What a pleasant discovery! I saw the high reviews but still just couldn't fathom how the food in such an understated establishment could be so good. It was right across the street from my AirBnB so it was worth a shot. The ambiance was refined, yet romantic and cozy. Very spacious, and our server was so friendly and attentive. We ordered drinks, Seared Sea Scallops, Wings; and then the Truffle Mushroom Burger and the Philly Cheesesteak as our entrees. The drinks were lovely, well poured and tasty. The wings were solid, had good flavor. But the seared scallops? They were amazing! They're served with a bacon jam which is so shockingly perfect as a complement. The burger was the perfect size and nice and tasty. And the Philly was surprisingly filling and delicious. Reservations definitely needed to eat here on a Friday night. They lost our reservation but a kind couple let us sit with them and we madefriends lol. The entertainment was amazing, Duffy Bishop was amazing along with the band Chris, Chris & Rusty was the best time I've had in years! The service was OK they had only 2 servers and 2 bartenders for over 100 people in the place. I was shocked the server Deidra kept everything organized she did a great job considering how busy and how many tables she was taking care of. Or food took over an hour but when we did get it. We had a great meal and a great time!! Dan greeted us when we arrived and we found our table (reservations suggested on Live music nights) Melissa our server was EXCELLENT on point with everything!! Michelle at the bar made excellent drinks! Kudos on the Peach martini and i loved my lavender tom collins! We truly cant say enough about how good our food was!! From Fried pickles, to French Onion Soup (da !) to smashed burgers to Ruebens EVERYTHING was excellent!! My husband and I tried Fuzion 904 Eatery in Cresent Beach for a date night. What a fantastic place it is! We decided to sit at the bar to watch the live band, Zaza Flamenca & Jonathan Dotson. They were amazing to listen to and watch. We have never heard anyone like them! The atmosphere at 904 was perfect, the live music was a great touch and was not too loud. We were still able to have a conversation and enjoy the music. They have an array of different musicians on their schedule, that we cannot wait to see! The staff at the bar were fantastic! Michelle, the bartender, started us off with some drinks- I tried the spicy blackberry margarita, delicious! She also made a refreshing Empress Gin Lavender mixed drink that was so different, I really enjoyed it! My husband had a crown blackberry mixed drink, which is so hard to find anywhere. It was great! He also tried the 904 Blues, which was his favorite! We decided to sample a little bit of everything on the menu and were blown away! Our favorites of the night were their seared fresh sea scallops in a balsamic bacon jam, it was out of this world! All the flavors mixed together were heavenly! The jumbo lump crab cake did not disappoint, it was so fresh and all crab meat! The drizzle of Dijon & creole sauce took it to a different level. The chicken spring rolls, were hot & crispy and again had a different twist to it with a datil pepper ranch dipping sauce that just made it unique. Since we were sitting at the bar, I overheard a waitress asking for a fresh beer so the chef can make fish & chips, can't wait to try that next time! The chef Casey, really has some great talent! The service was spot on and the place is very clean. The owner, Anna came to check on us and make sure we enjoyed our food. It was a nice added touch! We left satisfied & full, can't wait to return! Took the family here for dinner and mostly enjoyed the food. Located in the middle of a strip mall close to Crescent Beach. You enter in the bar area and can be seated there or in the small dining room next to it. We had a reservation and were put off by the greeting as they did not know where to seat us. We ended up choosing a table and then the hostess went to check if it was reserved, leaving us standing there in the middle of the dining room. I don't understand why they didn't check this when we arrived and told them we made reservations, at which time I would have expected a table to be assigned. Our server was very nice. Once seated, we looked over the interesting menu and asked about the specials. We ordered the shrimp cocktail and the baked brie, both of which were excellent. And then we went into limbo for a very long time. Our server promised to check on our food but we did not get anything helpful back until finally it was served. By then I admit I was a little hangry, but my chicken scarpariello put me in a much better mood. It was excellently prepared, tender, and flavorful. The brisket mac and cheese was disappointing. It was not labeled brisket WITH mac and cheese and we expected it to be chopped up and mixed in (ala lobster mac and cheese), not served sliced separately. The brisket was very fatty. Mac and cheese was just so-so. Lobster ravioli and seared salmon were both delicious. Overall we will return to have another go at it and try something different than the brisket and mac and cheese. They did mention they were finalizing their new menu so these may have just been a few learning curves toward a perfect experience. Pros: Plenty of parking, daily specials, both a "bar" menu and a fine dining menu available for different palates and price points. Seconds from the beach. Cons: Long wait time for food, some minor confusion seating us, mislabeled brisket mac and cheese that was too fatty. read more

This is a hidden gem at the beach. It is reasonably priced and the service is always great. I enjoy their salmon. I like their house red wine and love when they offer live music. The staff are extremely friendly. It's also a great stop in for a night cap on the way home. read more

This is a gem of a find. We were in Crescent Beach for the holidays and ate there twice for dinner. Both times the food was excellent. we had a party of 8. The salmon,!crab cakes, French Onion soup were delicious. The waitresses were very attentive. Highly recommend this restaurant! read more

What a gem. We came in last night as a party of four for our very first time. We started with wonderful happy hour 6 dollar Martinis. We all ordered different items and every item hit the mark. I had their French Onion Soup and a Reuben Sandwich. My wife had the Meatball Sandwich. My buddy had a Chicken dish that had Italian Sausage w/ sweet and hot Cherry Peppers,he shared a bite with me. I have been to fusion 904 several times. The filet, risotto, and wedge were very good. Last night I had the prime rib special. The prime rib cut was mouthwatering and a generous portion. A jazz bar and restaurant in St. Augustine Beach!!! We could not be happier that F904 has opened and is providing great entertainment, drinks, and food. We had lunch there this afternoon and there were only two tables in the place, our table and an 8 top of women. The service was very nice. The food on the other hand not so much. I ordered a medium burger which was served well done, dry, and burnt on one side. The French fries were nice and crisp but had old oil flavor. We ate lunch on the bar area. They have the same French onion soup as 386, and it is fabulous. We had a pastrami sandwich and a Reuben. Both were wonderful. Carolina provided outstanding service.
