Friendly & caring staff. Great and funny dentist Dr Jack Oh. I have been coming here on and off for about 4yrs. He has helped me feel at ease and especially when I got my back tooth removed. I was given extra gauze with a phone number of after hours staff or his emergency cell. I had a concerned and called and he helped me out with good advice. It can be busy at times and a little wait is the drawback since many prefer this dental place, but he and the staff are quick and does a professional job. Excellent service! I got this crack in my tooth during Covid and it has bothered me for quite sometime. I decided to see Dr. Jack Oh. The office staff and Queena the office manager were polite and awesome caring individuals that worked with me regarding my care. I filled out some paperwork and afterwards I was taken to my chair where I got a couple of X-rays and was told by Dr. Oh I needed a deep clean in addition to my cracked tooth. So for the meantime he asked me my medical condition if I had any and proceeded to fix my tooth in question. I got an injection so I wouldn't feel the potential pain and he and his staff got right to work. By the end of the procedure he mentioned that I needed to make an appointment to get my teeth cleaned as I haven't done it in almost five years. I highly recommend Dr. Jack Oh for all your teeth needs. Currently I've gotten my mom to go get her teeth cleaned and she also needs to fill some cavities and get some other things done. He's working with my mom's PCP to make sure she's all clear before he proceeds to get her tooth issue fixed in the most caring and professional way. You always need a caring Doctor on your side so you don't have issues down the road. I'm fortunate to have the most amazing dentist. Dr. Oh has transformed every dental appointment into an enjoyable experience. He's a big foodie. He loves to distract my anxious ass by talking about delicious food or asking me questions about things I'm interested in. I ended up going elsewhere because the dentist couldn't help me address my root canal in a timely fashion. I felt lucky to come in and get seen about it, but ultimately they wanted me to wait 1-2 months to get my root canal addressed with them vs outsourcing it to another place. I called a few other places and was lucky enough to get fitted into the schedule with another dental office about 8 mins away. Because of the partnership with the oral surgeon they have down the street, I was able to get my root canal addressed the very next day. I would have given 1 star here, but the 2nd star is for the front desk/office manager. She was really helpful, followed up quickly and did her best. I really appreciate her efforts. read more

I have been coming to see Dr. Oh and his team for about five years now. The office is modern, high tech and very clean. The dental chairs massages and they always have great movies playing to distract you. The staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. They really try to make you feel at ease from the beginning of checking in to when you leave, with your hair looking like a hot mess from sitting in the dentist chair. Mercedes who works at the front desk is amazing and I honestly love it when she picks up the phone. She greets me like an old pal and makes me look foward to my visits. Gotta love the dental assistants! They are very patient with taking xrays and for the most part, they're pretty gentle. I really like when they ask me what flavor toothpaste I prefer. It's the little things that count. Dr. Oh is hilarious and down to earth. I feel like he's really honest about procedures, his expert opinion on products, the cost and how painful something will be. He explains things before he does it. The worst thing about Dr. Oh is that he loves to talk to me about food as he's examining my teeth. It's kind of a torture, especially that one time when I had to get my cavity filled. Elisa, the dental hygienst is an awesome possum. I love it when she cleans my teeth! It's not painful and she does a great job. The best thing about the this place is that they don't make me feel bad for not having taken such great care of my teeth when I was younger. It's terrible when a dentist makes you feel guilt as I've experienced that in the past. It's been easy for me to schedule appointments. Visited Dr. Oh for the first time yesterday, since a small piece of my tooth chipped off while I was flossing. Didn't have insurance, so I just looked for dentists in my area. The prices they gave me on the phone were very competitive, so I decided to book an appointment here. The building is very nice, the staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Oh himself is extremely friendly and approachable, an all-around jovial fellow. I had the chance to chat with the assistants for a while in order to allow the anesthesia to kick in, and they're all very nice people. The treatment itself went pretty quick, since my issue was relatively minor. There's also a TV with a movie playing to pass the time. Dr. Oh makes playful small talk with you while he's working on you, but honestly you can't really say much back since your mouth is wide open haha Would definitely recommend Dr. Oh to anyone. read more

We recently moved quite away from his office but because of his great chairside personality, friendly disposition, reasonable rates and personable staff- we aren't leaving this practice! I have always feared dentists because of terrible experiences in the past and Dr oh really listened to my concerns . I had 4 teeth pulled for braces and I was fearing the pain and possible infection (after having my wisdom teeth pulled years ago it was both very painful and I later developed an infection requiring quite a bit more follow up). So fast forward to my appointment day - I can honestly say I was in no discomfort at all. I took 2 Tylenol before I got there and he numbed me up really good. It was probably the easiest procedure ever! Post op- I follwed his instruction with the ice pack/compress and I never had to take additional pain meds and had minor swelling. Most impt- no infection! Dr Oh also takes care of my hubby who is very happy with him too. Next- i am going to see if my folks can become patients too read more

Do not recommend! Was going here for years in the past but after my last visit I will never go back nor will I ever refer people here again! Went in for a deep cleaning they spent over an hour just setting up and taking x-rays. The tech that was doing my x rays apparently screwed up and had to redo certain parts over and over which was extremely frustrating. Guessing she was new or something which isn't my fault. But do to that they ended up only doing one side of my mouth, which may be normal ? But what pissed me off was that they charged for all the extra x rays that they took and my insurance rejected their bill after trying to submit more than once. So they tried to throw the bill on me to pay which is BS! Customers shouldn't have to pay for their employees mistakes! After I refused to pay the balance they kept harassing me daily and then sent it into collections. Which I'm disputing. Bad business and shady business practice smh read more

I'm conflicted because I want to keep this secret to myself (I'm selfish), but Dr. Oh and his staff are so wonderful that they deserve some props. You can tell when you first walk in that everyone in this office are dedicated and love what they do. Dr. Oh is professional and only does the work that is necessary in a quick and painless manner. This is the best part. I had an emergency and had to have a crown replaced. They quoted me a price of $150. I was puzzled because I've had crowns before and knew that I've paid more. Sure enough, when I got my insurance paperwork in the mail, it showed that I did indeed owe more plus I also had a $50 deductible. So I took the paperwork to the office and asked, "Ummm....don't I owe more?" They looked at the paperwork and said no, this is what the doctor charges and they write off the rest. Huh??? Who does that??? I have never been to a doctor or dentist that does that. One of my last dentists was late for my appointment, came breezing in and asked me if his hair looked ok because he drove his convertible Mercedes in that day. This really shows me that Dr. Oh cares about his patients and that he loves what he does. The one thing that I've noticed is that some times they get backed up on their appointments. Bring a book or something to keep you occupied just in case you have to wait. There are many times that I suspect the staff have very short lunches and stay late just so they can attend to the patients and the emergency walk-ins. These are dedicated professionals!!! read more

I hadn't gone to get a dental checkup/cleaning in 5 years because my last experience was traumatic. The dentist herself was super nice, but as she was doing the cleaning, it seemed like she was hitting various tooth nerves multiple times and it was excruciating. I never wanted to do that again. But I figured it was time, and reading the reviews for Dr. Oh, I decided to take the plunge and finally go in for a checkup/cleaning. Dr. Oh himself was extremely friendly and honest, and was very up front about what I needed and more importantly, what I didn't need. He said my teeth were in great shape though, so Elisa came in to do the cleaning. She fired up what seemed to be the same cleaning tool that my last dentist used, and I was already gripping my hands together, waiting for the intermittent shocks of extremely sharp pain from last time.... ... except I kept waiting for the painful part, but it never came. If this is what a cleaning is like, I won't wait 5 years for my next one! The only thing on my mind now is I'm wondering if most cleanings are supposed to be like my last dentist, and that Elisa is super good, or if most cleanings are supposed to be like Elisa, and my last dentist was just a quack. OH my..what a great dentist he is (: If you're looking for a new dentist, you've found him. Super informative and professional with friendly and HAPPY staff. Whoever said this field of work has the highest suicide rate because all they do is look inside people's mouths probably never worked for Dr. Oh before. Everyone was so lively and full of smiles - definitely made my visit so much easier and less stressful. Even though I only went for the exam and cleaning, I still get really freaked out worrying that there might be something wrong or I might have to take my wisdom teeth out (something he did suggest, sadly). I like the fact that he wasn't pushy and was very honest about everything. The building that its located in was so pretty I felt like I was going into a hotel. One thing I thought was a bit weird was the stations they had. It wasn't in seals rate rooms or anything, just separated by the shelving unit and such so you can hear everyone so clearly - definitely heard the convos the bf had with his doctor couple stations down! read more

Dr. Oh is the maaaaan. After too many years of avoiding dentists due to my last experience with a shady/greedy one, I was referred to Dr. Oh from a friend. I was reluctant because his office is about 90 minutes from my home, but my friend convinced me I'd have a great experience. I am more than happy with this dentists office. The office is clean. The staff is friendly, and they don't scold or shame you for neglecting your teeth. After five visits my perception is that Dr. Oh is honest and cares about what his patients want. He doesn't try to oversell you or exaggerate a diagnosis. He pays attention to your pain levels and has used great judgement in determining the need for additional anesthesia. I had a couple root canals here and was impressed with the precision. Even afterward the pain was totally mild. Last but certainly not least, they seem to bend over backwards to be as affordable as possible and work with you financially. As with any highly rated office, appointments are sometimes a bit backed up. It's worth the wait, and they will try to squeeze you in when possible if you're in pain. It feels great to be taking better care of my teeth without having to file for bankruptcy. Do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Oh! read more

Dr. Oh is the Best! He is honest, friendly and super funny. I am so glad I found him!!! I've had all four wisdom teeth extracted by him. My first two about two weeks ago and the last two yesterday (05/04/13). I was really nervous for the first two extractions but he really put me at ease by making me laugh.
