My whole experience was awful. Dropped off my truck at the service center and told me I would have a car available. No car available, no shuttle available and after all that, told me they didnt have the parts in stock! I have a complaint about the service dept. I was informed my fusion had an issue that was not an official recall. I made the appt to bring it in. After making arrangements for a ride and having a vehicle, I brought it in and was met by a Mark or Marty (unsure). He immediately started to ask about services I should have done while its there. I said just the recall item. He then asks if a service light was on and I said not right now but had one prior. He says it has to have a service light or if they do the diagnostic, I will be charged $210 if it doesnt qualify. He didnt ask if it had issues. I restated that I had work done on it in April but didnt care. I asked that since this ends at 84,000 miles and I am at 80 that this should be taken care of now. Didnt seem to care. I said I would go home and check what was done on car and call back. I called a half hour later and he was gone so called the next day. By this time I had checked online about the recall and it specifically says no service light needed and listed the symptoms of the issue- all of which I had told him I had. Even mentioned lifetime powertrain warranty which could affect the cost. He still had no interest in helping me. I spoke to the mechanic who did my work and he basically said the Fury service dept was bs now but used to be good. I then made appointment at Morries Buffalo. Extremely helpful, even offering a loaner car and a ride home. Super professional staff. Called me a day later with diagnostics and said it needed the short block replacement, and will be done this next week. I will be telling anyone who will listen about the service there and can not see recommending you for anything. We are replacing at least 2 of my 5 cars in the next hear too- I know where I wont be buying them from. read more

Had a miserable experience with one of the sales managers when we attempted to buy a used vehicle. Apparently dazzle them by controlling the conversation, asserting dominance and not hearing a word is still a thing at this dealership....at least with one individual. Didn't get a name because one was never given along with NOT asking our names. Swing and a miss with Fury Waconia Ford. read more

CAUTION!!! WACONIA FURY FORD CANNOT BE TRUSTED!! We purchased a 'CERTIFIED' 2017 Ford Escape at the end of May from Waconia Fury Ford and were sold the Blue Advantage Warranty on the car as my daughter was moving to Atlanta the second week of June. On the drive down to Atlanta the front end started shaking. She brought the car into a Ford Dealership in Atlanta, and they said that the CCRM Module and Bracket were bent ($4,000) and that the car had been in some type of accident. Now Fury is denying any liability (NOT EVEN A PARTIAL SETTLEMENT) and we should TRUST that they did the inspection/certification and that once we left the lot they had ZERO liability. How in the Fv$k as a consumer to trust that they performed the inspection. YOU NEED TO BRING ANY PURCHASE OF A CAR FROM FURY TO AN INDEPENDENT GARAGE TO CONFIRM WHAT THEY CLAIM IN THE CERTIFICATION!! This place sucks. I had an appointment to get my oil changed. They did not have it on the computer. Ask me to wait until and maybe they could get me in. Last time they did not finish the paperwork on my work vehicle. Work want to know why I did not get my oil changed. I called them and they forgot to bill it. read more

Unfortunately I had a very negative experience buying a car here. I was greeted by John L. who through the entire process would only speak to me in condescending and sexist manner. They also sold me a car that they knew had an issue with it. Long story short the service team didn't relay the information to the sales team before It was sold to me. So the same day I bought it I had to bring it back in and they had to give me a lender. All John could do was laugh and make a joke out of it and it seemed as though they really didn't care. I really hope that if you have to buy a vehicle from here that you are treated far better than I was. read more

Warning I had been warned not to use Waconia Ford for service, however it was convenient for me and the work to be done was covered under warranty, so I figured can it really be that bad? We scheduled our appointment more than a week out as they were super busy, that was fine and not an issue at all. The middle of the week before I called them to confirm the appointment and ask about a loaner car as they were going to have our vehicle for 2 days. The gentleman on the phone sounded like he was annoyed with me and it didn't feel like he was paying attention to my questions, however through some prodding on my part he did confirm the appointment and indicated that he could accommodate my request for a loaner car. We arrived at 7 am Monday morning (10/16/2017) to drop the vehicle off, they didn't have our appointment on file (this was the guy we spoke to that scheduled the appointment) so he put us on as he said he remembered us, however he didn't know about the loaner vehicle. While we were there we explained to him that there was no front license plate bracket and that we had just gotten our plates, I asked him if they could throw a bracket on while they had the car. He said sure no problem and we went on our merry way. I called Tuesday morning to confirm that the repair would be completed, the gentleman I spoke to confirmed parts had been received and that the repair would for sure be completed - GREAT, right? NO, I drive out of my way to go there to pick up the car, walk in and the kid behind the counter says, I don't know where your vehicle is, I don't know if it is repaired, your representative (whoever that is) isn't here and I can't help you. I am frustrated and ask him why I was told it would be done, he said he didn't know but could guarantee that it wouldn't be done today as the Tech had gone home (what they only have one? And it was only 4:30, service is open until 8, what the heck people). He said don't come back until you get a call from us, I said so if I call and they tell me something assume they are lying and he is telling the truth, he didn't respond. Next day I get the call, yeah the car is finally ready and I can get rid of this wind-up toy for a car they loaned me. I stop by after work thinking I am going to get the car and breeze on out of there, NO. He gives me the paperwork and says you can see the cashier on the way out, I said what this was warranty work, why do I have to see the cashier. He said there was a charge for installing the bracket...yeah $70 dollars, really? How can it cost $70 to install a bracket that took all of 5 seconds to screw on, oh and I was charged for hazardous waste disposal. I inquired about that and was told it was standard, what waste is standardly produced for installing a bracket. Of course my next question was, shouldn't I have been told that there would be a charge for installing the bracket so I could make an informed decision, had I known I would have either had my husband install or taken to my mechanic, but I wasn't, I was not given all of the facts so I could make a decision, instead I was forced to pay the bill. There wasn't even a manager (outside of the sales manager who was useless) there to address my issues and concerns, I have tried calling multiple times today with no answer. This place is a joke, DO NOT GO HERE they will provide poor customer service and rip you off. read more

I would give it a 0/5. I have no clue how their service department or sales department is in business. I worked with multiple sales and service people with no new end result. Very shady and I was robbed of the exciting experience of buying my first car. I also sadly had to have a male with me to even get a second look from anyone. I have had my car since the last week in August and it has been in their shop for 8 weeks total since I've had it. Out of those days a mechanic wasn't there for a good chunk of those days meaning my car was just sitting on their lot. I live by the Saint Cloud area, but I wanted to give back to the community that I grew up in. Never again Waconia Ford and would not recommend!!! I bought a vehicle from Waconia Ford on 7/13. Within one week the vehicle left me stranded 2 times with a dead battery. And also had 2 error messages on the information center. Waconia Ford gave me a loaner to use. Upon picking up the vehicle I purchased, 2 out of the 3 things were not fixed.. very frustrated I explained to them what was going on. The person I was dealing with had no idea. One of many gaps in communication. So I got to keep the loaner some more. I then found out the vehicle was from out of the country. I contacted the GM and informed her I did not want this vehicle anymore, that it has been a nightmare since I bought it. And either wanted to look at other stuff on their lot or walk away getting my $2000 back. She said she was not terminating the sale so I either had to find something there or they would go to the auction for me. I found a vehicles I was interested in and set up the day of 8/17 to come look at them. After driving 2 of the 3, I wanted to see the numbers the GM had prepared for me. After looking at them, I found out that they were wanting me to loose $2430 on a "trade in value" for a vehicle that I had barely driven and had spent the better part of 1 month in their possession.. They will not work with me on righting a wrong with a vehicle they sold me. read more

Recently had my 2011 Ford Ranger serviced. The remodeled dealership is really great. Service people very helpful and friendly. Everything I requested was completed. I will continue to have Waconia Ford as my place to keep my autos in tip top shape. read more
