I have eaten at Fusion Grill several times and loved it but it's been a roller coaster experience. I usually get the shrimp tacos; however, on my last visit I got quite the surprise. Upon seeing my always creamy shrimp tacos, I took an enormous bite. The yummy flavors were quickly followed by the most spice I've encountered. Hiccups and watery eyes emerged along with an enflamed tongue. I knocked back 5 cups of water. These tacos have never had any kick to them before and the shock was real. Rather than eat my second taco, I brought it home and left it on my counter for my husband. I knew he found it when I heard a shout from across the house. In a panic from the spice, he rubbed his eye and truly felt God's wrath. Overall, I will probably go back for the good food. But I will also be entering therapy for the trust issues I now have. read more

The service was awful. There was so much confusion in the kitchen. No one seemed to be in charge. Our order was wrong and so was other orders. I asked for fresh onions instead of the grilled ones that came on the burger and they charged me an extra $0.49. Our bill was $36 and they charged a surcharge for using our credit card. The food was ok because it was cold. After they work out the kinks and get a real manager who can take control, they should be fine. read more

Holy crap, how on earth is this place rated so high?! To start with i ordered food WITHOUT bacon, food came with bacon on it and when i asked for it to be remade, they took the burger, pulled the bacon out and brought it back to me!!!! For religious reasons i dont eat bacon, not just for kicks. Next up they agreed to remake the burger but when i bit into it i felt like i bit into a bottle of salt! Pretty sure it was so salty my eye twitched a bit. Then the cheese fries that had to be remade without bacon showed up and wow o wow, how do you mess up something so simple as cheese fries?!?! Literally was the cheese sauce that comes in those $1 cans, terrible! My son ordered a plain philly cheesesteak sandwich, simple enough right? Nope!!! Burned meat inside!!! So after all this i said ok he ate half the sandwich and my girlfriend ate almost half of her sandwich so i figured cut my losses and i asked for a refund on the fries and burger, no problem right??? Wrong, i was handed cash instead of a proper refund back to my card... whats wrong with that, oh well nothing had they of refunded the sales tax and credit card surcharge that they charge! Who on earth charges a surcharge to use a card as if it isn't the most common form of payment nowadays, talk about trying to squeeze every penny out of the transaction.... i handed the cash back to the cashier and said i will just figure it out with the bank. I wanted to try a new place and saw this on Yelp. I ordered the New York burger and regular fries. Both were fantastic The meat was cooked to order at medium rare. Sauces and toppings were delicious and distinctive. The bun was soft and smaller than the large beef patty. Portions were more than adequate. Service was very polite and quick. Went here on a weekday night and it was surprisingly crowded. The young man at the register didn't seem to happy but after taking our order the food came out pretty quick. The Nashville chicken sandwich was definitely not as described but tasted more like a regular sandwich with some mayo sauce. It was pretty good but it's not Nashville chicken by any stretch of the imagination. The hot dog was decent but it just seems like the food was just "thrown" together .. the cheese was not even melted, seem like it was just taken out of the fridge. I was a huge fan back when they started out as a simple food truck not far from their current location! I decided to stop by a few weeks ago, missing their huge burgers filled with deliciousness! I was a bit disappointed... And here's why: 1. They took no precautions while in the midsts of a pandemic... No tables were crossed off, no one was wearing masks (including staff), they had ketchup bottles at every table which were empty, and they didn't sanitize after each customer. Hopefully since we last visited early June, they have updated their Covid precaution guidelines.. 2. While we were eating, we saw a small cockroach-looking bug that landed right on my arm as I was taking a bite of the hamburger.. But then again, we were sitting right next to the door, so maybe it flew in? Anyways.. I was still a bit disgusted. Honestly, I will probably go back, just because the food is good, but most likely take it to go, and during this pandemic, I suggest you do the same. read more

Fantastic food! First time here and wanted to try several things. Got the the beef taco with chipotle sauce, the fusion burger with their "Hand cheese" and some classic fries. Everything was amazing. I am not someone to try new places and let alone write a yelp review for a business. Randomly decided to try this places after continuously driving by and wondering what it is. Never have had a fried egg on a burger and when looking throughout the menu, the burger that caught my eye was "THE BADASS" burger which happened to have an egg. I'm not over-exaggerating when I say this is the best burger I have ever had. And they have the best garlic Parmesan fries. A1 10 stars read more

I Was so happy that this place was open during the freeze situation in February. Decided to go back to try other things since their menu was rather limited during our previous visit. I had a shrimp taco and hubby had the brisket taco. Both very tasty. Ordered the tequenos (think mozzarella stick with a different outer) and they were served warm ish. Like, almost room temp. Not sure if they are a frozen item or if made in house. I told the waiter about it, he took them away, after speaking to other customers for about 5 minutes, he turned them into kitchen staff. Somewhere around 10 minutes later, I get a fresh order. Slightly warmer than the first batch, but definitely not piping hot. So, those are ehhhh. The sauce for tacos is interesting, I can't fully figure out what's in it. It's not spicy but has a good flavor. It's a creamy light green sauce; maybe cilantro cream???? Whatever it is, it pairs well with the tacos. They did mix up with hubby's choice of tortilla; asked for flour; got corn. Definitely not trying to beat them up, I know that many service places are struggling to find staff, etc during these times. They just seemed less focused because of chatting it up with the other patrons. All things considered, hubby and I both agreed that it is worth another try. read more

First time here! The food portion was huge!! I was a little skeptical about trying the Nashville chicken sandwich that is served with coleslaw on it but to my surprise the flavor was on point. The guacha burger was excellent, smart choice with the feta cheese, the garlic Parmesan fries were very good and different from most that I've had. Their truffle sauce and habanero bbqsuce, as well as the pink garlic sauce complemented everything so well; especially with the tequeños. read more

Love the steak fries, they are so delicious! My husband loves the tacos as well. The location is tucked away in a parking lot near other food trucks but you must visit this one first!
