I called them about the service quote, they had me on hold for over 30 min. The office manager said she was going to call back in 15 to 20 min later. She never follow up. I called got an answer machine and left a message, very, very, poor customer service. I called them back, next day, I was place on hold 3 times b4 someone finally answer the phone. They said they haven't gotten a quote, after 4 months later. This is the F-ken worst dential office I have ever been to in this area. With my love for adrenaline-driven adventures, I can say I have a brave soul. And yet, I am a total wuss when it comes to dentists and I would come up with all kinds of excuses to avoid that anesthesia injection. But Dr. Marin's professional but friendly demeanor can put the most anxious patient at ease. The rapport he has with his patients is what sets him apart from all the other dentists I have seen.
