I have been multiple times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I've only had great experiences. The shredded chicken nachos are a great portion and always tasty. I've also had the baja tacos and enjoyed them as well. For breakfast you can't beat the breakfast taco plates. They used to have a huge breakfast sandwich that was amazing, but it's since been discontinued sadly. For a while you could still order it so not sure if they still let you do that. The frozen mixed drinks are also great in the bar area and the drink specials aren't too bad during the week. Overall, it's a casual taco shop that's really more like a taco truck experience than anything. You order at the counter firsr thing, then pick up your food when it's ready at the back area. I do a lot of catering for my work and have used them several times with excellent food and service. I recently dropped the ball and made a mistake ordering and the order didn't get placed. I contacted Fuzzy's through email at 6am and they had my catering, in Fayetteville, there early for an 11am lunch for 30 people. Exceptional customer service. This place is mediocre. I was expecting a salsa bar or some kind of fresh salsa which they did not have. They have two sauces on the table that were pre-bottled that were OK. The ground beef tacos had gristle. The part that really bummed me out about the food was my corn tortillas with my tacos weren't even warm. Like they grabbed the tortilla straight out of the package and made my taco.... it's very simple to make a taco, it's not science!!! I have to say though Arkansas really lacks authentic Mexican food. Shut down the wrong store. Fayetteville was better. Went to Roger's last night and the potatoes were under cooked and un-seasoned. the pork enchilada used the same gravy/sauce as the beef does. In Fayetteville you got a different and better gravy or sauce with the pork. The sopapillas didn't come with honey, instead they give you cake icing to drip...sucked! read more

This location only visited ones - horrible service- cold food , it was very slow so I questioned why my order - just a couple of tacos were taking so long, and I got a look from one of the cooks that was like, "or your in a hurry I will show you" - my to go order was magically ready in two minutes- it as if they just threw some stuff - cold it was disgusting I ended up throwing it away - oh well , I am just a customer. Absolutely disappointed in our latest experience at Fuzzy's. We got finished ordering our meals and asked for water. We were told they were out of water cups and the only option was to buy $3 fountain drinks. This was $9 more than we had planned for the meal, but were told twice this was only solution for them running out of water cups. Two shredded chicken salads tasted like straight up fish. Every single bite. We could not finish our meals. We asked to verify if it was chicken and the waitress and cook said it was 100% chicken and no way it could taste like fish. It was gross. Waitress asked us for what we wanted her to do. This made us uncomfortable. The customer shouldn't tell the staff what the solution to the problem. They should offer some resolutions. We were given money back on one of the two salads. Instead of returning the money to the card paid with we were handed CASH for the price of one of the salads. This does not come off as professional or good practice for a business. Also unfortunate that it was a business lunch so now my business has to report that entire bill on our books, but receive partial cash refund back. Doesn't feel right to me. read more

Solid economical family and happy hour choice. Newer area near Wal Mart AMP and growing Rogers area just west of I49. Order at counter with emphasis on tacos and hand carry Mexican. Went to Fuzzys a lot in TX and rarely disappoints on basics. White queso and spices chips a solid starter to share. Fried fish tacos are the best choice of all protein tacos with ground beef next. Fajita meatsbare not seasoned enough to stand out. What makes this place even better is full bar in center. Decent if a little too sweet margaritas but solid mixed drinks and cold beer. Family friendly with lots of room and TVs every where. Good patio. In the rotation now for casual food that does what they say (tacos) right and cheap. read more

Update: So disappointed on my last visit here. It was a Sunday and it seemed like there was no one in charge, and not one employee cared about anything. From ordering to pickup, the staff lacked any concern for their patrons. Complete breakdown from beginning to end. When I went to pick up I our chips, they didn't have much of the chili powder we enjoy. When I asked for a bit more, like there usually is, the young man who added it stared at me like I was asking for the world. While waiting for our food, I observed the kitchen staff, and with a fairly busy dining area, they were moving at a snails pace, at best. After waiting quite awhile, our order finally came out. My burrito was cold. Seriously, cold to the middle. The sauce on top wasn't even hot. I ended up just taking most of it home to warm up later. My friend's salad was half the size it usually is, and had a lot of less than fresh lettuce throughout. Brown and wilted. Ick! The kitchen staff needs a talking to or just simply be replaced if they don't want to be there doing their job. Honestly, just take some pride in your work. While eating I noticed that it wasn't just us having issues. It seemed everyone around us had something wrong with their order, that they too had waited a long time to get. The place was dirty and no one was taking any time to clean it up. Every hot sauce bottle looked like they had never been wiped down. Maybe time to retrain the rest of the staff too. It's an interesting place to visit. It has the feel of a local BBQ shop in terms of decor, as well as similarities to Chuys. The food is pretty good, and an interesting change of ordering up front and then going to the back to get a tray once it is ready. I thoroughly enjoyed the variety on the menu and the flavors that they have. Overall this is a good place to try out if you're into Tex-Mex and looking for something different. First of all food is amazing!!! Love the fried shrimp tacos, the garlic sauce so full of flavor, and I love that it has feta and cheddar cheese. So because I loved the shrimp tacos so much I ordered more. When I got back my table the shrimp did not looks as fried as the first order. So I took it but up where you pick up your food, I noticed Drew, the manager followed me back. He wanted to make sure everything was okay, and even though I didn't think the batter looked that thick he had the kitchen make fresh ones, he said I could go sit down and he'd bring them to me. We used to love Fuzzy's. The last time we went to eat there was terrible. After 15 minutes we asked where our food was, after seeing people that had been served well after we came in we asked again and were another 8 minutes, another 10 minutes or more, my husband cancelled our food, which appeared that it had even been started. Another couple was behind us in line to get our money back who did the same thing. They said their food was cold and awful. Since the Fuzzy's in Fayetteville closed. The Fuzzy's in Roger's has gone to pot. Someone said that the employees from Fayetteville are now working there, and the food and atmosphere , with other employees and patrons. Very sad about this. Hopefully it will turn around and be better. The people at the pick up window did not seem to care about our order. read more

Bright lights, the feel of a former gas station, confusion with where to order (at the door, though there's a bar and proper seating), and the unexpected flavor of a Taco Bell gone wrong. They mimicked their sauces (or tried to). The cheese dip was like an old browned guacamole dip with chopped cheese and pico de gallo on top. What more should you expect from a place called "Fuzzy's"! Great menu, horrible execution. Oreo churros are like logs of burro poop. There seems to be a problem with the ordering system, as a few of our items came out wrong, and yet only 8 people in the whole restaurant. First time coming here, solid restaurant addition to the Pinnacle Area in Rogers For starters, we shared the white queso, guacamole and chips. Both were good, nice flavor We got a few different tacos to try out. Our two favorites were the tempura shrimp and the fajita beef. We also preferred the soft corn over the flour. We tried several different sides, our two favorites were the black beans and the cilantro-lime rice Really enjoyed the location, have full bar with several different tap beer options. We ordered our meal at 11:23 am on a Sunday, and were excited​ to try Fuzzy's but had to ask for a refund after we had to wait 35 minutes for our meal, with no sign it was coming anytime​ soon. When I asked the manager on duty about how much longer we'd have to wait, her reply, "Don't you see we have a giant birthday party and it is just going to take time? There is nothing I can do, I don't have enough staff today. You are just going to have to wait as long as it takes." After staying away for a couple of months due to the poor food quality (temperature and taste) we decided to give it one more try. Unfortunately more of the same - cheese sauce on chicken nachos was cold (this was a prior issue as well). Tempura fish tacos were disappointingly bland. This is so sad because we moved here from the Dallas area where Fuzzy's is the bomb. We were so excited when this unit opened up and went 4-5 times the first month of opening. With the investment the company has in this place I'd say someone needs to come up from Dallas and get this unit back on track. Do you wonder why when you drive by Chuys on the way to your place they have 3-4 times the number of cars as Fuzzys. My husband and I came here for a late lunch today. We had heard a lot of really good things about this place...we were extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. Nothing we ordered had any flavor except the garlic sauce that came on my tacos. The shrimp on my tacos were completely burnt, the rice and beans were a joke. The refried beans were like flavorless paste and the rice was a sticky flavorless mess. Did I mention how ridiculously OVER PRICED their mediocre, flavorless food is?? So we started our experience here pretty well our appetizer was great drinks were good. But waiting 30 minutes for our food was a tad ridiculous especially when they were not busy. Finally we got our food and everyone else's food was warm except mine. I personally don't like cold food and was about to get up and say something when a nice young lady brought us a full refund being very apologetic. All the tacos are the same except for different types of cold meat in each one. Taste like they've been wrapped up in packages in the fridge and then just brought out for you. I got the California heat or something like that as well and the hot sauce on it just tasted horrible along with being totally soaked in it which hid any flavors that may have been good.
