Then the price was increased to $1.25/ bagel. I didn't like the 25% price increase...but I went along with it. Now (as of early 2026)...the price of a bagel has been raised again to $1.50/bagel! This is just out of hand. Compared to 2-3 years ago...this is a 50% price increase. How would you like it if the price of a brand new car went up 50% in just 2 years...or the rent on an apartment went up 50% in just 2 years. A 50% price increase in just 2 years is insane!!! I've had them a couple of times now, and the quality is consistent. After a fairly exhaustive search for catering options for breakfast in the area of Ridgefield, I…read moreran across Carlos Bagels, a shop "relatively" close to the hotel our group was staying in for a weekend rowing regatta. Carlos catering menu has a variety of options for breakfast, for lighter or heavier appetites. Since I was feeding rowers, this menu really stood out compared to the other bagel shops I researched. Offering fruit bowls and yogurt parfaits along with their variety of bagel sandwiches is a big win. I took full advantage of that variety and ordered a similar breakfast spread for delivery for Saturday and Sunday. Carlos staff easily (and happily) accommodated 6 am delivery, confirmation of orders, even a gluten free add on at the last minute. I worked with Juan, Filipe and Juliana and I could not have been more pleased with their kindness and willingness to help me do this from Cincinnati. Their delicious morning delivery fueled the kids to some pretty big successes on the rowing course! Carlos Bagels is definitely my "go to" for next year when we return.

Blueberry bagel with plain CC and a plain bagel with pumpkin cream cheese was a hit with my family. Had a chance to also try their Pumpkin coffee and this honestly hit the SPOT. Their parking lot can get a bit tight since they're on a main-ish road and maybe 15 spots total, but there is some side street parking available too. Service was amazing, having been there a few times already. Really great experience. Can you dine in? Sure, they got a few stools and a window ledge, but most folks are grabbing and going.
