greeted us happily so it seemed like she had a great time with her groomers! She also smelled and looked amazing.
