The food has been really good and the drinks are fab. Please hire some more staff. We have been twice and the people taking the orders are forced to make the drinks as well which makes for long line waits especially during the rush. You should have at least two making drinks and two to three taking orders. There were several times when no one was taking orders while they made drinks. The manager should be visibly hustling as well. Did not even see him/her. Not cool. The food is worth another try but people figure out bad service pretty quickly. read more

We have been to Fuzzy's multiple times, and generally enjoy the drinks and atmosphere. This time the restaurant want way understaffed, it took forever to get a drink. We ordered brisket nachos, that were terrible, hardly any meat, the queso was cold and runny. Too bad, not a great experience. read more

Went to Fuzzy's this weekend to have a beer with a friend. We frequent this restaurant. We each ordered a beer. While enjoying our visit, there was a dog that kept barking.. it was at the other end of the Bar. The server that served us our beer wanted to see the dog. They put the dog on the bar and he along with other servers were petting and loving the dog on the bar as the dog was licking him ( and the others). After they put the dog back on the floor the server grabbed a beer cup, poured a beer and then used his unwashed hand to squeeze a lime into the beers. The Fuzzy's in Parker can be described as one word.......amazing! They have awesome service and a great patio and restaurant bar. Lots of tv's with various sports at all times. This is my first time here. I take a seat at a very clean, inviting bar and I'm immediately greeted with 2 smiles from the bartenders. Kate and Abby engaged us with awesome conversation and quick response for ordering. A new taco shop in Parker . Went in for first time and it was hopping . Considering it was only open a week it was running surprisingly smooth . I tried the shrimp and fish taco but the best was the California heat which has a real kick and was excellent flavor I will be back to try some more items for sure read more

Was nothing special. I got a chicken quesadilla that was dripping water. My boyfriend's meal was pretty bland. There are so many better Mexican places to eat at nearby that are tastier, if you are wanting a bar to sit at I'm sure this is fine but the food is nothing I would go back for. read more

Food is okay but I love the energy of the restaurant. I've been coming to fuzzys for a while now and the bartender Sara has always greeted me kindly and provides the best customer service I've seen here. She's always on her feet but I've noticed her coworkers don't help out much. I always give her great tips because of that. Of the few local Fuzzys locations in the area this one is by far the best. The service, food, and atmosphere set it far above the rest. I find myself there 2-3 times a week. A great, innovative addition to Parker...nothing else like it in town. The grilled Mahi tacos are my favorite of the tacos...they're a bit small for the price but darn good. The chicken quesadillas are big and a good value. I like that dogs are welcome on the outside patio. Biggest complaint is how slow the line moves to order...they need to figure out how to make it move quicker. read more

Tried fuzzy's taco shop in Parker today, with the kids and wife. Hands down WORST TACOS I have ever had my mahi taco was burnt to a crisp as well as my steak. It's pretty hard to make crappy tacos I would choose Taco Bell over this fuzzys location. read more

As a bar this place is ok-as a restaurant it is lacking. Not a great experience. You stand in line to order and then need to shout out your order to clerk to be heard. The place is LOUD which some may call festive and fun but to me is annoying! Once you place your order you hope to find a table to actually eat at. The food was average at best, not real hot, kinda dry and bland. Chips and queso were good. Take away the alcohol and the place would be nearly empty! Will not be back as there are several other choices in Parker where I can get good Mexican food and booze but have a better overall experience. I wasn't able to try any food or drinks. I walked in and a guy said are you here for pick up and I said no. I waited in a line and a young man called me over. I told him I have never been here before, so I asked do I order here? What if I want to sit down and eat. He said I can pick a table and someone will come to me. I sat at a table in the corner of the bar. and in 10 min went by and no one said hi or address Ed me that someone would help me. Therefore I moved to the bar. A waitress smiled at me and walked away. Food is good but service is very slow. They three order points but only one is being operated with no display of ordered items. The second order point was being split between ordering and preparing drinks. The third order point was not being used on a very busy time of the early evening. Probably the best service was at the bar area. The workers at the order points were slow at taking orders. The positive is that Parker now has an alternative to Taco Bell and Del Taco. This is my first Yelp post ever. The Manager of this place should be ashamed of his shop and employees. The line was 40 people deep to order, only two registers open and those two employees were making drinks at the bar as well. The efficiency should be better this is not a start up shop it's a chain with an established way to run already nothing new. The employees acted like they could care less including the Manager and they were wheeling trash cans full of garbage in between customers in line and asking them to move out of their way. As I seat here still waiting in my food there aren't a y employees at the registers and 50 people in line. Fuzz ya is always amazing. But also always packed. If you show up and there is a line out the door. Get in it. The tacos are the best in town. Full of flavor. Beers are actually affordable too. Not to mention ice cold. The line to get in will be long but once you order it is quick and well worth it. Very happy to have one in Parker now. read more

Finally decided to try tonight for first time . Had to do takeout as place was crazy busy at 7:30pm. Got home and half our order was missing , no chips , no beans and the loneliest looking enchiladas I've ever seen . Food isn't bad however none of the cooks (and there were at least 4-5 of them in the kitchen) had masks on they are the ones handling the food so they should wear them when everyone else has to. I thought this was a requirement from Polis. Places like this with poor management are what lead to and cause the spread of Covid . This is the worst excuse for Mexican food ever!!! The tacos suck & the cheese enchilada is a small amt of cheese wrapped in a tortilla , no sauce & zero taste. It is noisy & awkward to order.
