Back in mid February 2026 we discovered roof leak under our solar panels. Future Energy installed these panels and the roof section underneath them. Since that time we have called Future Energy at least 5 times..We always get "Okie-Doked" by the personanswering the phone..."Oh we will have the roofer contact you...etc...Never a call..never a response.It has rained si ce and the damage keeps getting worse.If you are considering using these people for Solar..think twice..No service after the sale. This review is long overdue for our experience with Future Energy. We used them with the solar installation from our previous home and decided to use them with our new home. Briana, our salesperson eagerly sold us a system that was undersized and we have had extremely HIGH, up to $1000.00 true up bills. We explained to her that we have not lived in this home for a year, so we did not have accurate representations of our energy usage, now that we have a pool. She said she could estimate based on our day to day usage. We use the AC very conservatively, only use it when it is beastly hot. She sold us a 6KW system with a battery back up generator. She swore that with the battery, we would have a non-existent true up bill. After our first true up bill of over $1892.15!!! Our next bill was $1311.22 and our current true up is 1181.91--see pictures for proof. We had high true up bills with a battery backup--how can that be??? We contacted them because we had an issue with our battery and inquired upon the high true up bills. They referred us to Rob Heckendorn--the GM and he inspected our bills. He later said our system was undersized and he would happily install more panels... like kinda our fault but oh well. They send out another solar company without our consent to look at our battery issue. Now just to inspect our battery, the other company was asking for payment even though we did not contract them and our battery had a warranty. We decided to just go with another solar repair person and he stated the back up battery should not be outside in the direct sunshine, the heat will ruin the digital panel. My husband had to put a piece of cardboard to protect it. Please see pictures... I had reached out on their social media pages my experience and they have deleted my comments and blocked me on from saying our truth. We did say we would give an honest review on what crooks they are!! They have horrible customer service and will sell you all the great things that solar has to offer, but once you have an issue--they will outsource the job. I'll admit I had some preconceived notions about solar as a legit value proposition but the sales and engineering team at Future really helped to see it as a viable option. The missing piece of the equation was incorporating battery storage into a system. This allows for complete self sustaining power without pulling from the grid at peak hours and when there's a power outage. As a pool owner, I assumed there's no way panels could drive the pump, A/C, and appliances simultaneously. Turns out they can. I had previously installed pool solar on the roof and assumed that there wasn't enough space to get the number of panels to make it worthwhile. Turns out there is room and the engineering team did a great job piecing that together. I also didn't fully understand the tax credit and that it applies to the entire installation cost including the battery--which gets you 30% back if you itemize. The entire installation process went quickly from start to finish. Future takes care of all local permitting and paperwork with your city. The physical installation of panels/battery storage and electrical wiring for backup circuits only takes 1-2 days. After that you're at the mercy of PG&E to get scheduled for inspection which is needed to become an authorized seller of power back to the grid. Unfortunately, this process moves very slow. I basically gave a full month of power away to the grid and got zero credit from PG&E. Although my experience has been positive overall, there are some issues that should be mentioned. First, there's no transparency in pricing. They basically price by size of overall system. You won't find any itemizations for panels, inverter, batteries, etc. And there's no way of knowing the parts vs labor breakout. I found this very frustrating. Second is service. There are basically 2 techs on staff to service an entire region. Just getting on the schedule is a chore. Communication is poor and unresponsive at times and Reception has no visibility to the schedule. They pass the request on to the service dept and then you wait. If you're lucky they'll have a slot in 2 weeks. Prepare yourself for the realities of the new PG&E NEM3 solar pricing schedule (EELEC) plans which reimburse at a fraction of what they charge you from the grid. While Future has no control over this, they should fully study this new pricing structure and the impact on the expected pay back period. Despite producing more than I use, I haven't been able to achieve net zero cost on my electric bill. Future modeled my ROI based on an outdated NEM TOU pricing schedule that is no longer available to solar customers. Although I've been able to reduce my electricity costs approximately 50%, I was expecting more based on information provided in my consultation with Future. Overall, I'm very pleased with my installation and the service Future has provided. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone in the market for a renewable energy solution. read more

We knew we wanted Generac, and are we pleased as ever. The Sales Rep Briana at our request returned after the initial meeting so we could discuss the offer, no pressure sales. We decided to do the whole house once we rescheduled to proceed with the contract. A few weeks to get HOA approval and SMUD paperwork and we are now installed. Our installation Experts, Delvin, Connor & Kai were extremely professional and very knowledgeable and what a clean job. The walk through at the end of the Install was very important and Devin took his time in making sure we had all of our questions answered. We installed Solar with Future Solar. It was way easier than I thought. They took care of everything you would need to complete the installation. From the permits, city inspection, and submitting the plans with the HOA. They ask where I wanted to place the cable conduit on the house and in the garage to keep the esthetics of the house looking nice. During the installation I was taught about the whole solar system. Do not open your home to this company. They bang in the doors of homes with NO SOLICITING signs. The sales rep Nate knocked and yelled to me through the door so loudly that he woke me up from a nap. Instead of being apologetic in any way of when I notified him of my no soliciting sign he bragged that I was welcome to call his boss or the cops. This is not just the problem of a single employee.... There are SO MANY complaints on yelp and google and Facebook of this same exact problem happening to other people. Future Energy Savers did a fantastic job on the solar installation on my parent's previous home in Wilton. The owners Jeff and Jona were actually my basketball coaches in elementary school. I saw the family, at a friends funeral several months back. I have a pretty gnarly traumatic brain injury ( 6 month coma) because of my brain injury. I have a very unique gate ( walk). I also don't speak the clearest. Jona proceeded to laugh at me wall we were at a funeral for a woman who prayed for me tirelessly to wake up and recover from said coma. Overall good experience. Sales rep gave us lots of information and answered all of our questions. We did notice some of their documents not all the way up to date but can be understandable. I think they were from 2019. I loved how our solar was installed by the company and not some 3rd party. We did have a small issue with our AC after installation. Wasn't entirely the companies fault but I think after hooking up our solar, wires to our AC got lose in our panel. At first I had a little issues having someone come and check on it and they wanted to schedule us something 2 weeks out which was not acceptable specially in 90 degree weather. I finally talked to someone that understood and they came out before their first appointment, I think it was at like 7 in the morning or something, and came to look at it and fixed the lose wire issue. Other than that issue I thought the overall experience was good and i am so far happy with my battery storage and panels. Will update if anything changes read more

We scheduled a consultation with Future Energy Savers after one of their sales guys was walking through our neighborhood and came to our home. On the day of the consultation, a little over an hour before our appointment we missed a confirmation text/call to confirm the appointment as we were at our kids' sports practices, not paying attention to the phone. We contacted Trevor a half hour after our scheduled appointment when we saw the text and missed call. We were told they assumed we were a no-show and they made a business decision to not show up to our appointment after not being able to confirm our appointment with us. We decided to decline to reschedule the consultation and not work with Future Energy Savers moving forward. The subsequent text messages sent to us from Trevor after we declined to reschedule were badgering, immature, and completely unprofessional. It was very similar to a bad breakup and immature groveling to stay together. Trevor even went to the extent to unsend his text messages after we confronted him about his behavior. He even tried to again reschedule us after his rude behavior, maybe he didn't think we were reading his messages before he deleted them. If this is how their front-line salespeople treat potential customers I can only assume how difficult and rude they could be if we had an issue with their work. read more

I haven't had working solar since January. I have a warranty that that I paid for and yet every time I've called I've been given the runaround or told that that would be called back to schedule an appointment. Initially I was told there was no service department anymore and I was sent to an outside company who wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to just evaluate my solar and then they wouldn't use my warranty then my husband called and they said they were gonna call us back to schedule and it's been seven weeks, this is ridiculous. I told that service has a lot of orders right now. Why I would imagine since you didn't have a service support department. Are you gonna pay me back for all the electricity? I'm paying for every month but yet have a solar installation and warranty that was paid for that's basically useless. read more

My experience started with a meeting with James.  He went in depth about everything from the cost savings, to the system, to financing, as well as my rights as a solar consumer.  I felt like I was being educated versus sold.  The latter is how I felt during previous conversations regarding solar.   Once I made the decision to go forward, I completed the necessary paperwork and submitted the requested documents.  I was informed of each next step throughout the process.  Everyone I have spoken to at Future Energy has been friendly, professional and helpful.  The install was done very well.  I love the their team takes pride in their work.  Down to painting the conduit to match the color of your house.   The financing company (Mosaic) that they work is equally as informative.  If you take the time to read through the terms, you go over them 3 to 4 different times throughout the contract.  On top of that, a rep from Mosaic schedules a call with you to verbally go through all of the terms to make sure you have a clear understanding.   I've already started to see my PG&E bill drop by about $130 and that only included about a 2 week period after my install.  I can't wait to see my next statement. Who says that about their electric and gas bill?!?   What has been most impactful for me so far is having the battery that stores your excess solar power.  This is connected to a few primary circuits in my home which keeps all the essentials running during a power outage.  The main living areas, internet, kitchen, hall bathroom.  I was able to experience the benefit of this just one week after my system was installed.  We had a pretty large power outage through a large portion of the city.  My neighborhood was without power for approximately 2 hours.  However, I was not.  I was only without for about 2-3 minutes while the system recognized the outage and switched me over to my battery.  This is very important to me since I work from home.  I happened to be on a work call at the time the power went out.  All I had to do was pause momentarily and apologize for the brief technical delay, and on I went with my work.  Otherwise, I would have had to reschedule resulting in my work being delayed. Our Salesperson Briana was great at explaining everything about what a solar system would be like and what it can do for us. The new electrical panel and solar/battery installation went great. There was also an EV charger installed as well. The installers were all great, made sure everything was painted so nothing silver and it matched the house, cleaned up and everything. We are looking forward to seeing how much Electric we produce with our system this summer to see how well it preforms, but so far it all looks very promising. The system was installed in November, in between storms, and with all of them since then, not a lot of good days producing electricity. The only reason I marked it as a 4/5 instead of a 5/5 is there was many times, I would email various people at the company and/or call and leave a voicemail message and most of the time did not get a call back. The company needs to work on their communications as that is what is key for any company to stay in business. read more

Terrible customer service. I've been dealing with solar panels that haven't been working for probably over a year. The problem started 6 months ago when I noticed that there was no information regarding the solar panel production when I logged onto the app that was installed when I purchased the solar panels in 2019. I was informed by the installers that I needed to upgrade my modem to a 5G So they can find out if the solar panels are generating energy. I never received any notification from them regarding the need to upgrade, although they said they sent me an email in 2022. So, I scheduled an appt to have a new modem installed that would cost $400 and $300 to install. When the service techs came to install the new modem they told me that the inverter that communicates the solar information isn't working so they could not install the new modem. I was told that the inverter was under warranty and I will receive a new replacement from the manufacturer. That was 3 months ago. The new inverter was no longer manufactured so they had to find a new replacement. I finally received the new part and I've been waiting five days for someone to get back to me to schedule an appt. In the meantime, I have had no solar energy stored for probably over 6 months, therefore I'm paying full price for electricity and the monthly payment for the panels I had financed. My advice to anyone thinking of getting solar panels is to pay cash for them or don't get them at all. Also, make sure the company installing them communicates regularly to ensure that they are working. At least for the first couple years. That's good customer service. read more

My husband and I recently moved to Vacaville, California from the Bay Area. We were ready to have solar panels installed on our new home and met with the sales rep, who was able to answer all of our questions with ease. We purchased a roof mounted system with a battery. It did not take long for our system to be installed and the crew who arrived worked seamlessly together. A supervisor came out to chat with us and to touch bases with the crew to see that the installation was running smoothly. I was very impressed that they left our property in excellent condition when they left. They were very respectful of our space and asked us before they moved anything on the property. Once the installation was complete, everything looked so pristine and we didn't have to pick up after the crew. It took a while for our PG&E bill to reflect some good news, but during the last two or three months, we have actually had a CREDIT on our bill! I was approached by a sales guy in the neighborhood.Also selling the solar.He was very nice but he was very pushy. I have TWO no solicitors/sales signs but he managed to get me to open door and give his whole speech. I gave him my number and said let me look at website and investigate myself...I knew like I told him I WAS NOT INTERESTED but if I knew some1 I would pass on. That evening contacted website explained I had a no soliciting sign and was not interested and to remove me from list and phone calls. The day on the supposed appointment I'm sleeping and I get a call...keeps ringing...then 2nd call I don't recognize number I pick up and hang up...3rd time I finally answer to him. Like the other reviewer this angered me...how aggressive and rude. I CONTACTED COMPANY like I said I would if I was interested and I'm not so don't call me over and over...this is harassment and their laws for it...and you are risking your bbb rating and your business to disappear when you have aggressive and rude people doing sales and no they aren't hungry for work or showing gusto...it's horrible and uncomfortable and bullying behavior. read more

I only yelp when it matters and this one is a big one. I would love the owner to contact me about this. On Oct 2022, I called Future Energy Savers because the Enphase App that the previous owner of the home who PAID OFF the solar before the home was sold to me told me to download and transfer the ownership of the system over to my name. Which I did and I saw on the app that the installer of the solar was a company called Future Energy Savers. Since the solar was paid off I thought maybe I contact them and and ask them if I could get a QUOTE on how much adding solar would be to my roof. The gentlemen (Either Pat or Paul) on the phone said they would have to come out and check out my roof for panel space, check the system to see if it meets re-certification after then they can transfer the warranty of the system to me. I asked him if there was a charge for them to come out to do all this and how much all that would cost. He just said that they would have to check the system first to see if it's up and running, make sure meets re-certification and the warranty could be transferred. NO where in our conversation was mentioned that there would be a $495 charge for them to come out and do this. If I knew the amount money they were going to charge just to do all that, I would of said either said no or even had time to process that I had to pay something after the service QUOTE was done. On 11/11/2022 two reps came out and did a walk thru and checked the system. After they came down and told me how much the service that they just did was going to cost $495. I was like umm no one said anything to me about a charge. They said that this has happened multiple times, they get sent out to do a job and they would always get the brunt of customers rage after telling them its time to pay. I didn't blame them, I called Paul right away. He said he did mention the money but I think it might not even been him that scheduled me. It might have been Pat but still, the disclosure of a cost of almost $500 isn't going to go over anyones head. Yet alone mine. I had Paul work out a payment plan with finance for this. I also did ask Paul for a transfer of warranty, change of ownership documentation and re-certification which this company said he doesn't have. He would said he could "take a picture" of the service order I signed, that's it. Then what did I just pay for if I don't have documentation of any of it? No hard or soft copy of proof that the transferred warranty, change of ownership, re-certification is under my name? I asked Paul if they had copies of the installation and warranties in their database from the previous owners of my home. He said they didn't keep records for more than 5yrs. The solar panels i have on my home were installed in 2014. That's all the information they had I saw many complaints on the BBB website about this company, an exact situation of mine aside from the not disclosing the fee to do so. I also read they charge for doing a repair even if your system is under warranty at a cost of almost $400 when a mirco-inverter goes out . How's that possible? I want my Transfer of Warranty, Change of Ownership and Recertification Documents. How will I have proof of any of it if I don't have a copy for myself? Did I just pay $500 bucks for a blind trust on things will get taken care of from here on out for the next 17yrs? Apparently my panels and microinverters have about that much time left on warranty. Yet i have no documentation for any of it. You can't expect us to get those warranties from the previous owners. This all started from a knock on the door from a door-to-door professional letting us know all about what Future had to offer and what the "future" might look for us with PG&E. Usually this sort of presentation doesn't get much attention from me, but my wife convinced me to at least give them a try. It didn't take much convincing though as we are fairly progressive when it comes to the environment and the well being of the rest of humanity over time. So a later appointment was set up and Briana Burnette came to our house on the hottest day of the year with a mask on (a clear sign she and her company care about their clients). Briana was very clear in helping us understand the ins and outs of "going solar" but didn't push us to make a decision that moment, i.e. "If you act now...". We mulled it over, worked the numbers and sought other quotes, but Future's offering was clearly the more substantive solution as they perform all of the work in-house, which includes the installation and fine tuning, not to mention pursuing additional rebates for us over and above the federal incentives. Well, we were impressed enough with Future Energy Savers to take a chance with them. Boy were we surprised when the time came for installation. The Future crew came in and did everything, which included a battery backup system, all in ONE DAY! The work is phenomenal and attractive and we couldn't be happier with all of the folks we worked with beginning with the person at the door, to Briana, to the installers, and then all of the questions we had after the installation was completed. I live in El Dorado Hills and although I have a No Soliciting sign right next to my doorbell, one of Future Energy Savers salespeople rang my bell to try and sell me on their solar. I politely told her that we are not interested at this time but she could leave a card on the ledge if she liked. The salesperson continued to try and talk to me about solar and I stated AGAIN that we are not interested at this time and she could leave a card outside if she liked. I DO NOT appreciate that this representative of Future Energy Savers came to my door, ignored the no soliciting sign AND was on my doorstep without a mask on. A Future Energy Savers sales rep made an appointment to discuss installing a solar electric system with battery backup to our existing home. James, the sales rep arrived as promised and provided a complete description of the Generac solar electric system they were using. We decided to go ahead and contract Future Energy Savers to install the solar electric system. From sign up date to installation was approximately 2 weeks. Installation was estimated to take 1 to 2 days but in fact took 2.5 days mostly due to the difficult electrical installation requirements at this home. Work was started early Thursday and completed my mid-day Saturday. I was pleasantly surprised that they would finish the installation on a non-work day being Saturday. The solar panel installation although completed during the second day did need to be redone at a later date as the individual solar panels were not quite symmetrical. Cleanup work done inside the home closet where one sub panel was located could have been better. There were some errors in the electrical interface and construction which was identified by the county building inspector during the initial write off inspection requiring correction and re-inspection. I would suggest that Future Energy Savers send out there own company inspector to insure all construction work was completed to code prior to scheduling the county inspection. This would save time and be more efficient. Rob, the Future Energy Savers supervising foreman visited the home during the visit by the installation crew to correct the original construction issues. At that time it was discovered that sometime after the original installation that one of the solar panels was hit by something (maybe a rock) which cracked the glass causing the panel to fail. Solar panel damage of this type is not covered by the warranty. Rob agreed to replace the damaged solar panel at a reduced cost to the customer, and I greatly appreciate them working with me the customer to resolve this broken panel. Rob, also identified that the original solar panel installation was not done up to their construction standards and had the crew remove and reinstall the solar panels correctly. Overall I was pleased with Future Energy Savers as they installed the solar electric system in a timely manner and worked to make me the customer satisfied. I would recommend Future Energy Savers to others. I also contacted Generac, the solar system manufacture with one problem I experienced and additional system questions. They were very helpful and talked me through resolving the problem I had over the phone. I would recommend the Generac solar electric system as well. read more

Solar was always on my mind and I always had intentions on going out and exploring what was out there, but time would go by and like almost everyone I was a little too busy and solar never really took precedence. One day in April a solicitor arrived at my door and initially I was going to turn him away, but since they were selling solar I decided to take a listen. I don't remember his name, but he went into detail about what we could potentially save and what equipment they would be using and how it would be installed compared to how some other companies sub their work out (Future Energy Savers do all of the work). This was a great selling point as if I had an issue that was covered under warranty I wouldn't have to reach out to a third-party. Anyway, we decided to move forward and we got our quote which we accepted. A little time went by and I figured that they would get ahold of me when things would start to move and we would get things scheduled. I did receive a call about a month later asking if I would like a quote from the visit that was made. I was a little confused so I let her know that I already received a quote and was already approved for a loan. This sparked confusion across the board and this is when they started to get the ball rolling and a Project Manager got ahold of me. The Project Manager let me know that they would get ahold of me when they can schedule me in and I was okay with that. A few weeks went by and I decided to call the phone number that was posted on the website and I did try to cancel because I felt like I was forgotten about again. Dispatch explained that their vans had been broken into at their business and they were trying to get everything back up and running to how things were before the theft. She ultimately got another person in touch with me and he explained that they would have someone out in early July. I told him that sounds good and I understand about the theft, but would have liked to have been informed that there was a delay to unforeseen circumstances. The first week of July comes and goes and I give the representative a call and he tells me that another person should get ahold of me soon. Eventually he does and he schedules me for the following week which is looking like late July and now we have the ball rolling. The day before he calls and says that they have to reschedule to the end of the week and I say I understand. I work in service and sometimes I have to reschedule. The day before the next scheduled date I get another call and he lets me know that he is sorry, but we have to reschedule. I say okay, but now I'm getting a little unnerved due to the whole process going back to when the solicitor came to my door. Finally at the end of the week he calls me again and I let him know that I would like to cancel everything. I told him I don't feel comfortable moving forward with a company that has forgotten about a customer twice and now has rescheduled an install multiple times. He said he would start the process and apologized. Fast forward about a month. I get a call from Energy Saver's VP of Finance and she asked me why I decided to cancel everything. I described everything and she explained how they have had an issue with a certain individual and they believe they have remedied it moving forward. She sincerely apologized and showed amazing customer service. I once again decided to move forward and after that everything was seamless. The technicians did an outstanding job. They were very reliable and knew what they were doing. After it was commissioned I was extremely happy and glad that I moved forward. The Solar/Battery combination is great to stay off the grid during Peak hours and some days I would only be taking 6-7 kW and giving back up to 25 kW. I'm extremely appreciative of the perseverance and initiative of the team to reach back out because I really did want to get solar. My energy bill from last year to this year showed a dramatic drop due to the install. Solar/Battery combo is the way to go! read more

My husband and I had a very friendly Future Energy Savers employee talk to us while she was doing door to doors. She was so knowledgeable and personable. We had quiet a few questions as we had looked into solar last year and not liked what we had seen. After talking with their rep we decided to set up an at home appointment. The rep who came for the appointment came on time again was so knowledgeable and personable. She spent time to thoroughly go over everything and make sure we understood everything we were getting. After signing paperwork the inspections, instillation, and use went so quickly I could believe how fast it all went. WOW,JUST WOW.AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. We had one of the door to door sales in my neighborhood here in Brentwood,decided to make an appointment with a gentleman called Eitan.Eitan showed up on time.Now here begins the story....After talking and understanding of what we needed he was going to sell us a smaller system of 5 KW for $32695.00....he told us the rate for the loan was 8% and that the rate could not be beat even though i assured him it could be.Now he said if we went with them on an Ambassador program threw there company that the owner would give me back 2% on the loan,and thats where i caught him and knew we where being taken big time.Our monthly loan payment was the same amount of our PGE BILL.Anyway he was at our house for 3 HOURS......wanting us to sign right away or the ambassdor program was gone blah blah blah.I finally told him time was up and that we never sign on anything with doing our research and getting other quotes.On a final note thats when i shopped around and learnt so much more from local companies here in Brentwood.....i even showed them the quote they were SHOCKED.We finally went with WEST COST SOLAR,BRENTWOOD.DARREN CHAMBERLAIN.Way way cheaper for a bigger system.We saved $10,000 by going to West Coast Solar. read more

Future Energy Savers did a great job during our initial solar assessment describing the benefits of adding solar to our home as well as the installation process of our new solar system. Once we decided to go ahead with adding solar to the house the installation process moved along quickly. A Technician came out to run an analysis of our roof angle in order to properly size our 5Kwh system. Within a week our installation date was scheduled and the installation was completed in a half day. After the installation I was told that the next step would be for the city inspector to come out and inspect the installation to get the final approval before we can start our net metering with the utility company. Several weeks passed and I did not hear from Future Energy Savers concerning this next step. After calling and leaving several messages the appointment with the city inspector was made a month after the installation was complete. Upon inspection of our breaker box the city inspector quickly failed our installation due to an improperly sized breaker. Apparently a note was made in our file the day of installation that the part needed to be replaced but no one followed up. After the failed inspection the part was quickly replaced and the system passed inspection several days later and our utilities started us on net metering soon after. We have been living with solar now for about 3 months and I can see it helping with our monthly utility charges. We haven't had any issues with the system to date and I'm eager to watch our bill in the coming months to see how the lower sun angles will affect our production values and our true up statements. Going solar was something my husband and I have been considering for a few years now. We both decided that not knowing what our electric bill was going to be the following month was kind of stressful. I am ill and like to keep the temperature in our home comfortable. Our home is a 2 story and those of you know heat rises and can be hard to cool off the upper part of our home. Usually our electric bills in the summer would run between $250-$380.00 a month. The process wasn't a hassle at all and we had our solar up in running in less than a month. I just received my first bill as of know I am happy. Our electric bill has gone from $280.00 to $55.57. Now I know I am still paying in electric, but to be fair I had our air conditioner running at 74 degrees for hours at a time. I am confident that as the months start to get cooler it will go down to almost nothing. So far I am pleased with how fast the services was, how nice the people I interacted with presented themselves and mostly that my summer electric bill won't be $380.00. read more

I decided to go ahead with the installation . Dale was available for my questions . Margie helped me with finances . The team that came to inspect my roof and then to do installation was professional and answered all my questions . With use of the SolarEdge app to watch my energy production , I have been very pleased with all steps of this process . SMUD came out for inspection soon after.
