I've been here before and it was 5 stars but today truly blew me away! It's been about a year since my last visit and the menu has grown so much and every single bite was perfection today! The shakshuka is fantastic, the vanilla latte was beyond any expectations (usually I don't even find coffee of note, and here, it was one of the stars of the show!), the crepes were so well made and spot-on in golden-y color and the berry compote was balanced perfectly between tart and sweet , and finally the dumplings were also an order-again dish. Went here to try to get breakfast since I saw the amazing reviews on yelp. Service was terrible. As I walked in no one greeted me, had to wait in line with no menu in sight, when I finally got to the front one of the teenage girls asked me what I wanted and when I told her I hadn't been able to look at the menu she just walked away then informed me if I had any questions to let them know. I asked them if they took cash and the other ( way ruder) teenage girl with short brown hair went " DO WE TAKE ASH??" And I repeated my self three times because she kept looking at me with the rudest glance. When she finally understood that I was saying cash she very rudely said " yes" and then looked at her coworker and laughed at me right in my face. As a waitress I would never treat any guest with such awful service then proceed to laugh in their faces right in front of them. After this interaction I put down the menu and just walked out because I honestly felt embarrassed and 100% unwelcomed. Wish I had the chance to try their food. The vibe inside was very much giving popular girls who didn't want you to sit at their table. I've never experienced something like that before. Tried to pick up twice, first time they said their yelp number was incorrect and my order was placed some other location etc. They told me it was my problem and I placed another order and waited +20mins. Second time, I placed an order with Grubhub. Went on time to get my order, they were blaming Grubhub that they didn't place my order and they started cooking. I waited almost +30mins with Grubhub completion and spent another 30mins in the restaurant to make them. Since this issue has happened twice, they offered me a refund and said it automatically will go to my bank account. And days later I see Grubhub charged me for that order. Just spoke with Grubhub and they said the merchant stated that whatever I am saying is false and refused to give me a refund.
