This week I took in my 2009 Mercedes Benz CLS550 due to a suspension issue. Alex diagnosed it as a failed right front air shock strut. There was a slight delay in getting the replacement because none were available locally. I used the time to my advantage to having them service my car. This is an excellent choice for services for all our Land Rover vehicles, no upselling, quality work, careful inspection of all items, suggestions for future service, even photos taken of the tires to show wear and a slight scuffing that will need attention in the future with a rotate and balance. If a finger can remove dust. What keeps an object capable of penetrating clear coat, paint, primer, and metal. From removing dust. ? You cannot say from simply viewing these photos that there is "dust over the scratch" the particles that you see at the edge of scratch are displaced materials as listed above. I again reinforce the complete lack of accountability by this establishment. Future customers may way to take photos of their vehicles before risking service. Once again, the finger was ran over the scratch to show the employee that this was not a simple smudge. The presence of dust makes no sense unless you can prove that there is dust on the obviously fresh metal gouge. The employee took no photos for documentation while I was on site and immediately identified this when my vehicle was pulled out for me. (See business sign above my car). The only guidance from the employee upon this discovery was " we will have to wait until Monday to see the parking lot footage" There is zero expectation of reimbursement by this business judging by the interactions. My only hope is that this serves as a warning to potential future customers. read more

We took our 2017 Range Rover to British Auto works based upon all the positive feedback for an oil and filter change. Diego recommended a firmware update as well. We paid them approximately 300 dollars for the service and drive away happy. One week later I noticed oil on my garage floor. Because the care is under warranty we took it to the dealer. The dealer found the source of the leak immediately, British Auto incorrectly installed the new filter which caused a lead and cover the motor with oil. In addition the firmware update was also incorrect and needed to be re done. $375 to Range Rover dealer plus a rental car for a week. Called British auto and owner said "sorry sometimes these things happen" no offer to refund or make things right in any way. STAY AWAY -IF THEY CANT PERFORM A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE I SURE WOULD NOT TRUST THEM DO DO ANYTHING EL Total liar. Your technology update was an old version and required dealer to fix. Additionally you did not stand behind your service you told me "sometimes things happen" lastly the O ring nor any oil leaks when I brought it to you. You failed to install the filter correctly. It's been almost a year since Peter fixed my LR3. I was getting a low voltage reading on my BANK 2 sensor and had already tried replacing the O2 sensor. Peter diagnosed the problem correctly and realized the ECU was not sending a ground signal to the sensor. A regular shop would say 'You need a new ECU'. A stand up mechanic like Peter would say 'You might need a new ECU, but let's try something first' He rewired the sensor to the contralateral port on the ECU and voila no CEL! He said this might be only a temporary fix but after 1 year and 15K miles still no CEL. Thanks Peter. I was this close to selling my LR3. I live in eastlake and will drive all the way to RB to have my car serviced here. read more
