Excellent taco spot! Very close to a 5 star! First off, expect to wait a little during peak hours because the line is out the door. Let's start with the tacos. Me and my wife ordered 4 tacos; hard shell fajitas chicken, two shredded chicken on corn tortllas, and hard shell grilled fish. They all come topped with tomatoes, garlic sauce, cilantro, lettuce, and feta. These tacos were well worth the wait! Only minor note was that I recommend the fajita chicken over the shredded chicken because the shredded was a little dry. We also ordered the fajita chicken nachos, which is an entree itself. The queso was really good and the toppings (queso,shredded cheese, feta, cilantro, and pico w/ a side of jalapeños and sour cream) was very generous and spread evenly as to get a nice bit of everything with every bite. Finally the Margaritas. I ordered the top shelf on the rocks and it was a little sweet for my liking but still decent. My wife really enjoyed the frozen Margarita and sangria twist. Again. This place was a packed house but worth the wait. Will definitely be going back and trying their other locations. I marked it down a hair BC of the seating issue. I usually poke endless fun at "white people taco places." (You know, Tex-Mex joints that specialize in selling brown people food to blue-eyed snow bunnies from Nichols Hills and Edmond.) It's true -- I really do generally loathe such places and make repeated jokes about them. If you want an authentic taco truck experience, find some raggedy-ass food truck that's parked in a gas station's parking lot somewhere in southeast Oklahoma City. Expect to eat on the curb, else in your car, else in your living room once you've gotten your to-go package. Seldom if ever will you even find a dirty little picnic bench on site.) Sometimes you don't want that grimy authenticity, though -- you just DON'T. Sometimes you just want to sit down in a clean, well lighted space and have a nice meal and (if you're the drinking type) maybe a beer or a cocktail. Fuzzy's, like its competitor (Big Truck Tacos) is just such a place. I for one refuse to go to the Bricktown location, as I'd rather chew my own foot off than be subjected to the traffic-laden hellhole that is Bricktown. But the Pawnee and Edmond locations alike? They're both great places to take the Buffiy, Muffy, and Skip types who might otherwise be clutching their pearls were you to take them to your favorite dive truck on SE 29th Street. Fuzzy's? We have driven by Fuzzy's a few times since they opened and the lines have always been out the door. Last weekend after the OSU game we headed over and were able to get in the door. The line moved quickly and we placed our orders, though they couldn't figure out how to give me a dinner with just meat and no tortilla shells...I hate wasting food when I know I'm not going to eat it! The rice and black beans were good and the brisket and pork were excellent! While you place your order at the counter then pick up the food when your pager goes off, the staff is really helpful and will pick it up for you if they are free and see you are holding down the table as others get their drinks. Only problem I had was not with the food or the place itself, it was with one of the workers who was cleaning the tables off between diners. Note to this worker...when wiping down the table, do not wipe rice, chip crumbs, etc on the floor. It was obvious you didn't want your hand to touch any other area than the top of the rag you had in your hands...either wipe it off into a napkin, tray, or dish or find a new job! It's disgusting to walk up to a table and step in food that was left behind. Other restaurants clean the floors after diners as well...what was your excuse? read more

Not as big as the downtown OKC location, but service and food quality is just as great! I love this location because it is close to where I live and I can visit often. I always get my regular: frozen margarita, chips, salsa & queso, and two grilled fish tacos. I have been to Fuzzy's in Kansas City a few times and I really like the one here in Edmond the best. My family and I were pleasantly surprised that they open on Sunday before 11:00 am. Since we go to early church service, this is a bonus. I ordered the enchilada dinner and it was good. I would rate it a 3 out if 5. Luckily, I was mistaken. Very mistaken. Fuzzy's isn't just another taco joint, and it's certainly no run-of-the-mill Tex-mex either. I love Fuzzy's. I kind of love everything about it, really. You can get yummy, fresh food. You can get health to really not healthy, depending on what you're feeling. You can get big portions or tacos a la carte. You can wash it all down with giant, alcoholic drinks if you want, too. It's not too stuffy there, so you can wear your workout gear or bring your kids, which is rad. The only ding I have is the service is sometimes OK and sometimes kind of awful/rude. At least that's the experience we've had at the Edmond location. Overall, we will be back to have the tacos and drink the margaritas. read more

Love love love Fuzzy's but yesterday we were a little disappointed. I'd brought a friend with me, completely talking up their "app" and reward system. The menu, for someone new, can be a little complicated. -soft or hard shell -3 different kinds of beans -fried or grilled fish -feta cheese? -what kind of rice? It was the tail end of the dinner rush and the manager on duty appeared to be a little over her indecision and it showed. She wound up ordering a drink she didn't really want because she felt apprehensive asking anymore questions. Come on guys, I know food service sucks but this is your livelihood. Yummy yummy yummy is all I can say after leaving this place, seating choices plenty to choose from!! Once you walk in you place your order plenty of options to choose from I'd recommend the chicken quesadilla deliciousness with a side of sour cream. The drinks are self serve which is amazing, customer service was great everyone was super friendly and quick to fix any issues that I had. The do offer alcohol as well i hear there frozen margaritas are good . Not to sure if they offer any happy hour specials but it's not to pricy . Fuzzy's is solid. Reliable. Not the best tacos in the world, they definitely have their pitfalls, but they're pretty consistently yummy. It's fast, easy, and pretty cheap. Recently when I went here I got the shredded chicken and spicy pork taco plate. I feel like I should have taken a picture, because I've never seen this much lettuce piled onto a single taco. There was more lettuce than there was meat on the chicken one, but the pork was fairly equal. I had to remove some of the lettuce and set it aside. The chicken is just okay. Not great, not terrible. I like the "spicy" pork much more, although in my opinion there's nothing spicy about it at all. Same goes for the "butt burning" sauce, both the regular and habenero. It's good, very vinegared but good, just not at all hot. At least to me. I'll be the first to admit I have a pretty damn high heat tolerance, but this didn't taste even as hot as tabasco. I'd love to see some more spice in their food. One thing that kind of bothered me was the tortillas for the tacos. There's nothing wrong with them excepting that they use only one for this very wet, juicy taco. Usually these street style tacos double up the tortillas so it doesn't break apart and get soggy (like these do.). With the all the garlic sauce, hot sauce, and juice they really need to be using 2 tortillas per taco. Chips and cheese are pretty good, although the cheese is on the thin side. The salsa is nice and thick with an interesting flavor I can't put my finger on. The chips themselves are excellent, dusted in what seemed to be chili powder. Beans and rice are a-ok, nothing really to write home about but I cleaned my plate. All in all Fuzzy's is, like I said, solid. It's a fun little place for a quick bite, although I wouldn't recommend taking a date here, as it can be pretty loud. read more

I grew up with a lot of Mexicans and it's has going to the 29th St. 44th Mexican town for a long time eating at Mexican shops. It's pretty good. I wouldn't say no if someone wanted to go here, but it's not a place I'd go on my own accord. Fuzzy's just happens to suffer from being in a tragic area. The parking lot is always ridiculously full. I'm not even trying to park right in front of the place or anything. I drove through that entire lot one time around and settled for a spot at Panera, which happened to be right where their tiny (and unjustified) drive-thru curves around to and through. So gods help you if you park there and come back to a long drive-thru line. Anyway~ Actually getting inside of the place was easy, but holy butts was it packed. How do these employees keep their sanity? I had never been there before, so for about a minute I put myself in the line that was waiting to order, and that line was crazytown amounts of long. Luckily, my elf eyes spotted the carry out area, so I glided over there and paid for my (and my co-worker's) food, got our drinks, and escaped with a swiftness. So yeah, my advice to any people not planning on eating there: call ahead. Hell, even if you do plan on eating there, call ahead. Cheese enchiladas (3/5): I mean, they were fine. The cheese inside of the enchiladas was pretty good, but nothing all that great. The tortillas were soft enough to easily cut through with my fancy plastic fork, and it managed to avoid being soggy which sometimes happens at fast-food Tex-Mex. For the price of the meal, it's pretty iffy. It comes with two sides, which are okay as far as portions go. It's a meal that will probably get you through lunch or dinner. For the price, though, it's a bit perturbing that there isn't enough for left-overs. Yeah, I'm that person. Cilantro-lime rice (3/5): If you're noticing the pattern, everything here is A-OK. Just a happy and inoffensive middle ground of edible food. The rice was neither here nor there. Not much flavor as one might think "cilantro-lime" should have. Yes. Double yes. Triple yes. I'm SO glad this has come to Edmond, we've needed a place like this. My husband and I went with a few friends, and I had actually never eaten the food before (just drinks at the Brockton location). I will say we got lucky, because we pretty much walked right up to order, and then we turn around and there was a long line after us. Now, before you go, please note that it is a walk up, order, and then they bring you your food. A faster style restaurant, rather than a sit down place. We both got beers, and I had the chicken nachos.. and my tastebuds were so happy. The queso and guac were great and the portion of it was huge ( I shared my nachos because they were so large). I feel like it's all priced pretty reasonable as well. Everything was so quick, and well done. My husband got the chicken burrito which was really good while our friends got the tacos and were really happy with them.
