The mattress started to ruffle, and the material within the mattress began to gather all in one place I called to see if I could have the mattress replaced I only had the furniture for three weeks, the mattress was defective. I spoke with a few people that worked at the store. They in return got in contact with the owner and they informed me that he said there was nothing he could do. He could offer me a pillow top to go over the mattress and that would cost me $35., but no replacement would be given. Needless to say, I will never purchase from this company again they have lost a loyal customer. This mattress was slept on three times. It was used in a guest room.

I had some sale upholstery fabric from Fishman's I wanted to use and they were totally fine with that. She let me know that due to their workload they wouldn't be able to get to it until the summer, which I was ok with. The shop called when they were ready to come get the old chair and promptly picked it up the next day. The job only took a week and I paid the balance over the phone by credit card. The chair was delivered today and it looks great. The fabric worked out well and the quality of the work is excellent. I'm looking forward to sitting in it to read in our living room for many years to come.

They informed us a couple of days later that they did not have the materials that appeared in inventory for the job but could substitute some others. While we did not go forward with the order - since we did not like the alternative materials - we still give them kudos for quickly reversing the credit charge. While they may want to work on their inventory listings to provide the correct options, we have no problem with their solution. We went somewhere else for our job, but would not hesitate to give Paul's another chance. Try them.

My wife and i walked in to ask a question at the pro desk in the evening. There were 2 employees…read morethere talking. I didnt catch both their names but ones name started with Yo and ended with Da. Not trying to expose more than necessary but if you work there youll know who it is. Anyways i said hi and they kinda looked at me, continued their conversation for a lengthy amount of time. Finally i guess they said what they wanted to say and finally deemed us worthy of attention. I explained the situation, being very specific about what i wanted to purchase and one of them walked off and the other one with a purple beanie proceeded to bring another employee, stating i had a large order " of some stuff idk what ". Clearly having a conversation had exhausted her to the point of confusion and a general sense of not caring because then she kinda wandered off aimlessly. At least the employee i talked to next was competent and helpful. But this is exactly why i DETEST home depot. If i never went there again i wouldnt care at all. Employees chit chatting while clearly aware youre there but dont care, or sometimes non existent. This is not the first time ive seen this and wont be the last im sure unless HD starts cracking down on this behavior.
