Avoid. These guys sent out someone who clearly didn't know what he was doing, didn't diagnose the issue and broke a gas line. In addition to that he almost made the problem worse when air wasn't coming out of the vents at all- which wasn't the issue in the first place. On top of that, they are difficult to get ahold of. I had to call repeatedly to get someone to come out and repair the broken gas line. This company doesn't know what they're doing. read more

First let me say that the technician was great and very knowledgeable! I called around to get a quote on some very straight forward work and G & H quoted me a price that I even verified with the technician before the work was started but when the work was complete I was informed that "O we forgot to tell you that the refrigerant was not included in the quote". Come on now! When someone calls to get an estimate to replace a part because it has rusted through and the unit is not cooling don't you think they would know that it would need refrigerant! I went ahead and paid because it ended up slightly more than the next lowest estimate. I thought about not posting this but everyone that reads this should know that they do business this way. Another thing ask what the A/C company is charging for refrigerant before you schedule the work these guys are charging $25.00 a pound for R-410A when it cost them less than $5.00 a pound. This is crazy! As long as these people can get these highway robbery prices they will! Rant over :) read more

G and H is a fantastic company. The customer comes first, not the money. Everytime the a/c unit broke (which was about 4-5 times) in the house we were renting, they were there the same day to fix it. When we bought a home and the a/c broke, I knew who to call to fix it. They are honest, courteous, on time, professional, and know what they are doing. Their prices are way lower than other companies. I am at ease knowing if my a/c goes out, I will get fast service to repair it. I am very disappointed with this company. I have used them in the past, was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. In fact, they serviced my 3 units this past spring. For the past month, however, I have had problems with our smallest unit. They sent out a tech and I thought the problem was fixed but it was not. I have called twice. First, I was told the owner would call. He never did. I called again and set up an appointment. I was even given a time. He never showed up. I have called the office repeatedly only to go straight to voicemail. I'm looking for another AC/heating company! read more

First class - Honest - Fast - Clean - Fair price - Great Service

I wrote a review on this Company in September of 2014.And then G&H did more work on our A/C system in May of 2016 and now again in August of 2016. This time I arrived home from a trip and the same unit was on the blink. While it was the weekend and that did not go so smooth, I'm still going to give them the 5th star this time around and here's why...The tech that was coming to our home on the weekend called me back to let me know of a problem he encountered and that he was unable to do what he said he was going to do, but that communication mattered. Next, they did show up on Monday morning and found that a part had to ordered and they were back out first thing Tuesday. Two guys spent 3.5 hours or seven total man hours. When it came to settling up the tech told me that this should not have happened after the last repairs were done and that there would be no charge for the work. Its nice to know that there are still Companies out there that operate inside of integrity.
