The guy who gave me back the van was actually super nice and made me feel at ease, especially since I was having a bit of a breakdown with all this stress. The only thing I didn't like is that they wanted me to Venmo or Apple Pay them (no credit cards). I think I know why, but this came off really shady in the moment and took longer to get the car out because of it. Again, this is a towing company so it's not the place for happy people. However, I suppose the whole ordeal could have been way worse and they had a sliver of decent customer service. Probably my weirdest review here!

Max not only towed us but then drove us to our hotel so we could enjoy our night!! What a wonderful human!!!
