My family and I had a very surprising and pleasant experience. For starters, the restaurant shares a building with a gas station. The restaurant is small but there's outdoor patio seating as well. The inside offers a very modern decor and the customer service was on point. We all enjoyed our meals which were large portions and full of flavor. Also, they offer nice adult beverages. There are not that many Mom and Pop restaurants of this caliber in Henry- Clayton area, so I am thankful and pleased Fusion is her to serve. I am not an expert in Mediterranean cuisine but I can tell you when food is well prepared. Food, Hookahs, wine, cocktails, and belly dancing are offered at Fusion. Give them a try. This happens to be another secret I am having a hard time deciding to give up but I will just because everyone and anyone that can get here should come here. DO NOT LET THE GAS STATION FOOL YOU! The first few times I looked up this place I literally judged the book by the cover and could not imagine a place sharing a wall with a gas station could be worth it. Not only did I leave there later to be proven quite wrong, I love this place. The food is amazing. I mean, truly A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! We started the meal with grape leaves, a mezza plate full of hummus, baba gannouj and falafel. The Caprese salad was fresh, cold and full of flavor. I had the salmon and it was cooked perfectly. The potatoes are out of this world, roasted and served on the side. Things I wish they'd work out. Overall, operations and functions. Watching someone that is about to bring my food to me right after they bussed a table and stuck their hands into multiple used glassware like the claw when attempting to get a toy. GROSS. The Guest's perspective of how everyone gets along. You know whoever is in the back is pissed the way they bang that bell for the one and only person working the entire floor to come and serve the food. They argue and yell at one another too and that bothers me. Do it all you want, just please, not while I am eating. Server training, if you can't open a bottle of wine correctly I'd love to do it instead. Time and consistency: please sit back and relax when you come here. Be sure and check your cake very well before eating it. I ordered mine to go, and it was moldy. Of course I didn't realize it until I got home and took a bite and noticed it tasted bad. Fusion offered to give me free slice of cake next time I came in, but I don't think I'll be back. Our waiter Oscar only had two tables on this Tuesday night, and he went out of his way to ignore us. I had to ask the bartender to refill our drinks and place our to go order. My teenage daughter didn't like her food, and couldn't eat it. I didn't ask for it to be comped, but I did tell Oscar, and he didn't try to remedy the situation at all. Sometimes kids don't like food, that wasn't a big deal. However, the moldy cake and terrible service was a dealbreaker. It's a shame too, because I used to really like this place, but I don't think I'll be back. First time here. Husband and I wanted to try something different but without traveling downtown or north. Experience was great. Food was excellent. It was cooked to order, authentic flavors, fresh, shrimp were large. Even the grilled veggies were excellent. Husband said the lamb chops were the best he's had anywhere. It's not the cheapest place but less than comparable larger restaurants. However, the quality of the food is worth it and is on par, if not better, than larger restaurants. Easy, free parking and easy access. I will be back, especially to try their cocktails and other items on the menu. read more

My wife and I were excited about having a high quality lamb gyro dinner. We have dined at Fusion several times before and met the owner on occasion. He was very nice, congenial, welcoming, and conversational. Tonight however, when we called to inquire about the lamb gyro for dinner and asked what it consists of the woman on the phone at first gave a simple response of lamb and tzatziki. When we asked for more clarification then the woman on the phone stated that she did not have time to go into details about what the lamb gyro consists of and that the restaurant is full and busy. She was not interested in entertaining the questions of a potential customer ordering a pick-up order. The food at Fusion is great! Depending upon who answers the phone the customer service taking your order might be horrible. Caveat Emptor. read more

Enjoyed date night here, except for the loud music. Food was good. Different from local Mexican, Italian and steakhouses. Which is what we were looking for. Dessert in photo was too much for one , even two, so we brought some home. Will be going back. read more

Been here before and was nice, good food. Tonight, they overcharged me! $77.00 for 1 person 2 drinks and steak habachi. I ordered a vodka tonic with lime. A few minutes later, bar keep came over wanting to know how I wanted my cognac. I said I ordered a vodka tonic in a tall glass. Bill came and they charged me for 2 absolute vodka doubles. I won't be back and won't recommend them. Couple at the table with me also had problems with their bill. Apparently, they act ignorant on overcharges. read more

My wife and I were visiting for my birthday. This wasn't our first choice but due to my birthday was the same weekend as valentines Day, a lot of places were packed. So we decided to try them out. Once we pulled up and noticed it was connected to a gas station, it threw us off..lol But once we walked in, it was beyond beautiful. The food was seasoned just right. Went to Fusion today with my family, bcuz I enjoyed it so much my last few visits. I ordered the $40 lamb chops, bcuz they were AMAZING on my first visit, & they were a HUGE disappointment this time! They were dry & thin, a complete 360 from my first visit. I mentioned it to the waiter & he said "there was nothing he could do & he thought the lamb chops looked fine. He didn't think they looked dry". He then said he would go get the manager. Few minutes of waiting & nothing. I had to call him over to refill my drink & he said the manager said there was "nothing that could be done". I asked him to ask the manager to come out, bcuz obviously the manager had not planned to come out to see me. She came out & basically repeated what he said "they don't look dry" to her & "they look fine". I showed her what I was talking about by pulling the meat apart. The piece was so dry the bone broke. She finally agreed there were a few dry pieces on the plate & discounted the item. Honestly, it wasn't even really about the discount it was about the fact that the $40 lamb chops I ordered came out overcooked & not to my liking. I didn't ask for a discount, I'd planned to pay for the meal, but I wanted to show her what they were serving & to let her know I wasn't pleased. This visual invitation on the horizon beckoned to us. We accepted. Traveling with my gorgeous goddess, aka my fab fiancée, we seek out the marvels of modern living and dining. That quest for best has rewarded us with some incredible experiences. Discovering Fusion culminates the search for Mediterranean perfection. Fusion is at first, a total visual delight. Light and design combine to carry your gaze on a virtual reconnaissance. You witness a tour de force. Mere nails fashioned into table masterpieces. Color immersion through glass and steel. Breathtaking and beautiful. We were greeted and seated by Erin, an almost porcelain beauty radiating within the all-encompassing light. She ably led us through our entire Fusion exploration. Such attention to detail in service once again raises the bar. Beginning with the Mediterranean Greek Salad, I was pleasantly impressed with the quality and freshness of the ingredients. The Citrus dressing painted each morsel with a stroke of phenomenal flavor. Absolutely delicious. I then opted for a lamb gyro accompanied by scrumptious fried potatoes. The gyro was a delicate blend of spice and nice. What a wonderful treat. Fab one decided on the Grilled Chicken Skewer plate. She loved the marinated chicken. I know that smile. Another five-star moment in this Mediterranean 'Fresh'tival was getting to meet Sherif, the owner and creative genius behind Fusion. Such a friendly and personable man, with exemplary business acumen. Clearly demonstrating how his personality converged into these culinary creations. We enjoyed interacting with him immensely. Sherif recommended and personally served us one of his favorite desserts, and it was absolutely and deliriously delectable. No free throws here. I'm compelling you to find out which dessert is his favorite, on your own! As we prepared to say goodbye, I sipped my minty hot tea with a new appreciation... of fusion.......incorporating elements of diverse cuisines and joining two or more things together to form a single entity. The service here is horrible the waitress was the host and the server and she was very rude. The waitress was very disrespectful Her name was Monica and when asked for a manager she stated she was the manager I ordered a drink and it was watered down and tasted disgusting and when I asked for a replacement because I could drink it the waitress stated it's the law of Mcdonaugh that you can not replace a drink even if you are not satisfied or did jot drink it you still have to pay for and you can not replace it. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem! You don't think of anything of it when you past by but when you actually step in to this little place it has a lot to offer!! I was surprised that they have even a little outdoor seating considering that the restaurant is small and next to a gas station. The tables aren't very clean in my opinion neither are the chairs clean either but I guess that's fine with me. The food on the other hand is delicious and has lots of flavor! The server didn't quite pick up our plates even though we stacked them and putted them at the end of the table we had to actually hand it to them which was a little frustrating. Also I would like to add that since we have little ones at the table I don't think the glass cups on the table are such a great idea since they could easily break or fall possibly while a little kid was coloring and maybe elbowed it.... So that makes me quite nervous. Staying in the positive side this restaurant is a cute little place if your looking for some yummy food! Ps. What a good find this was. On a trip between Nashville and Pompano beach we stopped, near chuck-out time, at this little bistro. It's neat, clean and has the friendliest and most competent staff who it seemed, found nothing to be too much trouble. As the kitchen was about to close we kept the order simple. I asked for spaghetti and meatballs, and my wife ordered a combination platter. The food was very good. The prices were low. The service was very good and, it's a nice place to sit and spend an hour after a long day's driving. read more

The service was great and there is a star to give there. Almost two thanks to that; however, the food is nothing like advertised. Our salads didn't even come with feta cheese or olives which is weird for a Mediterranean salad to not include the basics. The food my fiancé and I w ordered we're the lamb kabobs and the lamb stew. The meat quality was great also but the ingredients and methods did not do it any Justice. The kabobs were salty and charred a little too much. The lamb stew did not even have the veggies it came with nor did it even have seasoning. It only had the brown gravy it basically came with. The rice was bland and a bit hard in few places. Trust me if you want to really have Mediterranean, this is not the move. Just not worth 26 per dish. If it was half the price, MAYBE. Still probably only a 4 star at that point. You can get what you pay for somewhere else for sure. The ambience was chill and the dim lighting made it a bit more romantic but since it's next-door to a gas station, it was a bit off putting at first albeit nicely decorated inside. read more
