Worst customer service experience ever at a Fuzxy's. We are frequent diners at several locations. My daughter just moved to Wichita so this location is the closest to her apt. I asked for a water cup and was told they were "paying" customers only. Well I just spent $60+ ordering for 6 people and this is how we were treated. She gave me a cup after I said I just got through paying for a table full of food and drinks. When our order was ready it wasn't right. The rude employee told my daughter to go back to the table and check our order. They put the jalapeños on the wrong salad. We ordered three salads two with no onions and one with jalapeños added. They left off the onion s on the one we requested jalapeños and made it looked like it was our fault. Ridiculous treatment. Ashamed for your establishment. Not a single employee was nice there. You need to improve your customer service period!!! read more

First, I LOVE Fuzzy's. Loved, I guess. My family and I loved that they opened a new restaurant near WSU, and that is our go-to spot. I think we'll cool it with our visits after this last time. The person taking our order couldn't get the order correct even after we repeated it multiple times. Perhaps the menu is too complicated? She didn't seem NEW new, but she just wasn't grasping things. Way too young to be menopausal, so I don't know on this one. We didn't know our order was then really incorrect until the food came. I just decided to live with it--I love the panko shrimp taco; I received the grilled shrimp taco. Okay. I don't want to mess with the girl again, so I thought I'd give something new a shot. I didn't know my husband's order was WAY wrong until after we left the place. He didn't want to mess with correcting the order either. Ordering seemed to be way more complicated this time around than it needed to be. The rice was crunchy. "Is your rice crunchy?" I asked my husband. "My rice is crunchy," he replied. Sigh While we waited for our food to be ready, I decided to not go up and get the queso and chips until our food came. Things seem to brighten when the food server said that she would follow me out with it. Only. She didn't. I was a quarter of the way digging out crunchy rice from my teeth when I decided I better go back up and see what was going on. "Oh. Is this it?" she asked a co-worker. He nodded yes. "Here you go," she told me. SIGH It was quite the pricey meal for having things that we didn't ask for and was under cooked. We used to have such a great time and told everyone. Please don't go. I hate to say it, but I wouldn't go back here again. It's a great place if you want to eat a ton of "eh" food within a budget. It definitely has a "young" feel to it, like a place I might go in my college days. But personally, I'd pick Taco Bell. Ordered nachos at Fuzzy's, and they were wet and soggy on the bottom and cold. The portion was very large, so I just avoided the entire bottom layer. But while eating, I was like, is it really worth eating this and possibly getting sick? I felt fine after, so that's a positive. Usually they're pretty decent about how much food they give you but this time was pretty unacceptable. For the price you're paying and expecting this is a terrible amount. The other location is a much better place to go if you're wanting Fuzzy's. It tastes better than usual but this is a sad display. read more

Definitely mixed feelings about this place. The food is good--like I would eat it again and be happy but probably not go out of my way for it. The interior of this location is cool and spacious, so I was puzzled why the restaurant was absolutely dead inside when my family came for dinner. Maybe the answer lies with the customer service in this place. We stood at the counter waiting to order for 5 minutes because the sole cashier/host was in the bathroom. One of our orders was made wrong and had to be redone. Just an okay experience, which isn't good if you are paying $5 per taco. read more

Solid taco shop with a great Tex-Mex menu. Generous portions and reasonable price. Friendly staff and a full bar. We've been to the OKC location and really enjoyed it so we decided to try this one. If it was the evening and we were getting drinks, might have been a different experience. But for lunch we walked in a girl was standing at the counter just staring at us. My wif asked twice if we were just supposed to sit down or order there first, the girl just stood there and stared some more. Never a greeting, nothing. Finally we just decided that's where you order and started ordering. She was talking quiet, we couldn't hear what she was saying, no thank you, but did give us instructions on where to pick up the food. My shrimp enchiladas were swimming in grease, very soggy corn tortillas, rice and beans tasted fine. My wife's mahi tacos were so dry she didn't finish them. Lady at the bar was rude & it was loud we were just yelling at one another to order. Our food took 25 MINS & just sat on a table, no one told us our food was read nor did the buzzer go off. Ofc it was cold & gross. Tacos were mainly lettuce vs anything else. & as we grab our food to leave the lady behind the bar sarcastically called out "sorry have a good day" she can notice us grab our own food but could tell us it was ready? Fuzzy's is garbage lol flavorless meat and they give you vinegar based "hot sauce" instead of actual salsa. Chips and queso are solid... Price is good and service is usually great! go for drinks and the environment but do yourself a favor and skip the food read more

I've been to this new Fuzzy's on campus I believe four times now since it opened. I'll admit that I'm not that crazy about chain restaurants as a rule, but having one on campus has presented it as a close and convenient option. I've been in twice for just margaritas and twice for margaritas and food. On every occasion, I've been pleasantly surprised by how good the food and drinks were. The bartenders and cashiers have been friendly and personable every time and we've also been pleased with how quickly our food and drinks come out. The one thing I will say as a negative is that the acoustics of the building seem to absorb voices and they keep the music very loud, which means that every time we've been in, I've had to repeat my order several times and/or something has come out not as I ordered it. To clarify, I think this is because the cashiers can't hear me that well, not because they're not listening. Other than that, I've been happy we initially gave it a shot! read more
